I'm the Global Network Project Manager at Havas, overseeing the management, production, publication, and distribution of our Prosumer Reports.
For what projects/services did your company hire Nabler?
We rely on Nabler to help us make our exhaustive Prosumer more snackable via interactive dashboards.
How did you select this vendor?
We selected Nabler for their flexibility, efficiency, and rates.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
We share our raw Prosumer (Excel) data and they chop everything up into fancy-looking dashboards for members of the Havas network to examine. For each of our three reports, the data is shared with Nabler where we do about 2-3 weeks of QAing per report. We then publish them to our internal platforms.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
3-4 who were mostly consultants and account leads.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Nabler is extremely responsive to all forms of communication. They're also very flexible with timing and solutions. Their positive attitude and efficiency makes them a joy to work with.

Extremely. The time between emails and status updates was regular, and they're very comfortable adhering to your desired cadence of communication.
