Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm a director of Karur home textiles(m/s. KR Ramesh weaving factory and R Srinivasan weaving factory) and we are manufacturing home based linens to all the industry. We have big capacity of powerlooms to produce large units of textile linens which will be used for hotels, spa, house etc.

Also we do provide services to across country and planning to export Denmark, Dubai and Australia.

For what projects/services did your company hire mYPulse Ads and Media?

My company website was developed 10 years ago with basic html pages and the technology was outdated and look and feel was not good. Now technology is improved and i was looking for good web design company to redesign my website.

Through word of mouth i heard that they will provide good services without any upfront and i contacted after went went through initial discussion with their sales team.

What were your goals for this project?

i was looking to improve my site look and feel and simple and user friendly to accommodate all the services and relevant images etc.

We did search company in out of India and through word of mouth and we got mYPulse Ads & Media and we went through the reviews and initial discussion with them. We felt they are good for designing my website.

Describe the project in detail.

I had a couple of discussion with their web design and development team. They had provided draft and overview of the design and how it would look after the development. Once i received the details of mock i was impressed and happy to move further. Also they helped me to frame the content with SEO enabled solutions too.

What was the team composition?

I could see a UI/UX designer, SEO consultant and Content writer and one QA resource were involved for all together.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After seeing the mock screen and within 2 weeks i could see the overall draft or the skeleton of the design of my site. Then most of the pages went well what i was expected.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I felt very comfortable worked with the designer, SEO analyst, content and QA engineer.., including the management., i was very happy with their friendly and flexible approach.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They are very skilled people with subject matter experts., They are easily catch what i was thinking and they know user approach and business approaches on each and every scenario. I am happy to work with them again in near future.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Overall i'm happy and i dont see any improvement as such and as this small project so i dont have choice to dig into them more. But they delivered very quick and quality and good look and feel what i was expected.
