MY INFOTECH GROUP created a fantastic website. The CRM is also perfect and saves me so much time and effort. The WhatsApp integration is handy as well for communication between my teams. Overall, the website is mobile responsive, user-friendly, and tested before delivery.

Project management was excellent. Whenever I needed to communicate with their team, they were always available no matter the time of day or night. In terms of communication tools, we used WhatsApp.

I don't think there's anything they can improve on — everything was perfect.

I recommend MY INFOTECH to anyone looking to build an ERP for their company. Their software sped up and improved my company’s entire process, and we’re expanding day by day.

I was a manager at Mornis Industries of company that provides two-wheeler insular parts like handlebars, silencers, and wheel rims.

We gave them a contract to build a website and applications for the company. We’ve worked with them three times.

What was the scope of their involvement?

MY INFOTECH developed our company’s WooCommerce website. I provided photographs and product descriptions.

The site allowed us to make modifications without any help from MY INFOTECH, but they were always willing to provide help. Users could make orders through the website and get updated shipping information.

I didn’t meet them personally, but I believe there are 12–15 people in their group. We discussed the website requirements with their owner.

I vetted many groups like them, and I chose MY INFOTECH based on the quality of their work. I was referred to them by a friend initially.

I believe the cost was 20,000–30,000 Indian rupees (approximately $400 USD). 

What is the status of this engagement?

We first worked with MY INFOTECH 2–3 years ago. I believe the latest project ran between June–July 2019.

They performed great on the first project, so we were also considering giving them a contract for app development. I left the company a year ago, so I don’t know what came of it.

We didn’t get any complaints from clients. Everyone was happy with the website experience and the payment functionality. The site was working great at the time.

No, they provided all the services we asked for, and they were accommodating in making subsequent modifications to the site.
