Please describe your company and your position there.

Rosewood Wellbeing is a sole trading home-based practice, offering Wellbeing Coaching and Holistic & Energy modalities, set up by myself in 2012.

For what projects/services did your company hire Muzz Web Design?

My business has expanded loads since 2012, and I decided to rebrand in 2020 during lockdown, when I took on Wellbeing Coaching training and so I decided I needed a brand new website too. I had done my own in the past, however it needed some professional input this time round, with things having moved on so much and with respect to creating links, SEO optimisation and all sorts.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

A friend recommended Larsen Marketing to me, and we got the ball rolling! I found it affordable, good communications right from the start, knowledgeable, helpful, and a feeling that I could trust them.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

I was rebranding my company, they gave me some tips with respect to logo design (but I chose to do that myself), and then - with Larsen being in Spain, our communications were via email and whatsapp messages and video calls. K sent me templates for websites to choose from, colour palettes that would match, and helped me pick the best way forward with these. Writing fonts were decided on, again with guidance and I believe K has a real eye for detail when it comes to this, and what would work best also with respect to the message I am trying to get across with the site. Come March all the content was in as I wanted it, and then we came to tweak a few bits and add/take away info as I saw fit. The site had grown larger than anticipated, and I feel K's services have been outstanding in his communications and always ready to happily adapt.

K Larsen, webdesign and development, and C Larsen, Marketing.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I have generated 6 clients through my website since launched on the 6th April, which is great in just 4 weeks (since I didn't return to work until the 12th April, due to lockdown). I have also been contacted by various potential collaboration partners since they have been able to easily find my website, which shows the SEO is working and it may generate potential clients for me to do business with in future.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

As mentioned above, I am UK and K Larsen is in Spain, however with video and whatsapp messaging, as well as emails it has been straightforward communication. C Larsen lives local to me.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are really thoughtful and patient with me, because it took me a while to decide on the colours - but their guidance has been outstanding; K is very creative and comes up with lots of ideas which has helped me greatly in getting my message across on the page.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I believe I have ended up with a fantastic, all-encompassing, and beautiful website, and I think I couldn't ask for more really, with respect to guidance, support, sharing ideas etc. It has been very affordable to me too which was a god-send really whilst I was out of work (as a hands-on therapist during lockdown) and spend a lot of money on trying to future proof my business with new training so that it would allow me to work online .. as well as rebranding.
