- Conducted a detailed audit of the advertising office and previous advertising campaigns. As a result, we developed an advertising strategy and hypotheses to test;
- Created and configured events in Facebook event manager;
- Created event audiences for retargets and wide audiences to attract new customers;

- KMS did not give significant sales and results.
- Google Merchant generated a lot of cheap traffic, but conversions were more expensive than search.

We launched an ad for conversion to the site, which immediately yielded results in the form of leads (12 from the site, 5 from the quiz). While working, we worked with customers to make decisions that we thought were ineffective. After 2 months, we identified two effective ads and left them. There were also briefings during the quiz to identify issues as clearly as possible and to interest the leaders.
Next, we tested 2 more ideas for finding leads (lead forms and quizzes).
RESULT
During our promotion, we decided to abandon lead forms because they were unreasonably expensive ($ 133.89 per lead). When Quiz on the contrary showed even better results than the site. As a result, only quizzes were left. AFTER CLIENT FEEDBACK, THE ICE ON THE SITE WAS WARMER, AND MADE ORDERS. SUMMING UP - WE PERFORMED THE TASKS. WE HAVE SUCCEEDED TO ATTRACT NEW POTENTIAL CLIENTS OF WHICH 2 HAVE CONCLUDED AGREEMENTS WITHIN THE MONTH. ROMI BECAME - 248%.

Increase site conversion for FishingFather
First of all, the marketing department started the audit of the site with its usability and Google Analytics.
During the Google Analytics survey, it became clear that most people leave the home page (we have 27,000 people, of which only 9,700 go further. We see 80% of interruptions and quite a lot of traffic to the main russian version. There can be many reasons including errors in advertising. Google ADS support has confirmed to us that there are problems.
Also, we found a large percentage of abandoned carts - about 80% (170 people go to the cart and only 38 make orders).
It follows that we need to view the cart, maybe there is something extra to fill or it is simply inconveniently implemented.
Then we gathered all the edits into one document, divided them into two iterations, and made a call with the client to clarify all the tasks. Let's open a little behind the scenes of these edits.
The first iteration included:
- Blocks from "Promotions", "Hits", and "Novelties" were divided into 3 separate blocks with the ability to flip through.
- Made a fixed header so that you can quickly return to the main page or any other page. They also made pagination pages so that customers didn't have to scroll down.
- The product card descriptions are placed at the top, on the visible and quickly accessible part of the screen.
- Connected the Nova Poshta plug-in for fast and convenient ordering.
Results

Due to several contextual advertising issues, the transaction rate was lower than desired. As a result, the client decided to disable contextual advertising until all changes are made to the site.

- Use targeted advertising to tell people about the event (there should be at least 100,000 coverage).
- Sell tickets to the event with the help of targeted advertising (minimum 500 pieces).

THE FIRST TASK IS TO TELL AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE ABOUT THE WEST.
To implement it, an advertising strategy was chosen to watch the video. In parallel, we gathered an audience of people who watched 50 percent or more of the video. This advertising campaign worked from 28.12 to 8.01.
In 12 days, 54,882 people saw the ad, including 9,277, and watched 50 percent or more of the video.
THE SECOND TASK WAS TO SELL TICKETS.
It was implemented in two ways:
- Post to Instagram Direct, followed by transferring people to the Telegram bot, where people could purchase tickets.
- Transfer traffic from social networks to a site where people can buy a ticket by following the link.
We launched advertising for "Messages in Direct" to implement the first point. Advertising worked in the period from 29.12 to 14.01.
During the period of broadcasting the ad, we received 189 started correspondence on Instagram Direct, the cost of the started correspondence was $ 1.39
RESULT
- A total of 266,498 people saw our ad and found out about the event.
- The site was visited by 1,962 people, 512 went to the site to buy tickets.
- During the broadcast advertising period, 1,357 people switched to the Instagram account. There were a total of 189 conversations started in Direct.
