YouTube advert / landing page conversion videos
In this project we leveraged the client's budget to get them two videos, each serving different business objectives, from a single video production effort.
The first was made for a targeted YouTube advertising campaign and the second was for a landing page conversion that went deeper into the service.

Promotional Video on Global Sustainability Efforts
We produced this video for International Flavors and Fragrances (IFF) to highlight their 2018 Sustainability Report. IFF is a company dedicated to not only reducing their environmental impact, but also setting a standard for other organizations.
Their goal is to eliminate all forms of waste and set the standard for a sustainable, environmentally friendly future. While these are ambitious goals, IFF is committed to making them a reality. With a sincere commitment from their global network of employees, IFF is making huge strides for sustainable, climate-friendly growth.
Shooting this video required three separate filming days at three different IFF locations. We used a combination of beautiful B-roll footage and interviews with IFF’s executives to convey the content needed.

Explainer Promotional Video for Healthcare Company
This video highlights the services of AMC Health, a tele-health service provider, for their video marketing strategy.
AMC Health is a leading provider founded in 2002 with headquarters in New York City that was launching a new product that was new on the market. As such, they needed to quickly show and explain the their e-visit service and show how this service works in practice to convince viewers of its benefits.
Discussing with the client about what they wanted to achieve with this video, we came up with the idea of making a video showing the interaction between a doctor and the patient, in a way that at first the viewer would think that both doctor and patient were in the same room, and revealing later that it is actually a telehealth experience (e-Visit).
This video was used in sales presentations and has been used on the main page of their website, which has helped them to explain their services to prospects.

Social Media Video for Hi-Chew
This was a fun, light-hearted video we did for Hi-Chew’s social media video strategy.
We had a blast working with the kids!

B2B Drone Video Marketing Services
Caldwell Marine International is a high regarded and respected company that works in the submarine cable and heavy civil marine construction business for over 60 years.
Their sales issue was that people did not understand the complexity of inland marine projects vs off shore projects. Because of the restrictions that inland marine projects have, CMI has to constantly custom build all of their barges and equipment to fit the unique challenges of each project.
They approached MultiVision Digital with this challenge for a project they had on Lake Champlain. They were installing two new electric station, one on the NY side and one on the VT side, connected by a high-voltage cable that they buried into the lakebed of Lake Champlain. Using specially made equipment for the job, that included a submarine power and fiber optic cable monitor, along with a barge they custom developed to get with the cables from one side to the other of the lake.
Spending time on pre-production we put a shot list and schedule in place, the commercial video production lasted two days of shooting, utilizing a drone for aerial video and HD cameras to capture details. The team was able to get enough footage to build the B2B marketing video with lots of nice shots of CMI's barge, custom equipment and methodology of doing inland marine work vs off shore marine work.

Product Advertising Video and Explainer Video
With the proper video marketing strategy in place, MultiVision Digital was able to make the most out of a video production services budget and leverage it to to produce multiple videos for the launch of the consumer product.
The project deliverables were three product advertising videos, each targeted to a different demographic (20-30 women, 20-30 men and 20-30 couples), along with one product explainer video.
Each of the product advertising videos were 30 seconds each and used to target to the respective demographic of the target audience – women, men and couples. The advertising videos were used to generate awareness and drive traffic to the home page of the website where the product explainer video converted visitors into leads and buyers.

Product Launch Video
This video was a key component of their product launch campaign for a new product called Connected Casebook. Targeted to law school students, this video was central to getting students to download and pay for the new product.

Case Study Video for Financial Services
Financial services firms need high end videos...and that's exactly what we did without breaking the bank.
For this project we produced two videos, leveraging a budget to give the client tremndous value from their video production investment.

Pride Month Video for Global Financial Services Co
We produced this video for Societe Generale to highlight their commitment to supporting the LGBTQ community and their diversity program.
SG is committed to providing an inclusive workspace for all of their employees, regardless of sexual orientation. They also encourage everyone within the LGBTQ community to come out and feel welcome if they haven’t already. It’s about being who you truly are and not having to hide in the workplace. SG has made great strides in their commitment to diversity and inclusion for everyone.
We shot this video using a studio lighting setup to highlight each interview subject’s personality and unique voice in being a part of or supporting the LGBTQ community.

Please describe your company and your position there.
Traphagen CPAs & Wealth Advisors is a comprehensive financial services firm comprised of accounting, tax and wealth management located in Bergen County, NJ. For 50 years, Traphagen has served as a dynamic leader and provider of financial services. Unlike traditional financial advisory firms, our accounting team specializes in tax planning strategies, financial reporting, assurance services, mergers, and acquisitions.
Our wealth management team manages client investment assets and provides comprehensive holistic fee-only financial planning, portfolio management, estate and trust planning, as well as wealth transfer strategies. As Certified Public Accountants and Registered Investment Advisors, we are uniquely positioned to be your trusted financial advisors. Traphagen advisors combine the value of their individual credentials to achieve a comprehensive view of your business and personal goals.
For what projects/services did your company hire MultiVision Digital Productions, and what were your goals?
We have been proving financial assistance for over 50 years and wanted to commemorate this event through a video that we can share with our current and prospective clients as well as our team of associates. In addition, we wanted to post the video on our social media platforms to celebrate this important milestone for our firm.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We researched video production companies in our area. After reviewing a couple of proposals and meeting with a few, we chose MultiVision Digital because of the quality of their videos and high recommendations from others that have worked with Robert and his team before.
Describe the video(s) and the process in detail, including the project steps and all stages of production.
We started with a discovery meeting. Robert came in and met with us to understand our firm and our services. He then suggested meeting with all the other Partners to get to know them and help us create a script and storyboard. The final video captured our firm in appx 6 ½ minutes that showed our history, and how we service our clients. They gave us a shorter version that we could use for our website that captured our overall message – ‘The Traphagen Experience’
Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?
We worked with Robert , the President of MultiVision Digital and he was great! He outlined the project, answered all of our questions and concerns and kept us on schedule. He was very easy going and professional during the entire process.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We shared the 50th Anniversary Video with all of our clients via ConstantContact, posted on social media and our website, and the responses were overwhelmingly amazing. We gained at least 4 new clients from current client referrals who have been with us for 30 + years. Partners, Associates and Clients commented on the professional look and feel of the production.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
Robert was very easy to work with. He was prompt in his responses and provided his professional recommendations to all of our questions. He was very accessible via email, video chat, and in-person.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Robert took the time to meet and conversate with all 5 of our Partners and took the time to learn about our Firm and our history. He made suggestions to the talking points to improve our overall messaging.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
No. This was our first time doing video production and naturally had many questions and concerns going into this project, but Robert impressed us with his preparation and execution. He supported us from start to finish, and we were all very satisfied with the final video.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I'm a marketing and brand manager at a law firm, I oversee brand and design related projects and teams.
For what projects/services did your company hire MultiVision Digital Productions, and what were your goals?
We hired MultiVision to film select lawyers in a series of videos that could be distributed to mailing lists and posted on social channels.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We reviewed information and met with a few video production vendors and decided on MultiVision because their work appeared to be done very well and our phone discussion with the team left us feeling confident and excited about the project.
Describe the video(s) and the process in detail, including the project steps and all stages of production.
We began with a call to discuss scope and expectations. From there we shared content that we wished to cover in the videos and discussed best practices for preparing the speakers. We set up prep sessions with each of the speakers to ensure day of recording would go as smoothly as possible.
Day of recording MultiVision guided the speaker while recording. Following recording MultiVision assembled the best takes, edited the film, prepared and inserted assets and continued editing until we were happy with the final product.
Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?
We worked with the President of the company to prepare and record. Robert is very thorough and helped us ensure we were prepared and then that the speaker felt comfortable and was able to get the best takes possible. We worked with a few editors and they were very responsive and receptive to feedback, offering suggestions and opinions when needed.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Still tracking progress.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
The team was very helpful in getting our speakers scheduled, their availability was transparent with the use of a Google calendar. We mainly exchanged feedback via email or phone and responses were always prompt. There was never any hesitation to jump on a call to ensure that there was no miscommunication and that details were very clear. They were up front regarding timelines based on each step of the process but were very flexible in order to meet changes in timing based on speaker schedules.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
We really appreciated their expertise and guidance when filming some speakers that were not always the most comfortable being on camera. We were also impressed with the quality of the video when there may not have been a lot of ideal footage to work with. In addition, they’ve been very flexible and understanding with scheduling changes.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
There were some initial expectations on our side that I think were not clear with MultiVision and I think it was something both parties realized we should have been more clear about up front. MultiVision recognized that and they worked hard to ensure those expectations were met for this project and clear on projects moving forward.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I'm the vice president of marketing for a manufacturer of indoor air quality products.
For what projects/services did your company hire MultiVision Digital Productions, and what were your goals?
Recognizing that pictures are worth a thousand words, and video is worth a thousand pictures, we wanted to have several videos that would be specific to key market segments and explain how our products could be used effectively in those applications.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
I had met Robert at an industry tradeshow and I got the impression that he understood what I was hoping to accomplish with our available resources. He continued to offer their expertise without being pushy. When we needed a professional capabilities overview video produced quickly for a virtual tradeshow, the team at MVDP was quick to respond.
Describe the video(s) and the process in detail, including the project steps and all stages of production.
We started with a discovery meeting where MVDP reviewed the script that we had in mind. Using an uncomplicated collaborative process, we fine-tuned the language for clarity and conciseness. We provided available stock footage and several examples of the types of imagery that would fit the narrative and relate to our clients. We answered a few questions about the type of voiceover we were envisioning. MVDP came back with a rough-cut video that was much better than we had anticipated. We made a few minor changes to some images and script. The voiceover was rerecorded, and the video was fine-tuned. A few days later we had the finished product.
Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?
The entire process was virtual. Our team in Arkansas and Wisconsin worked with three MVDP professionals in New York and Brazil. We were able to complete the entire project quickly and efficiently using email, voicemail, Google Documents, and video conferencing. The MVDP people offered invaluable guidance and expertise during the process to keep the content relevant, focused, and short.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The video was used in our virtual booth at the tradeshow as planned. We shared it internally and to our network of manufacturer’s representatives. The video generated a lot of enthusiasm. It was added to our website and our clients were able to use it in their digital marketing campaigns.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
MVDP was easy to communicate with and very responsive. They were very quick to grasp the nature of our business and excellent at translating the value equation to visually compelling imagery. We have since completed several other projects and with each one, there understanding of our business has improved so that the videos get better and better, and the process gets easier.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The MVDP team is close knit and very efficient in spite of their remote locations. They have fun and they are fun to work with.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Not really. Keep up the good work!

Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the Senior Brand Manager for a mid-size law firm with offices in NJ, NY, UT, DC, and CA. I sit in the Marketing & Business Development team and my position is new to the firm as of last year. I oversee all branding projects incorporating visual design (website, social media, video, etc.), manage the relationship with our outside creative agency, and assist with all internal branding projects (intranet, employee resource group logos, etc.).
For what projects/services did your company hire MultiVision Digital Productions, and what were your goals?
Various practice and firm leaders wanted to start tapping into video content as another method of delivering content and enabling our attorneys to appear more approachable/show their personality and expertise in various areas, so MultiVision has assisted us in directing/producing those videos both during in-person shoots and remote capture applications.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
The law firm had worked with MultiVision before and had a great relationship with Robert. He has always been very responsive and helpful, especially in making people comfortable being on video who wouldn't be otherwise.
Describe the video(s) and the process in detail, including the project steps and all stages of production.
We start with an attorney request and internally help develop talking points/topics while also scheduling logistics, then during the day of the shoot Robert and team walk us all through the best setup, angle, lighting, and voice/tone approach to delivering the video message.
Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?
Robert is on every video session and I have worked with various members of his team on assisting with production: Matteo, Adam, and Eduardo. The whole team is always very quick to deliver video cuts and revisions after receiving edits from me, but every now and then there are some spelling errors in lower thirds or other little misses that have to be cleaned up. I hope to minimize that moving forward.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
I track all firm videos' success in terms of social media post impressions and engagements, video views, and traffic to our website. The videos that receive paid promotions on LinkedIn obviously have higher #s across the board, but all are considered successful in terms of reaching a wide audience and driving increased engagements across the board.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
They are always very timely. I occasionally have to remind them/repeat myself about visuals to include in the videos (so elements outside what they have recorded), and to share links for others to join sessions remotely, but it's minimal.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
We're impressed by their expertise in what works with videos and what doesn't. They've coached video subjects through feeling awkward or nervous, and the remote capture app -- being able to capture such high-quality video through my silly old iPhone is amazing!
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
All areas of improvement mentioned previously, but overall very happy with the company and team.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I'm the Associate Director of Business Development at a contract research organization in the pharmaceutical industry, focused on providing analytical laboratory services.
For what projects/services did your company hire MultiVision Digital Productions, and what were your goals?
We wanted to create a video showcasing our expansive lab, equipment, as well as describing our services and expertise for use in our website, trade shows, and more marketing efforts.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We met the MultiVision team through another marketing firm and they came highly recommended. They were also very responsive and understood our vision, so we felt they would be a good fit for this project.
Describe the video(s) and the process in detail, including the project steps and all stages of production.
After discussing the overall concept we were going for, we worked on putting together a script. They turned the script into a storyboard and laid out the shot list we were looking to capture. On the day of the shoot, everyone was punctual and flexible in working around the lab and was able to timely finish shooting everything that was needed on time. Post-shooting, they gave us a 30 second clip to review and give feedback on before completing the full edit.
Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?
We worked with Eduardo and Robert and both were very responsive and professional to work with. They made sure to ask for input as we were going along so there were no surprises at the end.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We displayed our video at a trade show and received many compliments as well as people that stopped by the booth to watch the video.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
Both Robert and Eduardo were quick to respond to emails or ask questions if they needed clarifications. We were on a tight timeline because we needed the video for our next trade show and they worked with us to make sure the project was completed efficiently and on time.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
In this field, I think it is impressive to find a group that has had enough experience with labs and pharmaceutical companies that they understood what we were trying to communicate/sell with the video and how to picturize the lab well for that purpose.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Because of the technical nature of our work, it felt that we still had to supply a good part of the script or explain what was important vs not important etc., so it would have been helpful to have someone more technical on their end, but not a huge deal because we would have had to explain it to any video team we went with.

Please describe your company and your position there.
It is a private, not-for-profit organization that improves the profitability and competitiveness of New Jersey’s manufacturers.
Our services are categorized into the following three areas: Operational Excellence, Innovation and Growth and Workforce Development. I am the Marketing Manager, responsible for managing all marketing campaigns and outsourced initiatives.
For what projects/services did your company hire MultiVision Digital Productions?
We hired MultiVision for a 2-part video production project.
What were your goals for this project?
We needed to clearly explain a complex workforce program that has 2 unique audiences.
How did you select MultiVision Digital Productions?
Rob and I connected about a year prior to this project. He stayed in touch and engaged with myself and our organization. Once the budget opened up to do a highly produced video project, I reached out to Rob to see if he could help.
Describe the video(s) and the process in detail.
We needed a sizzle reel as well as an in-depth interview. Both described the program but spoke to different audiences. The program is complex but needed to be clearly explained, to both audiences, all while ensuring the content was engaging and concise.
The SOW included not only on-site filming, production, and editing, they needed to work with us to create a storyboard that would help us ensure these videos achieved their goals. They even went above their scope by helping us design a set with materials we had around the office.
I was the project lead on both of these videos. Multivision continued to stay engaged with me and even when a major event pulled me off this project, they stayed in touch to make sure I had all the materials I needed once our event was over. They made every deadline and met every deliverable.
What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?
I engaged directly with three people from MultiVision. Each were knowledgeable and incredibly curious and helpful. There was never an issue with feedback. They gave me as many opportunities as I wanted to provide feedback, suggestions, and edits.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
These videos have been a huge success! We've used them internally to upskill our own staff, informing them about this new program and how our clients can take advantage. We've been able to use Video ads to promote the complex campaign and get the message across.
Clients are engaging with the video and our sales team is actively using these materials to help push these complex programs. All feedback has been incredibly positive. Our team is thrilled with how they've turned out.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Spectacular. There was no issues at all with project flow. Even when I had questions about the timeline, I would get responses from the MultiVision team within minutes. I was never left in the dark. Out of all the contractors I've used in my career, MultiVision made me feel the most confident my projects weren't being forgotten.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Their professionalism, knowledge, and the fact that they circled back with me to offer up tips on how I can be using the video to enhance our marketing strategy. These tips went beyond the SOW and it really made me feel as though they cared that the material was being used as intended but also offered some advice to use it in other ways as well.
Are there any areas for improvement?
No. MultiVision delivered exactly what they promised, in the timeline they outlined, and even went above and beyond their SOW to help me ensure this campaign was a success.

Please describe your company and your position there.
We are a French financial services firm operating in the retail, private, and investment banking both domestically and internationally. I am an associate in New York working on promoting structured financial products with a focus on proprietary index products to institutional clients.
For what projects/services did your company hire MultiVision Digital Productions?
We worked with MultiVision to create high quality explainer videos for financial market indices that will be linked to life insurance products distributed by US insurance companies.
What were your goals for this project?
We wanted to explain our product in a way that could be easily understood by a retail audience, using visualizations and graphical support that meet modern marketing standards for quality.
How did you select this vendor?
We considered multiple vendors on the basis of quality of animation, graphical design capabilities, cost, and time to deliver. Ultimately we selected MultiVision because they were local, highly responsive, easy to work with, and their costs are quite reasonable compared to the quality of product they produce.
Describe the video(s) and the process in detail.
We provide MultiVision with a script including a storyboard of the narration and ideas for paired visuals. MultiVision then prepares the remainder of the video, which incorporates animated graphics to explain financial models and concepts, as well as stock footage and a professional voiceover.
I am the project leader, and both myself and my colleagues will contribute multiple rounds of feedback as we perfect the initial 'concept' video into our final product.
What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?
On the vendor's side we primarily work with two people: the president of the company for outlining our goals and strategy, and a dedicated graphic designer who produces the video itself. We had multiple rounds of comments and feedback from ourselves and our clients on the insurance side.
MultiVision was accommodation and responsive, and continue to provide support for existing content if we want to tweak something.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
These videos were produced to support life insurance product offerings from our insurance partners. Client feedback has been overwhelmingly positive - they have the feeling that the videos add an extra layer of professionalism to our broader marketing package, and provide a helpful way to engage with digitally inclined retail investors.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Workflow was fairly seamless, we coordinated over phone and email and it was easy to set deadlines and track progress. There are no gaps in our communication process.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Speed and quality of delivery are quite impressive from MultiVision, especially considering the relative complexity of the financial concepts that we are trying to convey in our videos.

We ended up with videos for each of our divisions: contract manufacturing, original equipment manufacturing, pharmaceutical, quality, and technology.
What was your vendors’ project management or feedback process?
Their team was remarkably advising. We had frequent communication that increased as the shooting day neared. There was always a clear goal in mind.
I mainly worked with Robert and the editor. Post-production is where the magic took place. I was able to review each video and give honest and detailed feedback. MultiVision Digital Productions were happy to work with a client that showed passion for the project.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Within a month of upload, we received three opportunities from the video. Each of the web pages has an explanatory video to complement the content. We’re repurposing them for client meetings, trade shows, and email blasts. My team is enthused and looking forward to creating more videos with MultiVision Digital Productions.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
This project was a collaborative effort; the communications, timelines, and expectations set from both sides. We were able to bounce ideas off each other. We used Google calendars and hangouts to communicate, and post-production was handled through DropBox. It was easier for me to share the videos with internal stakeholders that way.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
MultiVision Digital Productions is consultative and flexible. Their team knows the industrial and manufacturing space. They were extremely professional and made the entire process enjoyable despite any inherent pressure for our team.
Are there any areas for improvement?
I can't speak on that. From the pre- to post-production, I was never left in the dark and felt part of the process. MultiVision Digital Productions’ team is full of great allies.
The video received positive feedback from the company's partners, associates, and customers. The firm also gained four new clients via referrals. MultiVision Digital Productions was easy to work with, and they were responsive to the client's needs. They also provided professional recommendations.
