A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the founder and CEO of a sports, travel, and entertainment company. We started out as a provider of events planning and travel logistics services for sports fans who were looking to host sporting events in their area. Since then, we’ve grown to provide news services, sports logistics, and everything that has to do with game day needs.
What challenge were you trying to address with MultiQoS Technologies Pvt. Ltd.?
We hired MultiQoS to develop an app that could allow our fans to connect with each other on specific sporting events or game days.
What was the scope of their involvement?
MultiQoS developed an application that sports fans could use to connect with their friends and plan their days alongside each other. This app could also enable them to set location preferences, find events in their area, and book their travels with us to various sporting events.
We started the project with general meetings. I didn’t know much about app development or design, so I put all of my ideas on paper and discussed it with the MultiQoS team. Once we were all on the same page, we moved into production, which was broken into five parts covering the initial design, functionality development, initial demo, and final demo on both Google Play and the App Store.
MultiQoS also created a landing page specifically for the app.
What is the team composition?
I had two primary contacts. There was a business development person who was in charge of managing the relationship and making sure that everything was going well in terms of the processes and timelines. The was also a lead developer with whom I spoke frequently.
How did you come to work with MultiQoS Technologies Pvt. Ltd.?
I used various network tools to look for different app development companies. I looked through LinkedIn and went through my own network of friends and family. That was when MultiQoS reached out to me and followed up with a few meetings. I really liked what I heard and saw, so we kicked it off from there.
How much have you invested with them?
The total cost was astound $19,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our partnership started in July 2021 and the project was completed in November 2021.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We don’t have any external metrics yet, but I can confidently say that our team is extremely pleased with the MultiQoS’s work. We’ve all been on tests and beta versions, and we’re all excited to give it out to the public. It looks incredible.
How did MultiQoS Technologies Pvt. Ltd. perform from a project management standpoint?
They were incredible. They’re based in another country but they accommodated my time and worked on my schedule. Everything was done professionally. I couldn’t have asked for a better development partner.
We mostly communicated via Skype and email. We also set up a Trello board to track the progress of the project.
What did you find most impressive about them?
What stood out about MultiQoS was their ability to turn my creative idea into a usable application. They were diligent at taking notes and listened to what we wanted to accomplish. They understood our vision and asked really detailed questions to ultimately get to the bottom of the task.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, I can’t think of anything.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be detailed with what you’re looking to achieve and communicate as much of it as you see fit. Don’t hesitate to change plans or alter the course of the development either, because MultiQoS is very adaptive as long as your vision is clear-cut.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the founder of Queso!, a mobile app that simplifies the process of capturing, organizing, and sharing your family photos.
For what projects/services did your company hire MultiQoS Technologies, and what were your goals?
We created native mobile apps from scratch for both iOS and Android. Our goal was to have at the very least a minimum differentiated product and MultiQoS far exceeded that.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
MultiQoS was able to see our vision right from the beginning, and I loved the fact that they have always been super-responsive, which is a must when working with a team on the other side of the world.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
I provided a document with various requirements and the team helped prioritize the feature development to develop a scope of work. We chose native development for both iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin), built on AWS with a host of their services, including Rekognition.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
A project manager was my point of contact throughout the project.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Our apps were just approved by Apple and Google. Onward and upward!
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
The project manager always responded via email, Trello, or Slack in a timely manner, and we easily scheduled Zoom calls as needed.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
It is very refreshing and fortunate to be working with a team that is really diligent and dedicated to the project. They obviously saw us as a partner, and not just a cash register.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
We'll continue to use MutliQoS' services.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the founder of Polished, a mobile app where users can log and share their manicures.
For what projects/services did your company hire MultiQoS Technologies Pvt. Ltd., and what were your goals?
I had created the MVP of my app using no code software, and had a UX consultant provide mockups. However, I knew that I needed a fully built out native app so decided to work with MultiQoS to build it.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
MultiQoS came referred to me from a colleague, who is currently working with them. I had an intro call with the team, and it seemed that they understood what I had and what I wanted to create, and they were able to provide me with a clear plan and timeline.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
Building a native iOS app, referencing the designs I shared and the functionality I had already tested with my no-code version. Basically taking those pieces and creating a new native app and backend admin panel. They also designed and built my landing page.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Two - a project manager and a lead developer.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We are only about one week from the app launching on the app store, so data is limited, but we do have over 100 downloads so far, and a 5 star rating. I was really excited once I was on the app store, as I had never made it that far on my own with the no-code or other freelance developers.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
The project manager and development lead were very communicative and responsive. They consistently replied to my questions with clear answers and follow up. We communicated through email and Skype.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The team was very patient and understanding as we worked together to build this. I don't have a technical background, and they were very helpful and clear in answering my questions. They were also very quick to help fix issues or make changes. I never felt like there was any delay in hearing from them.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
I was overall really impressed with working with them. One small piece of advice is to decide from the start which communication tool they will use - sometimes it was email, sometimes Skype chat, sometimes whatsapp, and a trello board. It was great that they were so communicative, but I didn't always know which way I should contact them. However, they were always very responsive.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I'm the funder of a startup developing (and continuously improving) a technology which enable new way of handling the working environments, through digital experience and reducing the technology "Frankenstein effect".
For what projects/services did your company hire MultiQoS Technologies Pvt. Ltd., and what were your goals?
We are developing an innovative platform such an innovative orchestrator. We constantly need to speedup the development process of part of the core system of our technology (an orchestrator) and a front-end web application as well. The main goal was to finalise an urgent demand of a bunch of tasks within a month.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We got in touch via Linkedin and we decide to start with them among others local providers, having a test project. They were asked to create from scratch a web site frontend and backend. Their quality, commitment and result driven approach got us convinced.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
They designed and developed one of the new frontend modules and the business logic behind the UI/UX. Starting from the mockup for UI/UX and then the development after our approval. Depending on the sprint we had daily and weekly basis releases to test and check every component.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
There were 5 people in the assigned team, including a project manager, designers and MEAN stack senior developers.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We were able to reduce the delivery time of the main core platform letting us to be more proactive with out final clients. Especially they helped us in recovering the delay generated by another provider.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
The project manager is still great and always listening and adapting the tasks and workforce to the (daily basis) incoming needs. According to the specific moment and timing needs we had from daily basis to weekly basis followup meetings; via Skype, Google Meet, Zoom (no matter which tool) and of course Trello and our corporate tools.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They were able to share with us the risk in terms of timing and commitment. They are very quick and smart in taking decisions even when in rough moments. They are always available.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Some time go faster in development increase the bug risk... it should be better to have different people from their side for a parallel test/staging... and they are already working on it.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the main consultant in a small IT consulting company. For extending our business with new clients, we needed a web presence.
For what projects/services did your company hire MultiQoS Technologies Pvt. Ltd., and what were your goals?
The goal was to create the company website, for presenting us and our main activities. We did not have the specific competencies and time do it by ourselves.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We were previously in contact with MultiQoS and knew they were able to build out web site. So we contacted them, settle the price and started the project quickly.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
We had a kick-off meeting to discuss our requirements. From there, the team delivered a mock-up for the main pages. As the mock up was satisfying enough, there were few iterations. The final site is hosted on HubSpot that covers our immediate needs and can evolve easily if needed.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
3 people: 1 Project Lead, 1 UI/UX expert and 1 Sr front end dev
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
The mock up and the web site was delivered fast. After some final fine tune-up we were able to have it online.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
Communication was rather informal (although written). As out web site is, all-in-all, a simple project we appreciated the simple and fluid communication.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They were able to move forward nonetheless to deliver on time even with a certain lack of availability from our side.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Design review and final delivery review were handled by mail. Although important to keep written track, we (and I emphasize the we) should have done it also with screen sharing to be more efficient.
MultiQoS Technologies successfully delivered their requirements much to the delight of the client. They were highly receptive and proactive when resolving concerns, and internal stakeholders were particularly impressed with their accommodating and friendly nature.
