MULTICOM was created in 1997 with the aim of providing complete direct communication services in Hungary.
In 2004, the company underwent a change of ownership and management, but continuously developed its services and business volume. Alongside the dominant Call-Center services such as 24/7 multilingual outsourced customer services, the BTL campaign business has grown to include direct marketing and BTL campaigns.
