I work for Multiversity Elearning. We’ve built a unique platform that integrates hospitality and leisure with farming and outdoor co-working spaces.

For what projects/services did your company hire Multia?

We needed help with website development and branding.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted a simple design and logo that would convey the idea of sustainable living for which this project stands.

How did you select this vendor?

We were looking for an agency that would understand the value of sustainable living, the importance of going back to nature, and the value this project has for the coming generations. Multia understood the project and was best equipped to handle this challenge. I had seen their themes on theme forest, which made me curious about their various client websites. We considered many vendors, but we were most impressed with the work that Multia was doing.

Multia was given the full scope of branding, design, and development work after we briefed them on our core ideas and belief system. They also suggested the name of our project.

What was the team composition?

We worked with their creative head, a designer, a web developer, and a project development manager.

They delivered the exact product we asked for, which has resulted in improved performance in the major metrics we follow.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Multia is available all the time, if required. They’ve mastered the art of project management and are easy to communicate with. They manage customer expectations precisely.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their designs are most impressive. Their work culture, ethics, and competitive pricing also stood out to us.

Are there any areas for improvement?

They have a great team and seem to have cracked the code to a superior customer experience.

I am the chief design officer at Elcom and am responsible for managing our website design projects.

We wanted assistance with website design and development.

What were your goals for this project?

Our website needed a new, clean look and feel.

How did you select this vendor?

We started with a list of 10 vendors. Multia had the most attractive designs in their portfolio and offered the best value for money.

Describe the project in detail.

Multia created our updated website in around three months. We started with around four designs and then shortlisted one of them. We also investigated how the responsive website would look on mobile phones.

What was the team composition?

Samhita (Creative Director, Multia) acted as the project lead and graphic designer, which allowed us to maintain consistent quality for the website. A few other graphic designers and a developer were also involved.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project finished successfully completed within the given timeline. We were able to attract multiple companies to partner with us, thanks to the new website.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We held weekly meetings online and chatted using our WhatsApp group.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They excel in futuristic design languages and understand the international market.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Faster turnaround times would always be welcome, but I realize they’re harder to ensure for complex websites.
