For what projects/services did your company hire MTA Digital, and what were your goals?
With relatively small internal Performance team - MTA was helping us on a daily basis with PPC campaigns implementation on META, Google and LinkedIn networks, as well as ongoing optimization, results reporting and any analytics-related issues.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We were looking for an agency who previously worked with other SaaS companies to be sure they understand core performances metrics we take into account. Additionally, their data-driven approach and positive reviews played role, too in decision making process.

Besides ads accounts daily management (campaign performance optimization) we were having regular calls on a weekly basis. During these sync-up calls MTA specialists were introduced to any upcoming campaign ideas/ problems, so we could brainstorm together the topics and get some tips on what would be better in terms of targeting strategy. Afterwards - we (internally) were taking care of preparing all advertising assets, depending on the channel (keywords, text ads or banners and video ads for display campaigns).
Once all necessary assets were ready - we were using Jira project management software to proceed - specific tasks with detailed description and scope were prepared and assigned to specialist taking care of particular advertising channel. Campaign performance was being checked on a weekly basis using Google Data Studios created by MTA and based on their results - specific steps were taken, communicated via Jira PM software.

We cooperated with Paid Social Media specialists, SEM specialist and Data analysts.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We've managed to unify conversion tracking across all of our PPC platforms which was a great step forward for getting clearer and easier to analyse data.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The workflow was neat - besides weekly meeting - we could always communicate significant project-related changes via comments to existing Jira epics/ tasks. If needed - we used Slack to discuss some urgent matters.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Their specialist had good knowledge and understanding of our product. Additionally, they were very easy to approach and very communicative. Sometimes I really felt like they are a part of our team, nor an external agency doing their job.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Sometimes we lacked experimentations but it's hard to tell that it's on MTA's side - I believe that the blockers for doing proper experiments were mostly caused by us (being tight on time, too small budgets, etc.)

At this stage, MTA Digital has prepared a transparent offer with recommendations, KPIs and tactics at the initial stage of conducting a PPC campaign. Work on the implementation of arrangements for our clients was reported on an ongoing basis and the data was analyzed. Based on the conclusions, the campaigns were optimized to achieve satisfactory results. During the cooperation, we receive clear guidelines as to technical requirements (for example regarding content) and information on what results we can expect. We operate on tools such as Asana, Notion and Slack.

Together with MTA Digital, we decided that engaging the given budget in SEO at first would be a good idea. Then we had a kick-off meeting, in which we outlined the strategy and steps for the cooperation for the initial three months.
We discussed, among other issues, the length of copy on the website and H1, H2, H3 titles, we choose the proper keywords, and focused on backlink strategy. Then, together with help of MTA Digital SEO team, we started implementing changes to my website. I believe after the first three months we saw the first positive results, which were an increase in the search position in Google, so I decided to continue cooperation with MTA Digital.
We still cooperate - MTA sends me guidelines to improve my website in terms of SEO, and since I gained new knowledge from their team of specialists, I’m able to implement the changes to my website on my own now.

I am a growth marketing manager for a web and mobile push provider in Europe.
What challenge were you trying to address with MTA Digital?
We needed to promote our webinars, so we hired MTA Digital to help us.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We first established the topic, details, and schedule for the webinars. We also discussed with MTA Digital which channels we wanted to promote the webinars through, and their agency offered suggestions for how we could best advertise the event.
MTA Digital then gave us a proposal for a campaign, offering to use Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn as our main channels. Based on our budget, we chose to run ads on Facebook and Google. After signing the contract and discussing our campaign agenda, we went into preparing the digital banners and ad content. Their team worked closely with us to refine the advertisements and make them more attractive.
We kicked off the campaign, and MTA Digital reviewed the ads’ performance after the first week to see what changes needed to be made. We continued to do this up until the first webinar was finished. At that point, they again provided us with more suggestions on what could be done better for the next one.

We were assigned a Google ads manager and a Facebook ads manager. I was the main person from our side who was involved with MTA Digital, but our copywriters, financial department, and designers were also involved.

We spent 17,000 Polish złoty (approximately $4,000 USD).
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked with them from November 2021–February 2022.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
It was key for us to drive down the cost per lead since, at that point, we haven’t done any advertising for a long time. When we started, the cost per lead was very high, but with MTA Digital, the cost decreased.
With every webinar, we had more and more leads registering for the event via the ad campaign. MTA Digital targeted the participants very well, which resulted in more people ultimately attending the webinar. As the cost of advertisements decreased, the results increased, which was very important.
How did MTA Digital perform from a project management standpoint?
We were very satisfied with their project management. Everything was done on time and as needed. We would discuss the details at the start of every campaign, and their team would keep me updated as it was taking place, especially if we needed to make certain changes. I also consistently received reports from them at the end of each event, which saved me a lot of time since I also needed to prepare a report on our side.
Our communication was mainly done through email and Google Meet.
