Panasonic cares about the health of its customers. The company launched a new NU-SC101 oven with advanced functionality, and a promotional site is supposed to demonstrate it.

Description

The basis of the image-building site for the new Panasonic oven is the idea of interactive immersion in cooking. We realized that regular photos would not have a strong effect, and creating videos would take too much time. Therefore, an interactive product presentation that showcases its functionality became the core of the promo site.

We identified 7 key product features and put them into separate screens on one interactive slider. The slides contain short text descriptions; they are also animated on the layout of the oven image. Designing a mobile app for the client’s partnership program. Its features include using a barcode to get bonuses for purchasing the partners’ products, and saving them up for the future purchases.

Description

ЛЕGКО lets you buy the goods you need and use the companies’ services as well as enjoy some additional benefits. Bonuses are calculated by scanning the barcode on the receipt.

Our client was the one who came up with the principles of the application. But throughout the project it was significantly upgraded. To make the app more user-friendly and well-structured, we cut the content and put it in a separate section. That allows the bigger part of the screen to perform the main function, which is scanning barcodes. The site of the housing estate on Vavilova street gives you all the information about this facility, presents the apartments and allows you to find an apartment quickly.

To achieve the objectives, we used bold innovative solutions. 3D animation on the home page allows you to take a look at the house and its surrounding area and find out what kind of view from the apartments you will have.

Development of an out-of-the-box site for TOURISTER, a company that organizes unusual tourist trips all over the world. The site should become an outstanding sales tool.

Description

Plan your own trip! The site offers a simple and convenient trip organization system. You choose your travel destination, mix means of transport, read suitcase packing tips, make a prepayment and then go off on an incredible trip for new experience, up to ten days.

The site is intuitive and emotionally charged. To portray excitement and uniqueness of each trip, we used lively photos and videos instead of texts. The combination of colorful pictures and the travelers’ reviews creates a friendly atmosphere and shows how much people unite in the wilderness.

We had to create a design concept for Raiffeisen online bank based on the available prototypes approved by the customer. It was important to take into account the existing corporate image of the bank, furthermore, creating new styles for the web elements was encouraged.

In the first round of the tender we developed the concept. When the customer had selected it, the further cooperation started. The main task was to create a visual solution that would make the bank stand out among its business rivals.

During the work, the client chose a standard interface with additional features that would also fit the bank’s corporate style.

Objective Samartists is a platform that offers its customers event planning, choosing executing agents from the database and even inviting a celebrity. Rosneft Aero

RN-Aero is a subsidiary of Rosneft, which sells jet fuel and aircraft refueling. The task that the client has set for us is to create a website concept that would meet new business requirements. We have developed three different visual concepts: from strict to creative. What kind of company is this? What does it do? What does it offer? These are the first questions your clients have. They should be able to find the answers on the main page of your website. In this project our task was to create a fully functional interactive main page and three templates for site sections.

The MST team has developed a casual economic game in which the player controls a fictional city-state and affects its economic condition and solves a wide variety of micro and macroeconomic problems. The player must lead their state to development and prevent the collapse of the economy. The participant has complete freedom of action within the framework of the events that constantly occur in the game, and each player’s decision has consequences for the governed state.

The game has a very nice and “tasty” graphics, a great variety in displaying the consequences of the decisions made by the player, many different endings. Not paid attention to the competitive and social elements in the form of leader boards and the function “Share results” and “Invite to the game”.
Our team very closely interacts with the customer, as we are supporters of an open discussion of the development of the game and game processes, the constant search for perfection in games.

Nestro Petrol

We have created a wide functional hardware and software system based on our own software. It is both marketing platform for managing of gas stations loyalty system and processing management platform.

With it help the operator can create loyalty programs for frequent users and flexibly control them. For example to award bonuses or to give a discount. System allows to create wide functional cards for employees. Also it helps operators fastly respond to changes in user behavior.

The solution is represented as web application and allows to unite programs of different operators under one platform and open access to the most advantageous offers for users. Today the system serves for 86 gas stations and thousands of customers in Bosnia and Herzegovina

Bizzability.

Design for advertising campaign

Bizzability is a popular american startup accumulating all discounts of your city in one mobile application. We have developed banners, video clips and internal website pages for it's advertising campaign.

The project was really challenging because of 7 hours time zone difference, but the result exceed all expectations.

For Panasonic, the MST team has developed a main website for product promotion, landing pages for trend goods and also today provides services for promotion in digital environment.
Namely, promotion in Yandex and Google, SMM and SEO.
The basis was taken UX / UI design and purchase concept in 3 clicks.

MST Digital developed a site on Laravel for the first golf club in Russia, Raevo.
In our work, we showed that Raevo is not only a golf club, but also a place for this holiday and business meetings.
We used server rendering, UX / UI design, integration with third-party online opalat services and reservations, creating an individual CRM system.
The site is located on its own MST server.

An unusual solution was developed for the Russian fishing company. When scrolling the screen, the next screen appears in the lower right corner of the screen.
A server rendering system was also used to load part of the content without overloading the entire page.

The project involved a product manager, an account manager, seven developers, an analyst, four designers, one SEO specialist, a target manager, and a content manager.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Qualitative feedback from MST Agency has been a value-added. We’ve realized new possibilities for our service since working with them. Now, we’re even considering entering the international market.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We kept in touch with the project manager from MST Digital Agency a couple of times per week, and that was sufficient. We were impressed with the team’s leadership.

We also communicated regularly with an analyst on the team. He gave insightful suggestions that contrasted with internal opinions. Through justifying those thoughts, he provided a higher quality service than we could have imagined.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was most impressed with the analyst at the agency. Even though he’s relatively young, he perfectly understood our customer needs and our business strategy. He spent hours on the phone with us explaining his thoughts. His investment in our success has improved our business.

Are there any areas for improvement?

What challenge were you trying to address with MST Digital Agency?

We were trying to create a convenient online interface for our clients, with the help of analytics.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

MST is our digital supplier, in charge of branding, website design, and development. We made use of analytics- and wireframe-driven concepts and prototypes, after which we moved on to algorithms and programming.  

They were mainly in charge of the frontend of the site, using WordPress for its development. I worked with the head of their marketing department to find the most convenient design.

What is the team composition?

We worked with 24 specialists. The developers led the project, and, in the last month of work, 33 people were engaged, including designers, developers, and analytics experts.

How did you come to work with MST Digital Agency?

We held a tender with eight companies and chose MST based on the solutions they presented.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent $475,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with MST Digital in July 2018. The new online service was launched in January 2019, and we’re currently working with them on its promotion.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve done user testing with key clients, who rated their designs quite high. They do high-quality work and are always on time. We’ve been satisfied with every decision they made.

How did MST Digital Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re in different time zones, so it was a bit difficult to find a convenient time to discuss the project, but we mainly communicated via Skype and email. Everyone on their team is a good multitasker. I worked with their project manager, who did his job quite well. They gave creative suggestions for promoting our platform.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was impressed by their ability to look at the business solution from a client perspective, rather than that of a contractor or client company. Their experience and level of work are very good. We were able to communicate on a daily basis to solve our problems.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The time zone difference was the only disadvantage in our collaboration. Their work is on a high level, and I don’t think there’s anything else to improve.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

Due to time differences, we initially struggled to find efficient ways to communicate daily or weekly. As we moved through the development process, we fell into a rhythm, meeting halfway through the workday to discuss feedback. As our inter-team communication improved, so did the quality of their deliverables. Primarily, we spoke via Skype and through email, but we scheduled weekly meetings as well.

There’s a personal touch to their services that sets them apart. They were very open to feedback and willing to discuss our ideas on how the game should look and function.
