MST Digital Agency completed the game, but we have a few more things to do on our end before we launch it. To measured their team’s performance, we tracked the number of updates, changes, or fixes MST Digital Agency completed each month. We were following a strict content plan, so it was important for their team to work quickly and efficiently.
How did MST Digital Agency perform from a project management standpoint?
Due to time differences, we initially struggled to find efficient ways to communicate daily or weekly. As we moved through the development process, we fell into a rhythm, meeting halfway through the workday to discuss feedback. As our inter-team communication improved, so did the quality of their deliverables. Primarily, we spoke via Skype and through email, but we scheduled weekly meetings as well.
What did you find most impressive about them?
There’s a personal touch to their services that sets them apart. They were very open to feedback and willing to discuss our ideas on how the game should look and function. Because they took the time to listen to our vision, the final product completely aligned with what we wanted. We’re completely satisfied with their work.
Are there any areas they could improve?
We had some trouble with communication during the project’s early stages, so it was a bit of a slow start. Eventually, we were all on the same page. Looking at the project holistically, they were a good partner.

Clients should openly share their ideas and opinions. MST Digital Agency will listen, then give their own perspective on the project. For the most productive relationship with their team, constant communication is a must.
