My background is diverse and includes over 11 years of being deeply rooted in the cosmetics and fashion industry. I creatively practice all my acquired skills & conduct “Arts in Business” Workshops. I help clients manage stress and anxiety using art and deconstruction for reinvention, redirection and more. I started my own brand in 2020 and was actively looking for a creative agency to help promote my products and courses.

For what projects/services did your company hire Mr Creative Social, and what were your goals?

Before the pandemic, I was taking in person workshops for arts helping my clients manage stress through art therapy. With pandemic forcing all business to go digital, the aim was simple to re-strategize the business model and help in lead generation. Also I wanted to work with a creative team who can help put my art in front of my desired audience.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I decided the vendor based on their previous works. They had one of the most amazing portfolio amongst the companies I consulted. They are young, creative and full of ideas. As a matter of fact they presented certain ideas for my business which I have been completely neglecting and turns out they were game changer for me.

We kickstarted our project with an online zoom meeting as the vendor was based in Dubai. They understood my requirements in detail as I was looking for a website which can be easily modified and is also super fast. They suggested me a newer technology ie Webflow which is centered around Front End Development and I couldn't have been more happier with their recommendation. Opposite to this, all the other companies I consulted suggested me Wordpress technology and I didn't wanted to go for it as I had very bad experience with Wordpress performance.

There were 3 people involved in my project development. Aayush - CEO He himself led the entire operations and is super value asset to be on your team. Apart from him, there was a front end developer who presented me with UI & UX designs and a backend developer who took care of all my requirements. After deploying my website, Aayush appointed a dedicated social media manager to me who looks after my day to day requirements.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching my website, I saw a huge increase in my online workshops. I got so many compliments from my students as it was super clean and easy to navigate. Best of all, it was blazing fast which was my main point of concern. So in short, they delivered what they promised.

I had bi-weekly calls with Mr. Creative Social which was lead by Aayush (CEO) and each topic was predefined before the meeting. The overall experience was seamless and was handled so professionally.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive and unique thing about the company is they would suggest tailor-made strategies for you. They don't operate as a standard digital agency that would only deliver on things they are supposed to. They will go out of the way to make sure each and every aspect of your business is attended and these small things make a huge impact.

None that I can think of.

We needed a website developed, and we also needed help with social media marketing.

They developed our website and handled our social media efforts in Instagram. The team created the content and did everything on their own. Mr Creative Social also helped us with our SEO efforts. 

We had a meeting beforehand to go over the requirements. We also had a meeting after all the deliverables were done, and we didn’t need any changes made.

We worked together from September–October 2020, but we’re still in touch with the team.

Everything was perfect. We had a good experience with Mr. Creative Social. They delivered the site to us within 15 days, and they managed to create a user- and mobile-friendly website. We were impressed with their creativity, and we received good engagement through their SEO strategies.

Our conversations went smoothly; we used email and in-person meetings at our office. Due to the pandemic, we only had two meetings in the office. Above all, they delivered in less time than we had agreed.

The team was very good at follow-ups. If there was any flaw in the design, they quickly solved it for us. I liked Mr Creative Social’s team; they were young and creative.

I’m the designer and CEO of a luxury fashion brand.

What challenge were you trying to address with Mr Creative Social?

Mr Creative Social helped us with web development, as well as garnering more traffic and audience through SEO, Google Ads, and social media marketing. It’s like a one-stop solution for me.

What was the scope of their involvement?

He is helping us develop, design, and execute our Shopify website. Additionally, they’re also doing the marketing aspect of the website that includes SEO, PPC, SMM, and digital strategy.

They’re handling all our social media accounts and manage all aspects of it like social posts and such. Moreover, they are also in control of every facet related to digital marketing. 

The website was done by the end of last year, but our partnership is still ongoing because we’re still updating the website and coming up with new ideas for the marketing. Ther website is relatively new and we’re also introducing new products every day.

I’m in touch with the CEO, which was actually my first requirement. I wanted someone who will understand my needs, and I wanted to work with only one person. The CEO himself has taken up the project with me, but of course, he has his team.

How did you come to work with Mr Creative Social?

I found them through a reference. I saw their work and chose them because I believe in people who are trying to prove themselves. They’re young, very hard-working, and very dedicated. I always like to work with youngsters because they have fresh ideas.

So far, we’ve invested around 25,000–30,000 AED (Around $6,800–$8,1000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in June 2020, and it’s been ongoing since.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I had a regular website and did a little bit of SEO and social media marketing prior to working with them. I can say that traffic has definitely improved and it’s been really good. I have a dotted contract, regular feedback, and weekly meetings where we discuss results and then figure out how to improve our situation. Overall, I’m very happy with the results.

How did Mr Creative Social perform from a project management standpoint?

The communication has been very good, and they’re the best parts about it. The deadlines are relatively met here and there, but also from our end, because sometimes they’re working on a new project, or we’re late in giving them the materials, and sometimes it would take a little longer than expected to build a new website. There are some hiccups, but they’re very manageable. As long as we’re getting feedback, we feel like we’re being taken care of.

One of my conditions is I don’t want it to be like a professional meeting, so I’m very comfortable with using WhatsApp to communicate. I wanted someone who I can reach out to any time because we have a very busy schedule — so it has to be according to my convenience. If I have an idea, I want to share it any time, and that flexibility has really worked for us.

What did you find most impressive about them?

As they try to prove themselves, they are always willing to go out of their comfort zone to accomplish things for us. It’s a big thing for me, especially in this field. Another important thing is they’re good at absorbing our ideas. That’s something very important to us as well.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Since they’re young I’m sure they will improve a lot and it will be done with experience. It would be helpful for them to be more professional, so they should put in more time to improve themselves.

It would be good for you to get yourself involved in the project. You would know your requirements more than anybody else so make sure you always have a say in your partnership.

Realty Force Real Estate is a premium boutique agency focusing on the luxury residential segment and waterfront communities. We've been operating on the market since 2008. We pride ourselves in most rewarding collaborations and partnerships with top developers. I have been working with Realty Force as a content writer and recruiter for the past eight months.

We were in need of a revamp for our website and wanted to boost exposure, traffic and help build brand awareness. We needed a customized platform and Mr Creative fitted very well with our vision and they delivered a fully custom built website.

Feedback from our clients is very positive, they love the design and the landing pages are quite amazing. Traffic has increased a lot, we got more leads and double clickthroughs

Aayush, the project manager had an impeccable command of the entire project and process, constantly updating us with regards to any delays, changes, or issues and providing all the reassurance needed to ensure we fully understand the process. We held Zoom meetings and communicated via email and phone calls.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Website is user friendly, easy to navigate and Mr Creative took the time to provide full training for our marketing team, for WordPress, so now it is very easy to update. We were quite impressed with the Logo, Custom artwork; SEO setup, and the ongoing support past deliverables

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Minor issues along the way, which were fixed in a timely manner and consistent follow up from the team.

I’m the owner and general manager of a startup called TechnoSoft, a software company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Mr Creative Social?

We had an internal team in charge of app development, but we needed to outsource the work for our web development and design efforts.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The project was around our website and creating new designs for some pages on the site. We gave them a 15-day deadline to finalize the requested job. The scope for the design work was mainly focused on making the pages more attractive, changing some of the UI/UX design and pictures, and suggesting a new style for some of the pages such as the home page and features page. After they suggested a design that we liked, they started to implement the changes on the website.

The second part of the website was in English, and we requested that they use HTML and WordPress which does auto-translation. They also created pages for all of the seven languages we needed.

I only have one main contact who gives the tasks to his team.

We searched online for web agencies in Dubai, and we came across their agency. They replied very quickly. They also gave us a detailed offer, so there was no ambiguity. We had 2–3 offers, and we selected Mr Creative Social in the end.

The first part of the project was 8,000 UAE Dirhams (approximately $2,178 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in December 2021, and it’s ongoing. The website project was completed in January 2022, but we’re just about to start a new project with them.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve given them some remarks during the project, but generally, they’ve been able to do their job well.

How did Mr Creative Social perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management process is good, and it’s easy to communicate with them through phone, WhatsApp, or email. We’ve had three meetings with them, and they’ve always been on time. Occasionally, we also use Zoom for meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They respond very quickly, and they offer cost-effective services. Some agencies in Dubai have a very high price, but we found Mr Creative Social’s price to be acceptable.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t see anything they can improve at this point. Our recent project wasn't that big, but we might see something in the future.

Go ahead and work with Mr Creative Social. They’re very professional and serious.

We had a thorough discussion of how we wanted an online platform for our products and that would be the only source of doing business so it had to be a website that would impress at all scales which included looks, user experience, check out process etc. and after having it conveyed to Mr. Aayush of Mr. Creative Social, he had taken the notes and had worked accordingly.
