I'm the CEO of Byteout Software, an e-commerce development company working on a mobile SaaS solution for mobile commerce applications for merchants.

For what projects/services did your company hire Moye Design?

They helped us create the visual identity needed for Omnishop, which is our product we committed to at beginning of 2021. They also helped us create our website and the UI/UX design for our mobile app theme.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

They were a recommendation and we based our decision partially on the portfolio they showed us, but mostly on the process and professional but flexible enough attitude, they had for our needs.

We had a free consultation call with them that lasted 30 minutes, where they listened to our wants, gave us some good advice, and came back with actionable steps they could help us with.

After that, we decided to go with the Branding workshop that helped us a lot to define a lot of things we never event thought about but were important, after which they created a logo and a brand book for us.

After that, we had a few workshops for defining our website and they pretty much did the whole thing with constant communication with us. We are quite pleased with the level of autonomy. Working on the UX and UI of the app was iterative, with our dev team, using scrum, they were quite involved and even gave good product advice!

Now we work with a commitment, where they basically help us with everything design-based and are communicating excellent with dev, product, and marketing.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

A working website that converts and communicates well. Also, the dev team is very satisfied with the level of ease they have implementing the design (used Figma I believe)

Very direct communication, all potential issues were expressly addressed and iterated on. We are quite pleased

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We appreciate their speed and flexibility to adapt when needed. They really understand how we work and use their design, that's quite valuable compared to previous designers who can make beautiful designs but you can't do much with them in real life.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

All feedback and improvements were done on the spot, I can't think of anything else

I am the CTO & Co-founder of Plaace and our platform is where tenants can find the perfect space and the property owners find the perfect tenant for their space. Tenants will showcase their business and property owners showcase their property, by creating profiles with images, presentations, etc. People can collaborate on maintaining these profiles in the platform.

The matching part is done with data driven decision support. We give a lot of insight in the areas and the tenants based on data from card transactions, revenue data, movement data etc. In this way it will be the best match for tenant and property owners, tenants that will most likely succeed in their new space, and not close or abandon the location.

Moye design is helping us with improving the user experience of our platform. Our goals for the project: • To expand the platform with the additional features • The platform was in closed beta, and our goal was to publish it live • To improve the user experience and make things more consistent

The business developer from Moye contacted us on Linkedin. We organized a few meetings to get the feel of the team and their services and expertise, and finally decided they are a good match for our project.

When we onboarded Moye team the platform was in Beta version and only had users who were early adopters. Since then the platform is live, and a lot of advanced functionality and data insight is released.

Moye Design's team basically functions as a part of our team. They are included in the daily and planning meetings. The communication is quick and efficient.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

How quickly they managed to integrate into our team.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Our collaboration has been a great experience so far, and we don't have anything to suggest. But we are sure we'll be happy with any improvements they can bring to the table.

We are a small Staff Augmentation Company from South America just starting up, and we needed a group of designers and brand strategists to help us out craft our Online Image and produce a quality website that would reflect our mission and our style.

I was looking for Design Agencies with a modern approach, I found Moye Design after looking for days different styles, examples, contacting other different agencies but what caught my attention, was Moye Design's care for story telling, and the integration of the perfect copywriting to complement a well crafted and well thought out design.

Moye Design has a very streamlined process that's splitted in different stages. They will first let you explain your ideas, rough concepts and expectations; further more they work very closely with you in a branding workshop that allows you, the owner of the product, to better explain your goals, style, and allows them to guide you into crafting the most adequate brand deck for your product

In total I worked with around 5 different people from Moye Design, in the areas of UX, UI and copywriting.

The outcome of our collaboration was first a brand deck that I use every time I need to craft anything related to the communication and public display of the company. Inmediately after, the website for Coders League is our pride and joy, we share it with our prospect clients, and potential candidates and it has helped us make our first quarter million dollars in sales during Q3 of 2021 with only a few months in the market.

The whole Moye Design Team is extremely approachable, our communication via email, videoconference and other are flawless, they have no issue providing further guidance in everything I need and we have easily built a strong business relationship. I know their way of work and as a proof of my trust in their process, I include them in all of my projects that require Branding and Design.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was heavily impressed to have found a group of individuals that care so deeply about the products of the clients. They go above and beyond to make sure you are fully satisfied with what they offer based on your ideas and they have great flexibility in terms of availability and going the extra mile to deliver. The quality of the outcome is outstading.

Nothing at the moment. We have adjusted pretty well to each other and our work together has shown amazing results.

For what projects/services did your company hire Moye Design?

To design a functional but aesthetically beautiful website that is able to communicate the concept behind the studio, i.e. to invite clients to take classes, workshops, retreats and trainings in accordance with the five elements (earth, fire, water, air, aether) to the end user.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We looked for a Web Designer who had the time, energy and enthusiasm to delve into the world of yoga and the principles that guide it and who understood our vision.

We had an initial 2 - 3 video conference calls to discuss the scope of work, as well as granting the team access to our Dropbox folder with content, photographs and Mood board. After that it was almost daily communication via WhatsApp Web and short video calls.

I only worked with one person after the initial contact. Bojana. She is Co-Founder / Owner of Moye Design.

The design is now with the programmers. The studio is due to open on the 01.12.21.

Super easy communication. Very fast response time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We had a very specific vision and requirements for our Yoga Studio brand. Moye Design did a great job in transferring that vision into a workable website design. The communication and implementation were excellent. Super fast and efficient. Senior UX designer as personal consultant for our UX engagment manager. UI designer as a team member for the production of low fidelity wireframes.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Never before did we feel that there is such a good translation of customer need into a UX that's easy and intuitive as when working with the Moye team. The thing with scientific software development is that the use cases are usually extremely complex and unique, but they had everything figured out quickly.

Also, we've got an intuitive UI that allows users maximum flexibility to explore whatever new idea they have. Even when we've presented the half-finished high-fidelity wireframe to potential users, they were blown away and managed to pass almost 100% of all tasks in the first-click test. They were fascinated with the amount and quality of work we delivered.

Right away, we knew that our collaboration with Moye Design would be long-standing and productive.

As physical meetings are quite challenging between our office locations, we had frequent video calls with the Moyen team. They demonstrated great care on our projects and provided significant assistance with their expertise and experience.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

As our application was designed by data scientists and used for engineers, the use cases were extremely complex and unique. Luckily, with an engineering background, the UX consultant understood the situation and could provide helpful advises quickly.

Bird Protection and Study Society of Serbia (BPSSS) is a nature conservation and research CSO and a part of the largest global network of nature conservation organisations - BirdLife International. I am the coordinator of the PannonEagle LIFE project that deals with the active conservation of the Eastern Imperial Eagles in Serbia.

For what projects/services did your company hire Moye design?

We hired Moye design in order to create a new web platform in order to address the problem of the illegal killing of birds, as well as provide a solution path for this serious issue.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to have a specialized platform for learning about the illegal killing of birds, as well as having a common surface for reporting the cases of bird killing, in order to notify the competent authorities and gather data in order to further address this issue.

How did you select Moye design?

In conjunction with the fact that Moye design is working on another project with BPSSS, we selected the offer on the basis of a three-offer call for proposals. The selection process was run by a three-member commission at BPSSS.

Describe the project in detail.

Upon the confirmation of work schedule and desired outcomes, we received 2 different design solutions. With minor corrections, a path was selected, and the team began working on it. BPSSS provided the basis for the work with the texts and visuals substracted from the printed material done in the same manner beforehand. The goal was to transcribe the printed material into an online form, which would serve the same educational purpose, with the addition of interactive content and a working submission form.

What was the team composition?

The communication was conducted via email and mostly involved 2 people on the vendor's team, with several other colleagues communicating at different project development stages. The team also communicated with the graphic design and communication responsibles at BPSSS.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

As the project promotion is still in its very early stages, it is difficult to tell the concrete outcomes in numbers so far, although the project was followed by a media campaign aimed at the website promotion, which achieved more than 20 media appearences including 4 live national television appearances.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow and communication were done very well and very up to date. The communication was done mostly through Email and functioned perfectly for the tasks at hand.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Clear and fast communication, quick understanding of mutual needs and requests and a creative approach to solving problems that arise during the development process.

Are there any areas for improvement?

The whole team at BPSSS is very satisfied with the work done, and could not pinpoint any particular areas of improvement that could be identified from our standpoint.
