Sanditex is a family owned fabric store. It opened its doors to the public 33 years ago, but it was only until 2014 that Sanditex opened its Facebook business page. And it was until 2017 that they started looking at the internet as a serious source of sales.
We started working with Telas Sanditex at the end of 2019. We started by fixing their Google Campaigns, which where being handled by another agency, but completely missed the target audience and lacked strategy.
We also started managing their Facebook Ads and supporting them with their content and organic reach sales strategy. This is a client who already was making sales using their Facebook page through organic reach and through Facebook Groups. We gave structure to their funnel and provided tools for the directives to be able to track their customer service agent's performance, which was a very important milestone for our client.
We then focused on growing his audience so his organic reach strategies could have a larger impact. Due to the success in sales, we implemented new platforms such as Pinterest, and increased the ad budget which allowed us to cover more via Google Display and Youtube Ads.
Until then, most sales were conducted off-site, via chat and messenger conversations. In order for our client to be able to grow, this needed to change.
In 2020 we launched the client's new website, which converted at 10x more than his previous website in the first couple of months.
Because of this client's particular nature and market behaviour (lots of pre-sale customer service is required to close a sale, even though it's ecommerce), we custom design every channel to be able to include (and track) options for a chat.
This has been one fo the key aspects of success for our client, but it also had made an impact in the way our customer is able to track his sales agents performance, as well as giving the agents better tools to do their work more efficiently, impacting the overall health of their business.

I’m the manager of a small food and beverages company that specializes in selling frozen yogurt.

We needed help with social media marketing and management.

Mosaico Marketing is in charge of managing our social media channels, mainly focusing on Facebook and Instagram. They’re also in charge of our content creation, which includes photography and copywriting.

I'm the administrator of the sales office of Tecnolab in Toluca. Tecnolab is a laboratory furniture manufacture.
For what projects/services did your company hire Mosaico Marketing?
We need to change from paper to digital, they helped us to develop a starter web page, google ads and have helped us to attract those clients that we couldn't reached by phone or with the page only.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We reached other 4 companies, the prices were at the same range; but the final factor for us were that we felt understood, they offered us to move to digital and show us patience answering all our questions and the ideas they gave us and they fit the plan to our budget.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
We had a call where we introduce them to our company, our biggest challenges attracting possible clients and the changes that we experienced through the last years. Then they developed a plan with two strategies creating a landing page and starting google ads. To develop that, they set us a quiz with questions about our history as Tecnolab but specifically as Tecnolab Toluca the sales offices. After that, we sent pictures, logos, information about the focus of the landing page; once it was finished, they presented it to us we made some changes and notes, they fixed them and uploaded the page.
Then we started with the google ads, this has been continuous work cause we didn't have any info about it so we have been working close to use our google ads budget the best as possible, developing new keywords based in our feedback of the prospects that reached us. We have video calls every month and a half, and communicate if we saw a dramatic change in the contact of prospects through Whats App, mail or video call.

We have a Whats App chat with all the team but mostly I work with the leader account or the marketing strategist this makes it easier for me.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We saw a 100% increase in our prospects and gained new clients.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We had regular online meetings, mails and whats app communication if we have something urgent to comment. For us this works great.

They helped us as they offered. They are always making changes and working with our ads. This is a certainty for us so we can focus in our work.
