Portfolio
Morphosis has worked with over 200+ of Asia’s leading organizations across BFSI, healthcare, hospitality and retail. Select clients include Mastercard, Omise, SCB, Bangkok Hospital, Agoda, BCG, Ascend, Manulife, TopGear and other mid-level and enterprise organizations.

AskAva
AskAva aims to build a concierge application for villas, allowing tourists to book transportation and leisure activities, as well as other services like laundry and food delivery, in advance of their trip. They reached out to our team, wanting to create a fully functional platform that could be scaled regionally and globally in the near future.
To help them achieve this goal, we have been designing and developing an all-in-one online and mobile app concierge solution that has gone live since August 2019. We conducted stakeholder interviews to understand the client’s business requirements, identified different user personas, and designed the mobile application accordingly. This led us to implement various features into the platform, including a built-in chatting feature which allows users to contact villa landlords directly. We also created a comprehensive online booking system which connects users directly to leisure activities, food delivery, and emergency services.

Arthur
Arthur Online is a platform that allows property managers and owners to manage their properties, applicants, tenants, contractors and financials all in one place. They approached us, aiming to reduce their churn rate, draw in more traffic and increase their revenue.
In this project, our team built a highly complex online booking platform by creating simple models that are intuitive and easy to understand for end users. We started off by doing extensive user research on this project, getting to understand the industry, user expectations and their journey. This allowed us to create platform layout models that are intuitive for end users. Finally, we revamped the website’s design to create a more modern look and feel, as well as align the platform’s marketing message with its target audience.

REDD
As a growing personal storage company, Redd sought to make managing their 500+ storage units more efficient for both customers and internal staff.
We centralised all their offline data into one dashboard, helping automate data entry and giving Redd’s management and marketing teams powerful insights on their business and customers.

Agoda
In 2015, Agoda was doing a full redesign of their online booking platform. However, to confirm that they were going in the right direction, they needed further UX research and analysis to understand what types of information to display on their interactive maps at different zoom levels and on different pages across the whole website. These types of information include points of interests, ideal number of results to show on maps, transportation routes and so on.
Our solution to Agoda was two fold: firstly, we validated Agoda’s internal research and gave them the confidence that the platform was going in the right direction and secondly, to design an interactive map that displays different items depending on its zoom level. We were able to provide data-driven UX research and design directions to Agoda within 8 weeks, while also keeping them aligned with our plans throughout our entire design process.

Bangkok Hospital
Bangkok Hospital’s online doctor appointment booking form was suffering from an extremely high drop off rate of 96.3%. As users were not utilising their online appointment booking system, they had to manually call the hospital to make appointments. This led to administrative inefficiencies, which could be eliminated by optimising the hospital’s website to increase online appointment bookings.
We kicked off this project by analysing the user metrics on the existing website to identify how customers interact with the platform and where they typically drop off while attempting to make an online appointment booking. We then redesigned the website’s flow to simplify the booking process for customers, such as including smart taxonomies and visual clues. Finally, we created an intuitive platform navigation system to improve the overall user experience for Bangkok Hospital patients.

SCB
Being one of the largest commercial banks in Thailand, SCB is also one of the Kingdom’s oldest. For this reason, they needed to modernise their loans approval processes and automate their workflows in order to increase efficiency, reduce internal costs and minimise any errors associated with manual processing.
To address this issue, our team at Morphosis started out by conducting interviews with SCB’s internal stakeholders. We then digitised and simplified SCB’s loans approval processes, as well as created direct communication channels between different departments. This minimised the workload for loans officers, significantly reduced waiting times for SCB customers.

Home Connect
Research
Before starting the design, the team took time to understand the business and users by interviewing the main stakeholders. Currently, the website is mostly targeted to Expats in Bangkok with a small minority of Thais, middle to upper class, each audience with very different goals which we had to account for in our designs.
We also analyzed some of the main competitors in Bangkok to set a benchmark for this project. Most Thai websites have very standard designs and with pretty bad user experience on average. To find design inspiration for modern layouts and experiences, we had to look beyond Thailand.
Wireframes
Once we gathered enough information about the business, we studied a few different concepts and layouts and reviewed them early on with the client to see which direction was best for them. In the end, we decided to create a really simple search flow to help users find their perfect home in just a few clicks.
All search results are then displayed in a left sidebar along with a map. Users never leave this map view while browsing through different condos. The map is totally dynamic and information displayed on the map changes based on what is selected in the left sidebar. This allows users to quickly browse through different condos quickly and efficiently with an option to check the location on the map and get all relevant information pertinent to this condo.
The reason why we chose this solution is that location is really important to users. Traffic is really bad in Bangkok and users do not want to travel for long periods of times.

Prudential Mobile Apps & Management Systems Design
Prudential wanted to design various web and mobile applications to improve the efficiency of their internal processes and to provide new services for end consumers. In order to achieve their goals, they sought the help of UX/UI design experts locally in Bangkok to help augment their team and speed up their design process.
Our Solution
Our assignment was to redesign management systems to help improve their internal workflows and processes and various mobile applications for end consumers. We also provided premium SEO content writing and consulting to improve their visibility on search engines. This is an ongoing and long-term partnership with Prudential and we are strongly committed to helping them refine and expand their wide range of digital products and applications.

Kerry Express
Kerry Express, the #1 parcel delivery service in Thailand for B2C and B2B, was in dire need to refresh and rebrand its main website to give a more modern look and better experience to its users and to improve its visibility on search engines. Additionally, they wanted to rebuild their customer dashboard to allow users to track and trace parcels more effectively.
The solution
UX / UI Design
Our design process was split into two phases: log-in and non-login screens.
We revamped their individual service pages to follow conversion-rate-optimization (CRO) landing page best practices, helping the client convert more visitors to the platform.
Our UX designers developed intuitive flows that allow users to complete different goals on the platform with ease, such as design flows to help users request a parcel pickup, manage their shipments in bulk, set up cash on delivery payments, and more.
Development
We developed various functionalities to improve the overall user experience. We built the custom search map, allowing users to search for their nearby Kerry Parcel Shops, as well as filter by available services like Sameday Delivery and Self-Collection.
We also rebuilt the Easyship functionality, an all-in-one parcel management system that allows businesses to track and organize their parcel deliveries in bulk right from the platform.
Search Engine Optimisation
After getting our content and keyword strategies approved, our content team then proceeded to create 10 landing pages for Kerry in both Thai and English.
Finally, once the design of the website was finalized and the development process commenced, our technical SEO team worked closely with our development team to establish an SEO-friendly technical foundation for the website.
Less than three months after launch, we saw significant improvements in keyword ranking, including over 26 new target keywords ranking on the first page of Google, and 14 new keywords in the top 3 position.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I am the marketing division manager for a fashion retailer in Thailand, with our headquarters located in Singapore. I oversee all the marketing communication activity, PR, and digital marketing. E-Commerce is one of the areas that I cover, and we also just launched an E-Commerce website.
What challenge were you trying to address with Morphosis?
We needed someone with more expertise to guide us since we had a lot of technical and digital marketing issues.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Our first project with them was around SEO since we didn’t have any SEO for our site at all. They did keyword research then implemented the SEO development for our site, with very good guidelines. They advised us from day one in terms of all the SEO, and they did a website health check and audit.
They always give professional guidelines and feedback. During the time of the SEO implementation, we faced a lot of other technical problems, so we asked them for support with a couple of other projects. For example, we realized that we needed to do a Thai version of the site, so they helped us implement that version.
They started with the translation, then they did all the programming, coding, and everything. They turned the English version of the website into a Thai website, and we’re going to launch soon.
We enjoy working with them as they provide very good technical support. They support all the new plugins, updating the Magento versions, as well as changing the payment gateway. There are a lot of things that they are working on in terms of technical support, since they’re the real experts.
What is the team composition?
There are three key people who are working with us. There’s a technical guy that supports us, and one Magento expert.
How did you come to work with Morphosis?
They were recommended to us, and they were one of the teams that we were interested in — so we invited them to make a proposal. They came to present to us, and we felt they were very professional in the way that they do their research.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them in February 2021, and we are still working with them — there are more projects coming.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They are very professional. We really needed guidelines from a very professional team with credentials in e-commerce and website development, and they’re the right people to work with us. Their company size is not too big, but they aren’t too small either — our key contact is very professional and handy.
We are about to finish our six-month target and the results are quite satisfactory, because they have helped us improve our ranking as it’s much higher now.
From the 20 keywords that they focus on for us, we went from nowhere to being above 10, with five of the keywords making it to the top three in the English version of the search engine. We found that our main customers are from Thailand, and that’s why we needed to come up with a Thai language version of the website — without them, we would be nowhere.
How did Morphosis perform from a project management standpoint?
They’re very good in terms of meeting deadlines. There were one or two delays, but it didn’t hurt the project — they’re very timely.
They have a Trello board which they invited us to. Whenever they need us to approve or check on anything, they just advise us, and we use the special link they created for us. We typically use email to communicate.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I don’t have any comparison, but they have delivered a very professional guideline and can deliver everything in a timely manner. The team is very good and supportive, and I think all of those things make the relationship very healthy.
Are there any areas they could improve?
We might need more face-to-face updates — that is the only thing I can think of. The project timeline is quite long, but we have quarterly updates. It would be good to have monthly updates, but again, it doesn’t really hurt that much because we can still communicate on a day-to-day basis.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I would recommend them to anyone because of their professionalism. They are very supportive no matter how big or small our questions may be. We just call them, and they are there to support us — I think that makes them quite special.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I am the CEO and co-founder of a dating app that matches compatible personality types.
What challenge were you trying to address with Morphosis?
We realized we needed to rebuild our app from scratch. After an unsuccessful engagement rebuilding the app with another firm, we went looking for a team to build it from scratch.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Morphosis developed and designed our mobile app. They built both an iOS and Android version of the platform. We provided them with a Word document detailing every screen of the app, down to the buttons. This served as a framework for their development. We also had some of the designs ready before we started and their team took it from there.
What is the team composition?
We worked with a project manager, a designer, and a team of developers.
How did you come to work with Morphosis?
Morphosis was recommended to me by our CTO, who knew someone who had worked with them.
How much have you invested with them?
We invested around £60,000 (approximately $83,000 USD).
What is the status of this engagement?
Our engagement ran from October 2020–February 2021.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Our daily active users doubled over the course of two weeks. Before working with Morphosis, we would see a few new users per week. At first, people weren’t happy with the change, which we expected after talking to other founders who relaunched their products. Now, users say it’s faster and easier to use.
How did Morphosis perform from a project management standpoint?
We were mainly in touch with our project manager, with who we had a daily morning call. We also communicated via Slack and email.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The quality of their work and their communication skills stood out to us. With other developers, they push things forward without telling us, but that hasn’t been the case with Morphosis. They’re constantly checking in.
Are there any areas they could improve?
There were a few small bugs with the app, but they were really quick to deal with them. It’s almost impossible to build an app without bugs, it’s part and parcel of the process.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Have a clear idea of what you want to speed up the process. Even if you don’t have it figured out, their team will help walk you through it. We recommend working with Morphosis.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I'm the MD of DAS Internet Solutions Co., Ltd.
For what projects/services did your company hire Morphosis?
We have 2 separated websites, aircon and CCTV, they are quite old design so we need someone to combine 2 websites into one and want it looks more rich and luxury. Also, we need to add more product line e.g. projector, sound system, access control system, and so on. All of these need to be in one website so customers know what we sell.
What were your goals for this project?
We want a brand new website with a new logo but based on the old one, we want the website looks rich, luxury, professional. We also need it to link with our ERP system so when we update the product on the website it will also update on the ERP.
How did you select Morphosis?
My friend used to work with them and said they did a very great job. So we hired them once for the old websites of aircon and CCTV. The results were unexpected, the traffic were 500% increase once we launched the new website. So this time would be a great idea to hire them again.
Describe the project in detail.
As we talked inside with sales manager, IT manager and I. We came up with some references and our sitemap and explained what we wanted with Morphosis. Morphosis asked us many questions about tone and mood and how we want the website look. So they designed the Logo to see how we like tone and mood and they designed a wireframe.
- Logo designed step - They sent us B&W designs to select what we like most. And we did this step 3-4 times. Once we ok with the design they put the color in and we did this only 2-3 times as we have told them what color we prefer, we just select the bright or dark tone. Once the logo is done. They get the color tone from logo and put it in the wireframe.
- Wireframe step - In this step, they provide us a wireframe and it's pretty much what we exactly needed. So this step went very fast, there is only a bit adjustment.
- The whole design, after the logo and the wireframe is done. They put mood and tone in the wireframe and the result is what we are really needed.
What was the team composition?
I have talked with the owner and the designer directly. I think the designer designed things and sent it to me and when there is sometimes we can't figure it out the owner gave some advices so the project can go fast.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Unfortunately. the design step was go very fast but the programming is quite slow ( which is not related to Morphosis) as we need to link it with ERP system. However, we get some leads from the new website and we did only some SEO, so I think when we're ready to fully push the SEO, we will be the best website in the industry in Thailand.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
I was very impressed how they worked. As I used to work with them 2 times (the old website and the current website). I saw the differences between the first and the second time. They were improved a lot, communications, advices, designs, and the whole process.
The timeline is shorter than we thought and there is not many revisions as they have questioned us and clarify things so the project can close fast.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
The process and their talent, I went through many project (not only the website design). Morphosis is the best company I used to work with, question everything, clarify everything and the project was done successfully.
And after the project, they sent us a guideline how to use logo in other designs and all mood and tone and many information about Fonts, Weight of lines and many references how to use their design to others, which I impressed the most.
Are there any areas for improvement?
I think they're very professional and I have nothing to say with the improvement. They did an excellent job already.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO of an online store that sells party items.
What challenge were you trying to address with Morphosis?
We wanted to make the store easier to use for clients. We have around 6,000 products, so it was difficult for people to find what they were looking for. We also needed to modernize the site and make it more mobile-friendly. Our ultimate goals were to increase our conversion rate and average order value.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Morphosis made an analysis of our e-commerce shop to see how customers were using it. They made design and functionality changes based on the findings. The design changes included a new logo.
What is the team composition?
I had contact with around four people from Morphosis, but there may have been more people involved.
How did you come to work with Morphosis?
My son is a developer, and he was living in Bangkok at the time and knew Morphosis.
How much have you invested with them?
The project cost $9,500.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with Morphosis in December 2016 and finished in February or March 2017.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Our conversion rates after launching the new shop rose to 0.04 for the website and 0.1 for mobile, and the average order value went up. We could also see that people were spending more time on the site.
We weren’t originally looking to have design changes made to the site, but Morphosis made some suggestions based on their assessment. They really stood up for their ideas, and I’m glad they did. The new logo and design really improved our shop.
How did Morphosis perform from a project management standpoint?
Morphosis had a modern and professional approach, and they were very easy to work with. They gave us access to a nice system where we could follow the project. They uploaded everything they did there. We mainly communicated through email and Skype, and we could also leave notes on the project tool they were using, which was very convenient. They always answered my emails quickly, and they were always there when I needed them.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Usually, developers have their own jargon, but Morphosis used language I could understand. They made me feel comfortable as a customer. This is one of the most important things in these kinds of collaborations, and it’s usually difficult to get with developers.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I don’t have anything. I’m satisfied with everything they did.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO of Happily.ai, a technology startup based in Bangkok, Thailand. We provide a platform that helps companies engage employees and make workplaces happier.
What challenge were you trying to address with Morphosis?
We’d already built out our product, and one of the challenges we had was onboarding clients in a more automated and self-serving manner. We wanted to give them the ability to just come to our website, sign up, and use the platform right away. The method at the time was kind of cumbersome, requiring a person to walk the client through the process.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We asked Morphosis to design a way in which a customer could just sign up and use our platform all by themselves. The scope of their work was mainly UI/UX design. They delivered us design files for each workflow.
Morphosis did the research and helped us understand what the pain points were with the process we had at the time. They came up with a proposal for a new user flow, and they went through a few design iterations. They gathered feedback from us, and we tested a few scenarios. The final product was delivered to us at the end of a one-month period.
They initially wanted a longer engagement in order to do more work, but we had a budget constraint. I reached out to them after having tried my hand at designing something, and I wasn’t happy with it. There was also a lot of attention needed to test the design in a lot of different scenarios. I did share with them my initial designs, which gave them a starting point.
They also helped with user management. Once a company has set up an account with us, all their members need to be managed on our platform. Morphosis highly improved the process of adding, editing, and deleting members.
What is the team composition?
I worked with one main designer, and Jeremie (Founder & CEO) was involved as well.
How did you come to work with Morphosis?
I’d known Jeremie for quite a while, having first met him in 2011. He had a reputation for doing great design work, especially for the startup community. I’d actually done some work with him in the very early days of Morphosis, and it went well. The current project was particularly challenging, and I didn’t have any resources on my team to handle it, apart from myself. I thought that it was a good opportunity for us to work together again.
How much have you invested with them?
The total cost was around $4,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked with Morphosis between mid-December 2019–January 2020. Excluding holidays, we worked together for 2–3 weeks.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
It took us quite a while to implement their work, given our own resource capacity. The update containing their designs was pushed to customers only a month and a half ago, so we haven’t had enough time to measure its impact.
Morphosis covered a lot of use cases. It was a new project for them, so we were pretty impressed to see them cover cases that we wouldn’t have expected them to.
Their designs have made it easier for our clients to add, edit, and delete members on their accounts, but also view files for each employee and see how engaged they are with the platform. Clients have definitely found this feature to be a lot more useful on the new design.
How did Morphosis perform from a project management standpoint?
I never really had to follow up with them to make sure things were on track. They did a good job of ensuring that we were on task and on time. They made sure to use tools we were comfortable with, including Skype. We mainly used email for communication. Since we only had a monthlong engagement, I don’t think we used a tracking platform. We set up meetings at Morphosis’ office routinely.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their professionalism blew us away. I did my homework before choosing to work with Morphosis, and the feedback I got from others convinced me that we’d work together well. It’s also their creative ability.
They have a lot of experience working with SaaS startups. If they didn’t have the right experience, they would’ve been learning at our expense, but I knew that this wasn’t the case with Morphosis. They have more experience working with these use cases than the other providers I looked at.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Thinking back, the user testing process could’ve been done better. We had to do a lot of the user testing ourselves, after we began development. We had a time and budget constraint, and Morphosis did a good job with the resources they had, but I think that we should’ve prioritized our time a bit differently.
Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?
Clients should be communicative about what success looks like to them. The Morphosis team is professional at what it does, but having clear, measurable goals would help them out.

Please describe your company and your position there.
April Flora is a premium flower delivery in Bangkok. We make it easy for clients to send flowers to their loved ones. No matter where they are. Order online and make payment through credit cards, PayPal or bank transfer. Our florist will create beautiful arrangement and our messenger will hand-deliver it to the recipient. I am the founder of April Flora since May 2016.
For what projects/services did your company hire Morphosis?
We wanted to renew April Flora website and make it more modern and improve user experiences. We had a few ideas in mind but also would love to have an experiences web developer company to help guiding us on this and for the best results.
What were your goals for this project?
A new website which will reflect the brand identity, updated designs, and better UX in order to generate better conversions and sales numbers.
How did you select this vendor?
My husband, Jakob, recommended to hire Morphosis for April Flora new website project. Since he also used Morphosis for his prior projects as well.
Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.
April Flora new website project started with a meeting with their CEO, Jeremie, and the project leaders which make me as a client feel like they pay attention in what clients need. We discussed about how and April Flora started and which direction we would like to go. And the most important are the goal for this projects. Then they came back with the directions, process and timeline. Khun Phueng, one of the project managers would always keep us updated on the process. Firstly, we agreed on the new logo of April Flora and overall mood and tone for new website, the main functions that we would like to add in. One of the things I like about working with Morphosis is how they delegate the work to their team. So the work flow seems good on the client side and when I have any questions, the team always do their best to provide the solution for us. The timeline of the project was around 2 weeks and they delivered the new website to us on time. They even go beyond with the additional requests. As there are some functions we might forget to add in before project started but they help us with additional trivial requests.
What was the team composition?
I mainly worked and communicated with Khun Phueng, the project manager, but also when it's easier to communicate directly with the graphic designer, I got to provide my comments to them directly via the tools online which was very convenient. When we had technical issues, they will check with their developer for us which is great since I'm not an expert on the technical side.
Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
We decided to renew our website right before Valentine's sales which is the biggest selling period for flower business. The result was our sale for that valentine doubled compared to the previous year. It also make it's easy for us to arrange and deal with a lot of amount of clients in a way that's more automated and clients also happy with new design of the website. And not only Valentine's period, the sales and conversions also picked up in general.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
As I mentioned before, I like when most of the project is one stop service and I didn't have to communicate with too many people only when it's needed. The project leader with good communication skill and the urge to service clients should be enough. And I think Morphosis could deliver that. The efficiency of communication with client is good.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
I would say that the level of accuracy of the products and services they committed to provide us impressed me most. The new website of April Flora successfully delivered the functions and designs we were looking for and aligned with what we discussed with Morphosis team. Which I think it's one of the most important things any digital agency would be able to provide to their clients. And it also giving me comfort and confidence to recommend Morphosis to any of mine friends or business partners who are looking to find an agency to consult for their digital matters.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Since your team are very experienced and well equipped with digital knowledge, it would be great for clients like us to hear more about your suggestions and ideas or more information about new features/ technologies other related businesses are using.

What is the team composition?
The main team was comprised of a project manager and two designers. Our project manager outlined the work and guided us through each step, explaining what was needed from us along the way. We started with the business process first and then worked with other members of the team during subsequent parts.
For example, we had to work on a style guide for the website design, which was handled by a specialist in this area. They went through each design with us, explaining their suggestions and confirming that they matched our expectations. Morphosis used some example cases to make sure that everything would work as expected when done.
How did you come to work with Morphosis?
We looked at a range of designers and web developers for this project. Morphosis stood out because they were focused on the UI/UX aspect as opposed to being a more general web developer.
It was also easy for us to meet up with them and describe our idea. Having a focus on the UI part was very important for us because we wanted the website and web app to be as easy to use as possible. Our objective was to have our customers navigate around all features as intuitively as possible.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked with Morphosis from May–October 2018.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The portal’s overall look and design met our expectations. We wanted something that was an extension of our brand, and all Morphosis had to work with was a corporate identity and brand manual, which was a relatively short document. From that, they expanded the designs into a website and a general look for the new and future pages.
Apart from the design itself, Morphosis helped us walk through the business process, which evolved a lot throughout the process of working with them. They helped us point out all potential issues and shortfalls that could come up, through various test scenarios. We were able to optimize the business process and the steps a user had to take in order to make and manage bookings.
How did Morphosis perform from a project management standpoint?
Morphosis didn’t use any special tools. They communicated what they expected back from us each week, which meant that the project stayed on track.
Having worked with many people, not just web designers and developers, I know that providers tend to let the client track the project timeline for them. Morphosis stood out in the sense that they were the ones who seemed to be troubled if something slipped from the timeline. They actively reminded us when we needed to wrap something up in order to not affect the main timeline.
We had an on-site meeting each week, just to make sure that all requirements were properly discussed. Apart from that, we continuously kept in touch via email to make sure that the progress was going according to plan. The communication was key.
What did you find most impressive about them?
It’s their business expertise. They didn’t just design what we wanted, they also formed the best experience for our customers.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, I can’t think of anything.
