Digital Marketing during COVID-19 pandemic
HappyPo is a handy device for personal hygiene - a portable bidet.
We were responsible for their online marketing during the most intense period of pandemic (covid-19) lockdown. We focused on advertising on Facebook and Instagram, but also managed Google Ads.
Our campaigns and continuous optimization in conjunction with the market environment resulted in a 155% increase in sales, a 97% increase in ROAS and a 55% decrease in CPO (Cost Per Order).

#Rückendeckung campaign for Bundesinnungsverband des Gebäudereiniger-Handwerks
We helped our friends from ZwislerDecker GmbH and carried out a social media promotion of their #Rückendeckung campaign for Bundesinnungsverband des Gebäudereiniger-Handwerks.
Our goal was to use social media (Facebook, Instagram) to show gratitude to almost 700,000 people working in the cleaning industry and tirelessly supporting us all during the Covid-19 crisis.

Kubuk - Internet Marketing for a Children's Furniture Store
Kubuk is an online and offline store with children's bedroom furniture.
In 2020, we took over the management of all online marketing activities. New campaigns, new channels (Facebook / Instagram, soon Pinterest and newsletter), ongoing management and improved tracking have resulted in almost instant results.

As we were at the beginning of our marketing journey for our med-tech product, we wanted the services of a digital marketing agency that would act as an extension of our own team. Monsoon’s Team has run digital marketing activities for many of my businesses over the years. They consistently deliver the highest quality of work and outstanding performance. The goals of our online campaigns were usually to acquire high-quality leads, boost sales and increase brand awareness of our products. Additionally to this, we have made a few viral campaigns with more complex content creation.

Monsoon is a team of true marketing experts who go above and beyond to deliver the best possible service. I’ve been working with Maciej, the CEO of Monsoon, on many projects even before the Monsoon agency was born. We have built mutual trust after many years of collaboration, so I’m confident that my marketing campaigns are always in good hands. I also value a high flexibility in the approach and set up.

Monsoon has supported us with building marketing strategies, tracking, and lead generation campaigns, across various advertising platforms, such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn. They also manage SEO activities and content creation, build multiple landing pages, deliver reporting and tracking. Their approach to marketing is holistic, so they can also provide us with services based on our/the market needs. We’re currently working on scaling the SunRoof products to 4 different markets: PL, DE, SE, and the US.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
I’ve worked with many Monsoon team members based on project needs. The SunRoof project has a dedicated project manager Natalia, also a marketing expert. The CMO, and Google Ads expert Monika, regularly attends the weekly meetings, and I have direct, regular contact with Maciej, the CEO of Monsoon.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Despite the pandemic, we have significantly increased YoY growth for SunRoof when comparing 2020 to 2021. Besides, we see sustainable growth in leads and conversion rates for our top markets. Together, we scaled the business from one to four markets and did successful market entries. Even though we grew very fast, we see the same commitment and energy from the Monsoon team, which is great.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The workflow is smooth and productive. We have a dedicated project manager and regular weekly meetings. If an additional catch-up is needed, it’s never a problem. In case of any ad-hoc matters, we also communicate via emails, Slack, or we do a quick phone call. The Monsoon team is always happy to support us when needed. This has been included late afternoons and weekends too.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
What stuck out to me is their holistic marketing approach. I feel like everything is possible for this team. They’re proactive and always willing to run the extra mile. I appreciate this attitude and often feel like I work with my internal marketing team, not the agency. We have done super quick gerilla marketing campaigns, retaliations to agresive competitors actions and advanced viral content marketing. They have also helped us to create very good marketing reporting dashboards. Never got this help from other agencies like this.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
I can’t think of anything at the moment. I’m happy with our collaboration so far.

Their strategy proved to be very successful. Our goals were met and even exceeded. They were very helpful throughout the process and the meetings were helpful in understanding the dependencies and principles of internet marketing.
