Our cooperation started in September 2019, when we were responsible for launching the application on the German market. Since then, we have managed to generate more than 450,000 installations and make the Top 1 App in the healthcare sector in Germany. Audiobible Super Production
The Audiobible Super Production is the highest quality audio version of the Bible, with 113 hours of content, 500 voices, and 3 years of work. Since 2019 Monsoon has been responsible for performance marketing activities for Ein guter Verlag (https://einguterplan.de/) on the German and Austrian markets.
Monsoon manages Facebook Ads campaigns, including Catalogue Ads and Dynamic Remarketing, as well as Google Advertising with a focus on Shopping and Search Ads. Additionally, Monsoon designs content strategies and runs paid campaigns for Pinterest.

Digital Marketing during COVID-19 pandemic
HappyPo is a handy device for personal hygiene - a portable bidet.
We were responsible for their online marketing during the most intense period of pandemic (covid-19) lockdown. We focused on advertising on Facebook and Instagram, but also managed Google Ads.
Our campaigns and continuous optimization in conjunction with the market environment resulted in a 155% increase in sales, a 97% increase in ROAS and a 55% decrease in CPO (Cost Per Order).

#Rückendeckung campaign for Bundesinnungsverband des Gebäudereiniger-Handwerks
We helped our friends from ZwislerDecker GmbH and carried out a social media promotion of their #Rückendeckung campaign for Bundesinnungsverband des Gebäudereiniger-Handwerks.
Our goal was to use social media (Facebook, Instagram) to show gratitude to almost 700,000 people working in the cleaning industry and tirelessly supporting us all during the Covid-19 crisis.
Our campaigns reached over 3 million people throughout Germany and accumulated thousands of engagements.

Kubuk - Internet Marketing for a Children's Furniture Store
Kubuk is an online and offline store with children's bedroom furniture.
In 2020, we took over the management of all online marketing activities. New campaigns, new channels (Facebook / Instagram, soon Pinterest and newsletter), ongoing management and improved tracking have resulted in almost instant results.

Based on the proven technology of tDCS, the Flow headset alleviates the symptoms of depression on average 81% in 3 weeks. It is combined with the therapy app, which empowers and motivates individuals to self-manage their treatment with less severe side effects than alternatives.
As marketing and communications lead, my role is to ensure healthy growth of the Flow treatment through B2C and B2B2C channels to reach as many people suffering from depression as possible, enabling accessibility for a non-pharmaceutical, portable treatment alternative.
For what projects/services did your company hire MONSOON, and what were your goals?
As we were at the beginning of our marketing journey for our med-tech product, we wanted the services of a digital marketing agency that would act as an extension of our own team. The main goal was to create a strategic sales funnel across the customer journey utilising online marketing opportunities focusing on channels such as SEA, Paid Social, Native & marketplace.
For us to reach this, we required MONSOON to analyse the touchpoints we currently had to our audience, evaluate both the content and cost-effectiveness of how we were reaching our customer segments and then provide strategic optimisations.
We require dashboard setup, campaign overhauls, creative content input so that we could define our lead generation funnel with clear trigger points for our customers. The eventual outcome was to be able to better understand our marketing opportunities and customer needs per segment.

During our search, we outreached selected agencies that were either recommended or highly ranked for performance marketing. Following interviews and pitches, MONSOON was the only agency that could provide deep-level channel expertise with a long-term strategic mindset. Following discovery, auditing and optimisations, MONSOON have created a customer journey funnel, implemented tracking & attribution across our analytics & GTM, created and continually optimised google universe campaigns on search/display/shopping, created and optimised Facebook/Instagram advertising, provide content performance updates and creative insights.

We have seen a consistent growth that as we have been able to increase the budget as only grown past expectations. With sales increasing 20% month over month whilst CPO has remained within the baseline, and all micro-conversions such as email subscriptions, app downloads etc. increasing incrementally with the marketing efforts executed by MONSOON.

The workflow is very productive and streamlined: -> We have bi-weekly performance update meetings that follow a clear meeting agenda, where MONSOON provide a running deck which is updated. -> We have a joint slack channel for quick conversation and to flag any concerns. -> We have monthly content & strategic meetings to look at other opportunities that we could explore which are not part of the core channels.

Despite the pandemic, we have significantly increased YoY growth for SunRoof when comparing 2020 to 2021. Besides, we see sustainable growth in leads and conversion rates for our top markets. Together, we scaled the business from one to four markets and did successful market entries. Even though we grew very fast, we see the same commitment and energy from the Monsoon team, which is great.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The workflow is smooth and productive. We have a dedicated project manager and regular weekly meetings. If an additional catch-up is needed, it’s never a problem. In case of any ad-hoc matters, we also communicate via emails, Slack, or we do a quick phone call. The Monsoon team is always happy to support us when needed. This has been included late afternoons and weekends too.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
What stuck out to me is their holistic marketing approach. I feel like everything is possible for this team. They’re proactive and always willing to run the extra mile. I appreciate this attitude and often feel like I work with my internal marketing team, not the agency. I’m the CTO of Fintune, a financial education startup. Our goal is to make a better financially literate generation.
What challenge were you trying to address with MONSOON?
We just went live with our app for Android and iOS in the App Store and we wanted to reach a big audience. We don’t have much organic growth yet so that’s why we wanted to engage MONSOON.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They provide us with support in setting up Google Ads and Facebook Ads. They also help with connecting those ads with the performance events from the app so we can measure the cost preinstalled and the cost per registration more accurately. MONSOON suggested that we make the content accessible directly, so we optimized the URLs to access our blog posts. Social media is used for marketing to connect with audiences. Last month we talked more about SEO and how that will intensify moving forward.

I find their can-do attitude to be the most impressive because not every marketing agency is willing to work with a small startup in the early stages. Their expertise is also very good. MONSOON was responsible for creating and optimizing our online marketing campaigns. Starting with the preparation of the strategy, choosing the right channels as well as creating and managing campaigns in these channels. They also provided us with detailed reporting of their work and campaign results. When we had other marketing or growth related questions we could always discuss and brainstorm with them. The management team helped us a lot to build up our own marketing setup & team.

We worked directly with the management team - Lasse, Monika and Maciej. Other team members were also working on our project, but we didn’t have direct contact with them.

I’m the managing director of MSL Interiors Ltd.
What challenge were you trying to address with MONSOON - Online Marketing?
We had a very poorly performing website from a SEO perspective – organic and inorganic. There were fundamental issues to the website structure that made it unattractive to Google. The initial goal was to bring the site back up to the performance of the old site in the short term. We wanted to regain our Google credibility.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Originally, the project was to identify our problems because we had no clue why we’d fallen off Google’s radar so dramatically. We engaged MONSOON to identify what the causes were. That was phase one, and that took some time. Phase two was implementing practical things: removing toxic links. And then it was forensic work in terms of establishing the new site – we had more products and groups of products. We wanted to realign the site with the new mix of products we had.
There is also ongoing SEO work, but the forensic work is concluded. There’s a great balance between SEO and PPC. He’s actually reduced our PPC budget by 50%, which is fantastic.

I work with two people. There are many people behind it but I work with Matchiek and his partner.

Acoustic pods and dens are all the rage in the furniture world. Their tweaks behind the scenes have caused us to be overwhelmed with inquiries about this product range. That’s coming from zero products being available. We’ve jockeyed for position on the search listings really well. They’ve done an amazing job on that front. In the face of the site being compromised by backlinks, they’ve done a brilliant job remedying that.
We map the monthly visits to each of the targeted product ranges. That’s a continuous process.
How did MONSOON - Online Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?
We have monthly reviews on a live video chat, which I found really helpful. They’re based in Poland, and it’s always good to have, effectively, a live meeting. It feels more human. You can register people’s emotions more easily. The telephone is one thing, but it’s sort of two-dimensional.
I look forward to the reviews, and not just from a business perspective. It’s good to have a chat with them. Largely, communication is reserved to email and phone calls.
