I originally found Monroy IT After I personally met George at a business meeting. He impressed with his knowledge and thoroughness throughout the whole process from initial consult to implementation

Monroy IT initially came in and did a detailed consult with laid out plan for installation and upgrading our existing computer system. Made everything more secure and computers run faster and more efficiently without delays. Setup wifi with stronger connections and rerouted existing terminals to be able to access in case of repairs in future
How many resources from the Monroy IT Services team worked with you, and what were their positions?
George and all IT staff have answered all questions when issues arise. George got quotes on anything we needed now in upgrades and with future costs for upgrades
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Our internet, wifi speed has been 100% better! Seemed to have issues daily before Monroy. Now I know we are protected from breach of datat

George and staff have been very responsive and always listen well to our needs and concerns

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the director of operations for a clinical research site called Quality Research Inc.
What challenge were you trying to address with Monroy IT Services?
All of the work we do during the day outside of seeing patients, is done online. We’re very dependent on our technology working well so we can do our work, so we needed someone to make sure our system runs efficiently.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Monroy IT Services acts as our primary IT provider. They purchase and manage our software and hardware needs, and provide us with onsite and offsite maintenance support.
What is the team composition?
There are two people from their team who I deal with locally.
How did you come to work with Monroy IT Services?
It was 15 years ago when the industry started becoming more technologically advanced. We’ve since worked with a couple of companies who weren’t giving us the level of expertise we needed. I then started shopping around and found Monroy IT Services and enjoyed the confidence that they brought to the table as far as what their plans are for the company.Â
They told us how they would respond to growth and how they would transition us to adapt to new technologies, which was very exciting.
How much have you invested with them?
We spend $2,800 a month.
What is the status of this engagement?
The project started in December 2018 and the partnership is still ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They give very thorough cybersecurity reports of how many malicious files were seen from different scans to make sure our systems are safe. That’s been very helpful and sometimes they provide us with even more information than I need.
How did Monroy IT Services perform from a project management standpoint?
Compared to the lack of competency and problems we had from the tech companies we previously worked with, I’ve been very pleased with Monroy IT. Our systems are safe and secure and if we have any issues, they’ll fix them right away.
We usually communicate through email, phone, and ticketing systems. They’ve been very receptive and won’t stop until the ticket number has been resolved. The team makes everything easy for us, especially when we’re busy during the day.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We’re impressed with their competency. They really know what they’re doing.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Nothing really comes to mind because I feel like they have a smooth-running program — it’s very efficient and I don’t know if they could do it differently.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I would advise them to trust their process and understand that having someone to take ownership of the tech side of the business is a good thing.

Most impressive is the level of service we receive. The team is very hands-on in the workflow.

This is an ongoing service contract, not a specific project. Monroy has provided the expertise to keep us secure, up and running and allowed us to pivot to remote work during Covid in a matter of days.

We work with the Owner as well as the remote help desk.

They have upgraded our desktop machines, servers and have provided a remote work solution. They also handle all security measures related to our computers and internet.

We have found them to be available and have the knowledge to provide whatever solutions we need for any issues that arise. We meet quarterly to discuss any upcoming needs.
