Our winemakers create a narrative for each new product (wine) and forward the text to the MONDOM team. They create the visuals for social, events and ads. The goal is to build and maintain a strong, steadily developing family brand with top-quality visual and verbal content.
I expect MONDOM to know and tell me about design, technical and communication trends and come up with new ideas to keep our communication fresh and valid.

Both our newsletter subscriber number and online sales are dynamically growing.

We communicate by email and phone, sometimes on Zoom because I share my life between the USA and Hungary. This does not affect the intensity and efficiency of our work. Email exchanges are quick and goal-oriented. I receive a detailed monthly review, well-structured and easy to understand, followed by improvement suggestions.

Quick response, the ability to think in our brand. Because of the size of the company, communication and decision making is quick and efficient.

For what projects/services did your company hire MONDOM Communications, and what were your goals?
Our research group took part in an international online survey on drug use. MONDOM Communication built up the recruitment strategy and implemented it.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and marking tools used.
Since the investigated behavior is largely a hidden behavior targeting active illicit drug users was a great challenge. First MONDOM explored the recruitment strategy and efficacy of previous similar studies to identify the main components of our strategy. Together with us they identified the main target groups and translated them into targeting algorithms applied in social media ads. MONDOM's approach was to explore different targeting patterns and different channels, and then narrow down to those that really seem to work. Before launching the campaign all materials were prepared and submitted to the social media ad services in order to avoid delays due to difficulties with ads' approval.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We aimed to have 2000 completed questionnaires as a result of the campaign. We ended up with over 50,000 respondents out of which over 7000 proved to be complete responses. The study run in 31 different countries at the same time, our recruitment campaign proved to be the most effective in absolute numbers and relative to the population as well.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We had in person meeting once a month and online meetings once a month prior to the study launch, but we had some weeks when we were in touch on a daily basis. During the campaign we had a discussion each week when we assessed the recruitment outcomes and decided about the possible changes needed.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
We had been relieved of the burden of the recruitment with their communication materials. Everything was in place long before the launch of our campaign. I would like to emphasis that there were many additional risks due to the sensitivity of the topic. Many of the fellow countries running the study had their social media campaign blocked or delayed because of problems related to the sensitivity, but not in our case, and that was due to the meticulous preparations of MONDOM.

During the launch of the project, the brand had been present on the Hungarian market for several years, but we lacked recognition, reliable reviews and cooperation with influencers. After a few months of cooperation, our KPIs began to grow rapidly.

We communicate via electronic media (email, video calls, etc.). We receive reports at the agreed time and in the format required by us. The agency lives up to the arrangements.

Bridging the difficulties caused by the pandemic, we kept in touch online, and our kick-off meeting also took place online. We introduced the company to them in detail, studying our business model and company philosophy in depth. Our company pays great attention to accurately mapping our target audience and maintaining our position, which the agency perfectly understood, and organizes our social media appearances accordingly. They are flexible, willing, they always listen to our requests, they adapt their suggestions to the philosophy of the company.

We work with a manager and a photographer/graphic artist.

All of our social media indicators are rising, as are the number of visitors and the number of likes. The increase in our revenues is also due to this activity.

We hold an online meeting every 2 weeks on post plans for the next period. But they can answer our questions at any time and we can add extra requests as well.
