Creation of a communication design system for b2b
Viber is a popular application for messaging, calling, video. The messenger is probably familiar to everyone. Therefore, every interaction of Viber with people or business should be clear, stylish, and understandable. This is exactly what a design system and communication is for, especially for b2b. And Rakuten Viber representatives approached us with just such a task.
We had to adapt the system within the corporate identity of the company, but at the same time create something new, suitable for communication with the business. To develop all the necessary elements: templates for presentations and mailings, media / sales kits, mockups, visual design of social networks. Guideline for complete order and convenience of working with the system.

We have developed a communication strategy, as a result, after the first advertising campaign, the indicators increased by 1000%

Rap Battle Konrad Adenauer vs. Walter Ulbricht. Part 2.
The second part of the rap battle between Konrad Adenauer and Walter Ulbricht immerses us in the events that precede the fall of the Berlin Wall. This is a continuation of the dialogue that began in the first part of the battle: then everything was concentrated around the construction of the Berlin Wall, but now the focus of the story was shifted to the story of its fall. We have kept the same stylistic coloring of the video and focused on the transmission of historical events through the prism of modern narration.

Tourist brand for Miory Region
Each region, city, or village is not only about population, location, and territorial boundaries. It is a special spirit, tradition, and culture formed by generations. It is streets and history, known to visitors, as well as hidings and legends, known only to locals; it is the nature which we see on pictures, but which is even more striking in reality. Finally, it is the people who live here.
When creating the brand of Miory Region, it was crucial to find that unique, exclusive idea that would become a stable association, not only understandable to locals, but also attractive to tourists.

Logo redesign and packaging design for Birtea
The first task of the project is to redesign the existing logo. The existing version of the logo was associated with Rio de Janeiro, and was not in any way associated with Morocco. It was also important for the client that the new logo became more minimalistic, but kept its elegance.
In the design, we used references to the architecture of the tea producing country. The design of the logo reflects the architectural forms of Morocco.
The colors and lines of the logo should also have been reflected in the design of the tea packaging. The task was solved by using illustrations on the packaging. It follows the same principle as the logo, with references to natural and architectural forms. This is how we created a dynamic design that can easily adapt to the different types of tea in the series. All you need to do is to create similar illustrations while preserving colors and style.

Animated video greeting for Sorainen
Through the metaphors in this animation video we decided to show that Sorainen law firm could fulfill any client’s business dream – even find snow in the summer. This creative idea provided the basis for the plot and the style of the video. The work was done in the form of New Year greetings. The central character in the animation – The Snowman – a winter symbol of family and unity. One of the touching moments is when the whole family builds the Snowman. One can hardly find a better symbol for a company, which places premium on working as a whole entity. In this video we showed the process of building the Snowman by all international departments of Sorainen company and wished happy New Year holidays to all customers.

2020 CALENDAR WITH ILLUSTRATIONS IN COLLAGE TECHNIQUE FOR BPS-SBERBANK
We have chosen to use the images of 12 Belarusian cities with their authentic architecture as representations of the 12 months for the illustrations of the 2020 BPS-Sberbank calendar. All visuals are made in the collage technique, which enabled us to develop unique compositional solutions. For this project, we combined architectural landmarks ranging from the neo-Gothic style to Soviet constructivism with textured and seemingly incompatible elements. The context of those artworks is quite simple: architecture may stand on its own without the city. Despite the peculiar futurist nature of the pieces, they are fascinating pictorial puzzles, to which you can attribute your own meanings rather than look for any logical underpinnings.

Urban Hostel identity, branding, navigation and promo production

The Logo had general structure and in the result logo didn’t lose integrity just like the city. Burger House - logo, identity and marketing strategy
Cafe “Zvezdnaya Ploshad’”, on which site Burger House now located, for many years was one of the most popular in Mogilev. But by 2017, both the menu and the positioning of the cafe were pretty outdated and needed serious updating.
The new format – the burger cafe – helped to update the name of both the cafe and the take-away spot. Burger House – inside, Burger Point – takeaway. By changing the style, tone and presentation, we changed the audience. Burger House has become an attractive place for young people, who are now spending time near the cafe on the benches, hanging out near Burger Point and actively participating in cafe events.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I am Digital Content Team lead at SOFTSWISS, responsible for the visual and copy of key brand websites.
For what projects/services did your company hire Moloko Creative Inc?
Our site redesign and update required the development of 3D models and animations to reflect our iGaming product line up. We had 11 3D models in total and 8 animations (2 main banners and 6 product pages).
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We build a table with approx. 15 agencies, freelancers, and designers who were familiar with 3D design and animation. Moloko made it down to the top 3 and we selected the agency because they matched our deadline of February 25th and offered a reasonable price and time estimate.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
We built 2 briefs, one preliminary and one more detailed, to describe the sort of results and specifics that had to be reflected in our 3D models and animations. Both were consolidated with Moloko Creative and once we had the estimate and contract in place we set off by having a kick off call and lenghthy discussion to communicate our vision and references. We held weekly meetings to discuss progress and updates, and kept a messenger chat running for any urgent updates or actions.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
In total, we personally worked with 3 people:
- 1 project manager
- 1 art director
- 1 designer
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We received all of the models we had ordered and the final results closely matched the vision that was laid out in the brief. The 3D models were warmly received by all team members involved in getting the website ready for launch.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The communication style was more on the informal side and I believe this only stood to benefit our work as we could communicate our thoughts without restraint, while keeping evertything professional. We did have to make sure that our weekly meets were planned and arranged in our calendars and this normally happened a day before, which was not too big of an inconvenience, but could have used some better project management.
We predominantly used Zoom, but switched to Google Meets for convenience as mic setups would not always work through Zoom.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Sometimes I found it hard to describe my thoughts for the 3D models, Moloko was great at listening and persevering with questions to make sure they understood me correctly, even if I needed more than one prompt. I appreciate it when a creative agency can push on through to a desired result and does not keep quite about anything that remains hazy or unclear. In my opinion, this is a valuable trait.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Leading the initiative to set up regular weekly meets and schedule them in everyone's calendars would be one of those, but is not critical as you can always rely on timely and responsive communication via the group chat. We might also have liked to hear more questions from the design team in the early stages to avoid any deviations in how we saw any one idea, but we easily tackled any discrepancies and they were fixed immediately.
Needless to say, the team delivered a fantastic result that everyone was really happy with and they opted to help even after the deadline as we did require a few minor touchups.

Branding for Mobile Accessories Retailer
"When we had doubts, they conduct internal research and share the opinion of our target audience."

Please describe your company and your position there.
We are a young and fast-growing network of retail outlets for mobile accessories in the largest shopping malls in Minsk. It's a family business. Before we started working with the Moloko, we were called "Looking", сame from my last name. However, this name was not promoted in any way and was only figurative, and the design of the retail objects and all promotional products was not connected between each other.
All design decisions were spontaneous and did not create a full identity for the outlet. At this stage of development, we felt wanted to develop a completed brand for promotion in not only retail objects, but also in social media. We decided to trust professionals for changing the brand name and creation the brand identity. I am an owner and director of the company.
For what projects/services did your company hire Moloko Creative LLC?
We set the Moloko Agency the task of developing naming, a logo and corporate identity. The main goal of the development was to stand out in the market and convey to potential clients that we have exactly what they are looking for - a trendy, high-quality range of mobile accessories for any phone model. However, as we closed the initial requests from our side, and seeing how well the agency does its work, the following requests appeared.
Thus, as our work with Moloko Creative Ltd. developed, we also began cooperating with them in areas such as developing the appearance of retail outlets, their pre-installation visualization, website development, maintaining and promoting the brand in social networks, and developing a corporate presentation. Also on their recommendation we cooperate with other specialized contractors.
How did you select this vendor?
Because brand development is closely tied to trends, we chose a company that solved similar problems. The portfolio of the Moloko agency, their corporate style and design of their website, and its stylistics made them the most successful of the agencies between which we chose. Also important was getting to know the team. They are young and energetic guys, which for us meant a match for our goals in product development. We liked their honest and open attitude, without enticing us with a low price at the start, etc.
Describe the scope of their work in detail.
Naming. The first thing we had to do was come up with an original naming. We thought of the name ourselves for a long time, but nothing sensible came to mind. There were a lot of variations. We did not want to include in the name words or parts of them, like "Mob", "i", "Aks", etc., which were pretty boring. We wanted to be original, interesting, bright, and at the same time universal, because over time there were plans to expand the business to other areas as well. After interviewing us, the agency's team visited retail outlets, and after hearing all of our wishes, suggested 8 naming options. We were thought to be skeptical and considered it a success if we saw at least 1 good name.
However, the choice was really difficult, there were several favourites, but we settled on the name FUTUKRAMA. It is a connection with the future, with trends in FUTU, as well as with the local context, conveying that the company is local KRAMA (krama from Belarusian - store). Of course, the association with the FUTURAMA cartoon, which so vividly reflects our vibrant approach, was not unimportant. Development of corporate identity and logo.
We didn't know exactly what we wanted ourselves. There was no clear idea of what we would like, so we fully trusted the Moloko. In addition, in the development of corporate identity team has done interesting work for us. Before developing the representatives went to the mall to look at our stores, learn what we are, how our shopping islands look like, and much more.
Next, the team didn't just do design research, showing us how to be different from the competition. They held a design session with us where they gathered our preferences, talked about the possibilities, and worked with us to find a solution. We were offered many different color combinations, strange patterns, colors, shapes, patterns to choose from, asked to choose what we liked, what we didn't like. It must have been like psychoanalysis, in the process we learned a lot about ourselves in this area
The results of these and similar surveys gave us an understanding of what we approximately need, what we don't need and where to go. There were several variants of company styles to choose from. We unanimously chose one of them, we are completely satisfied and pleased with it. It's important to note that the team didn't just propose what we researched with them, it was just part of their development. Behind each concept there were strong and interesting ideas.
We chose our logo and corporate identity concept because it seemed to us that although it is very trendy, it always remains timeless. It is able to change the way we change and evolve with the development of our business. Development Development of the of retail outlets appearance. Visualization of the retail outlets design was made in close contact with the contractor, all details were discussed, from the size of individual parts of letters to shades of color.
According to our requests in the process of development and coordination with the tenants several design variants were developed. In the end we went back to the version proposed by the agency's designer at the outset. Also at our request, the agency's team offered us a good contractor who provided the design in reality. Development of the website and social networks. Since initially Moloko Creative Agency dealt with the naming, logo and corporate identity creation. And we were completely satisfied with the quality.
The next step in the development was to address the task of website design and social media. Discussions about the web site design, content did not cause any difficulties, the performer was fully immersed in the subject and understood what we needed and made the necessary decisions, only agreed with us on the key stages. The same applies to social media. The agency's team took full responsibility for the design and production of posts, texts and other things that go into SMM.
What was the team composition?
We worked with a large team of an account manager, a creator, an art director, and several designers. Each of them clearly knew their work and responsibility, but carefully passed our project on to the next stage. Our manager Anastasia was always with us first, being our guide to the distant world of professional design and creativity.
Every stage of work began and ended with her. Directly to develop naming with us engaged creator Vitalina. Development of corporate identity and logo was designer Kristina. She also did the redesign and visualization of islands. Art director Olga and her team of web-designers did the filling of the site and its layout. Our personal SMM manager - Alena. All the ladies are professionals and very nice people!
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
To date, we are introducing the design into the retail facilities and seeing how much brighter we are becoming. It is too early for us to draw conclusions yet, as we are writing this review between different stages of implementation, but we are confident in its success, because the main thing in it is that it inspires us.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The team at Moloko Creative Agency surprised us every time we expected just good work, they did it perfectly. That's why we expanded on the initial request and continued to work with the agency on all areas of our company's design and marketing requests. We are satisfied with the communication with the manager, who always heard us, we are very satisfied with the creative results, which were not art, but a carefully developed concept, where our opinion and understanding of the market, audience and trends were taken into account. The working process was as efficient as possible. All the nuances were worked out in detail, all the wishes were taken into account, every detail was fixed and not forgotten. At each of these stages the team looked for the best solution and proposed options. When we had doubts, they conduct internal research and share the opinion of our target audience. It's a very valuable team experience.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Moloko is a team, and we certainly can't help but notice how cohesive and involved the guys are in their projects. How even as they moved from phase to phase, the project was cohesive and deeply developed. Most of all we were impressed by their approach to research our wishes and what our competitors have in our region, as well as abroad. When we ourselves do not know exactly what we want, this kind of analysis is very important. Although it is not very simple and meticulous, its result is very interesting and is the key to making the right decision at the initial stage.
Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?
As a customer I was satisfied with all stages of work. Moloko Creative LLC can safely be called professionals in their field.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the Campaigns Officer at APB-Birdlife Belarus, the largest nature protection NGO in Belarus. Also I am supporting the execution of the ‘Together for Community and Nature' project in Belarus.
For what projects/services did your company hire Moloko Creative LLC?
We've been working on the development of district brand within the action "Together for Community and Nature: Strengthening of Development Process in Miory District by Partnership of Authorities and Civil Society".
What were your goals for this project?
The main goal was to create the Miory district brand. We've wanted brand to allow the region to create an integral image for domestic and international tourists and to allow locals to feel proud for their region.
How did you select Moloko Creative LLC?
The process of selecting was quite tricky as the project was held within the action, that was EU funded. We've made the official tender and all the participants had to provide a large amount of documents and confirm that they had the appropriate experience to work on such project. Moreover they had to suggest the creative vision of the project. Moloko Creative LLC did great and all the parts of the tender were made brilliant. All the selection committee participants have chosen to contract them for the project.
Describe the scope of their work in detail.
We started with task clarification and the detailed analysis of the district. Moloko Creative LLC made several working trips to the Miory district, they made interviews with local authorities as well as local society.
After clarifying the main directions they began to build a brand's platform. To be sure the ideas correspond the target audience values, the agency conducted a number of focus groups.
I would say that the analytics took the biggest part of the development process which indicates to me agency's deep process immersion. They really took into account the area's features, the local's values and the tourist's interests. As the result the solution that had been offered was really interesting.
After the brand's platform construction, we moved on to the design part of the project. It should be noted that Moloko Creative LLC has a high level of specialists in the field of design. All the options were executed perfectly and corresponded to modern trends in the field of design. All decisions were based on the analytical results of focus groups.
As the result, they presented the brand book, that included the brand's platform, and recommendations for brand's promotion as well as the visual part of the brand and the logobook. The work was presented at the public council and received many positive reviews.
What was the team composition?
I worked with the manager as well as the creative director. Also the team included strategy developer, designer and developer of small architectural forms.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We've got very positive feedback from local communities as well as the tourist groups that managed to visit the region. We can say that the number of local festival visitors, that took place in September 2020, almost double comparing to the previous year. We believe the well-developed brand made valuable asset to the district's tourist potential.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We fixed the project timing at the development beginning. We had regular meetings and phone calls with the manager. Moreover, at each stage of development, we organized meetings with the team and discussed the results and ideas. We can say that the work process was comfortable and we managed to meet the main deadlines.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
The most impressive was the depth of district's features understanding they managed to reach during the development. The simplicity and beauty of the solution they provided were also impressive.
Are there any areas for improvement?
We've already contracted Moloko Creative LLC for another project and I can recommend them as reliable partner. There is always a room for improvement and I'll be glad to see the agency grow to international level. I am definitely sure in their ability to do this.

I am a fundraiser in the Belarusian Children's Hospice. This is a non-profit public charity. it provides palliative care for children with terminal illnesses
For what projects/services did your company hire Moloko Creative LLC?
First of all, I want to note that Moloko Creative LLC agreed to do the project for us for free. We want to create a product that will help us talk about the Belarusian children's hospice and help raise funds. All that is needed for this is that they can help with this. Milk suggested making bookmarks for books based on the historical or dreams of the children’s hospice wards.
What were your goals for this project?
Оur goal was to create informational materials in order to attract attention and tell people about the activities of the Belorusian children's hospice.
How did you select this vendor?
We looked at several advertising companies in Minsk, including Moloko Creative.Their style is bright and non-standard, is very different from others and does not go unnoticed. Moloko Creative LLC offered to make - bookmarks for books with illustrations, without photos. We liked this idea. And most importantly, we chose Moloko Creative LLC because they agreed to do the work for free for us.
Describe the project in detail.
The Moloko’s team suggested making bookmarks for books on which it would be possible to put information on the Belarusian Children's Hospice and on ways to make a donation. To learn more about the work of the children's hospice, Moloko Creative LLC employees met with our patients. Seven children talked about their fantasies and dreams. Each child’s short sincere story was written on a bookmark. And the designers drew vivid illustrations for each story. The result was a set of seven unique bookmarks for books - "Children's Dreams."
What was the team composition?
4 people worked on the project: manager, journalist, illustrator, creative director. The manager was involved in the organization and coordination of the project, the journalist composed questions, talked with children, collected these stories in history, and the illustrator then visualized all this. Director helped with creative illustration idea.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
1. Bookmarks really liked the guys who shared their dreams and stories. 2. 250 sets of bookmarks were released. 50 sets were sold at the bookstore. The rest were played in charity lotteries in support of the Belarusian Children's Hospice at the international book fair and other events. Please describe your company and your position there.
I’m a marketer at Ecohome. This is one of the oldest companies in the Belarusian market for the construction of wooden houses. Since Internet marketing is a very broad concept, my responsibilities include a large number of points: writing texts and filling out a site, maintaining accounts on social networks and setting up targeted advertising, interaction and control of specialists in design, SEO and contextual advertising. Plus current tasks like finding contractors or writing reviews :)
For what projects/services did your company hire Moloko Creative LLC?
Initially, the Milk Company was engaged in full marketing services and graphic design, and also developed the ecohome.by website and the Ecohome brand book. Then the list of tasks decreased, as Ecohome had its own marketer.
What were your goals for this project?
To be objective, the goal of any marketing activity is to attract or retain customers and increase profits. In addition, we wanted to increase the recognition of our company and customer loyalty, because recommendations are the most powerful channel for attracting new customers.
How did you select this vendor?
The director of a creative agency, one might say, grew out of the Ecohome company: he used to be a marketer here. So 3 very important factors coincided: 1. knowledge of the specifics of work in the construction industry 2. experience with different areas and types of marketing 3. a large staff of diverse and creative professionals
Describe the scope of their work in detail.
Since the work was carried out over several years, many projects and individual tasks were implemented. The agency was engaged in the following types of promotion: - development of a marketing strategy - planning - development and implementation of promotional offers - performance monitoring and reporting - website creation - writing texts - creation of video, photo materials, icons and illustrations - development and design of logo and brand book - annual New Year greeting cards (idea and layout) - creating a corporate calendar - a unique home value calculator - offline events: the Drevology project Many of these activities are reliably and in detail described in cases on the website of the Milk agency: https://mlk.by/ecohome-2-years-case/ https://mlk.by/takih-prodaz-ne-bylo-do-krizisa/ https://mlk.by/portfolio_page/new-year-card/
What was the team composition?
Creative Director - Denis Misyulya Art Director - Daria Danilevich Designer - Mikhail Belanovich Marketer - Irina Kovaleva Marketer - Varvara Zagorets Manager - Olga Kazyaba
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
For the period 2016-2017 the number of customers has doubled, and this is with a decrease in the total marketing budget. The development of a home cost calculator, its competent implementation and advertising made it possible to load production 4–5 months in advance. The number of clicks on this advertising company was The number of clicks on advertising - 4368 Almost every 4th web-site visitor made a calculation. The web-site’s work is planned and customized, bringing conversions, which then become customers. Printed products elicit positive feedback from our customers. And the greeting card for 2018 even received the prestigious LAMA award.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The workflow is well established, despite the fact that some additional tools were not used. Enough personal meetings, regular instant messengers and email. At the same time, the deadlines were respected responsibly, always an adequate response to making changes. It can be seen that the result of the work is really important for the agency staff.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
The depth of elaboration of the ideas presented is truly amazing. They immerse themselves in the specifics of the work, study all the possible information and only then generate creatives. The ability to see and show the beauty of ordinary things and explain complex things in simple terms is a tremendous job that is surprisingly good at Milk.
Are there any areas for improvement?
There are always areas for growth and improvement. Yes, the deadlines were respected, but they were still quite large. Perhaps this can be solved by increasing the staff.

Please describe your company and your position there.
The Civil society organization «Homeland» was registered in 1991 in Belarus. The organization actively works with the Belarusian diaspora in the cultural and educational direction. It helps the Belarusians abroad to defend their interests in Belarus; it also tries to make the Belarusian diaspora’s public and cultural heritage a part of the socio-cultural discourse in the country so that the diaspora could play a more prominent role in the political life of Belarus as it possesses big transformational potential. In 2008, together with 10 other organizations in Belarus, "Backauscyna" launched a public cultural campaign "Budzma [Let’s Be] Belarusians!" and still coordinates it. The organizers of the campaign are convinced that the development of Belarusian culture stimulates the growth of civil society in the country - therefore they try to make Belarusian history, culture, and language, which are almost forgotten in Belarus, attractive for the Belarusians, helping them to feel, act, and be Belarusians. During 10 years, the campaign has presented possibilities to implement more than 5,000 various initiatives and covered more than 300,000 people in 220 towns and villages in Belarus, thus making ordinary citizens more active in public life and popularizing a more integrated and democratic society. I am the director of the organization and get elected by the World Congress of Belarusians which is the supreme governing body of the “Homeland” and is held every 4 years.
For what projects/services did your company hire Moloko Creative LLC?
We (our organization and the Union of Belarusian Writers) contacted Moloko Ltd as recommended by the partner of our organization in the marketing sphere. We were looking for someone creative, with glowing eyes, to make a promo for the 500th anniversary history of the first Belarusian printed book. The product should be educational and appealing. The animation should show the most significant Belarusian books that have been published throughout the 500 years and their influence on the civic and political landscape of the past.
What were your goals for this project?
The main premise of the project was to create a video or other form of visual that would depict the details of the Belarusian civilizational path. This envisioned portraying Belarusians as an educated nation that was on par, and sometimes ahead, of its neighbors.
How did you select this vendor?
We select the vendor based on the recommendations of our partners. 3 companies were considered. The deciding factors were interest to the topic that was expressed by the vendor at the very beginning of negotiations (it was very inspiring) and the price for services. The selection process was carried out by the leaders and members of the Board of our two non-profit organizations – the Union of the Belarusian Writers (2 persons) and CSO WAB Homeland (2 persons).
Describe the scope of their work in detail.
While discussing the ways to deliver the project, we concluded with the vendor that it should be a short animated video. As our civil-society organizations are experts in the Belarusian culture, we decided on the intellectual with regard to history and ethics. Moloko LTD decided how to make our ideas look alive and attractive to the audience. We worked closely with the vendor to design a script, discussed the events and people that should be mentioned in the text. The artist for the task was proposed by Moloko Ltd based on his individual and interesting style of drawing. When the vendor decided that the text was too long to be put in frames, we shortened it without adjusting the main message and language sounding. Moloko Ltd were flexible and attentive to our suggestions but remained strict in the questions of production. If they thought that our ideas were worth a shot, they accepted them.
What was the team composition?
Each party appointed one representative responsible for communication. It was their duty to bring the opinions to a consensus. The team of the vendor consisted of an animator, a creative director, a scriptwriter, a project coordinator and a music designer.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The link to the information about the project was published on the leading independent media resources of Belarus, on the web-sites of the Union of the Belarusian Writers, civic campaign “Let us be Belarusians” and many others. Also, it was actively promoted in our social media and those of other initiatives. The evidence of success is signified by the fact that the video was published even on the web-site of the National library of Belarus. The product received very good feedback from viewers. We hope it became a good educational material for schools. Further, we expect it to be used by other Belarusian cultural organizations in their presentations.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
As it was mentioned each party appointed one representative responsible for communication. All the discussion was between these two persons, which, in their turn discussed all the questions with their respective teams. At the beginning of the process we decided the order of work, time-table and responsibilities. We had no misunderstanding during all the period. All the parties listen to each other with respect. All our comments were heard and taken to consideration.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Moloko Ltd seems to be very involved. We feel that they treat our product as their own one. It they did not know something about the history and culture, they kept their ears open. So, we feel that we are not the client, but a partner who is working on a project that is important to all of us.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Everything was done at a very good level. Nothing should be done differently.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I'm the paid media manager for Pexip, managing all the global paid advertising activity across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn & Rollworks. Pexip is a technology company that provides video communication solutions and virtual meeting solutions for businesses.
For what projects/services did your company hire Moloko Creative Inc?
We needed a company to help create new image ads and creative for display and paid social advertising. Moloko helped bring a creative spin to our materials and set up and managed paid LinkedIn campaigns for us, freeing up time I could use elsewhere.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
The hiring process was carried out prior to me joining Pexip, but I believe a number of companies were considered and interviewed, but Moloko's creativity impressed the team.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
There has been ongoing support for ad hoc projects over the past few months. For each campaign or creative build we've put together a brief explaining what is required and, where necessary, followed that up with a call to discuss the points in more detail.
With builds that are similar to ones in the past the initial brief has been enough as Moloko knows what we require. With the creation of image assets we check the work and submit any feedback/changes we require and when finalised ask Moloko to build the final images in a variation of ad sizes
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
My main point of contact has been with a business director, although I know there is a team working behind the scenes I'm not sure of all their roles/positions
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
A lot of the campaigns / new creatives are in the early stages of having been launched but so far we are seeing a growth in engagement on LinkedIn and a rise in Unaware to Aware audiences in Rollworks, thanks to the ads that have been created.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Workflow has been good and effective. Most conversations are now through email as Moloko are aware of our requirements following calls and feedback earlier in their work with us. They have been very responsive and ensure projects keep moving forward.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Their responsiveness
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
In some instances I think the language barrier has caused slight trip ups, but as further feedback and communication has been given the working relationship has become smoother

Softeq Development is an international full-stack development company with its origin in the Us (Houston). Our superpower is to deliver all of this under one roof on a global scale. I'm a communications Unit Lead at this company.
For what projects/services did your company hire Moloko Creative LLC?
Initially, we started our work by creating key visuals to promote the Employer brand in social networks in the Belarusian market. After a successful launch, we moved on to create an advertising campaign to promote the Employer brand in Lithuania to increase brand awareness among the target audience.
How did you select this vendor?
We found Moloko Creative on Clutch, and looking through the portfolio we were particularly drawn to their visual style and the way they generate key messaging for advertising campaigns.
Describe the scope of their work in detail.
Now the guys are developing just an image advertising campaign for us in order to achieve awareness in the Lithuanian market. First, they created several concepts and proposed messages based on the insights of those developers we wanted to attract to our team. Then they worked out a series of visuals and proposed the mechanics of working with them within the media channels (digital and outdoor).
What was the team composition?
The team included a creative director, creator, art director, designer, marketer, and account manager.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The campaign has just been launched, so we are still waiting for the results on the coverage achieved.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The interaction was tight and flexible. They responded quickly to changes and adjustments on our part.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
We are impressed by the very idea that the guys managed to create for our project. The bottom line is that the visual has a coded message that can be read by the very people we are looking for in our company. An absolute hit with our target audience, which the team managed to reflect in a series of simple and catchy visuals.
Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?
Of course, there are many amazing opportunities to expand our campaign: for example, by supporting it with additional video animations or a series of activities with the audience, to increase the number of communication channels. Especially since the agency has enough experience in multi-channel advertising campaigns and it can be done in the best way for sure
Moloko Creative Inc delivered designs that closely matched the client's vision and standards, making them earn the approval of the company's development team. The informal communication approach benefited both teams as it led to a smoother workflow. Moloko was a team that listened well.
