I'm a Forestry investment consultant and the Managing Partner at a green development FinTech company. We ensure successful investments in sustainable and green projects around the world.

For what projects/services did your company hire Molfar.bi?

My main goal was diversification and choose new economic sector for the investments. We were in a great need of precise information about the market state and perspectives for a future growth. For this purpose we hired Molfar company to complete a market research for a new strategy of investment fund.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We have contacted several companies and choose Molfar because of their expertise, good feedback from other clients and clear position regarding time and cost of the project.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

First we discuss our vision of diversification strategy and sectors of economics which have a great interest for us. Then they created a roadmap with all time points and intermittent reports for further discussions of the main roadmap. Beside that we asked about separate BI report regarding fintech area, in which we have big interest.

The CEO and the Team Lead of the analytics group were your main contacts.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

During the intermidient steps and discussions we implemented some changes into general strategy. As result we got detailed report which covers all topics of interest and gives us all necessary data to make deliberate decision about our investment strategy.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Great team of experts, we usually maintain contact through email and messengers. They quickly answer on our questions and adapt to changes in the general roadmap.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They worked fast and responded to our questions in a very detailed form. All necessary reports were available in time and contain high quality data. The team of professionals and experts in a various fields.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Well, just one thing - sometimes in the report are so much concentrated information that it may be a little bit difficult to understand for people who are not experts in the current area.

How did Molfar.bi perform from a project management standpoint?

The Molfar.bi has been able to meet all of our deadlines. We use Trello as our project management tool, and we communicate through phone calls, Zoom, and email.

No. Everything has been great.

We hired Molfar.bi to conduct a comprehensive data gathering for a nascent market for industrial applications of augmented reality. This included profiling the top 200 influencers (authors, bloggers, analysts), the 500 articles and blogs related to 20 topics, the top research firms tracking AR and industrial safety and productivity, the list of ruggedized industrial computers, mobile devices and wearables.

We had worked with Artem several years ago.

We scoped a narrow but deep project, giving him a G-Sheet with 35 worksheets, each with named columns and a reference example. The first worksheet, with the SOW deliverables, included item goals and actual counts, updated from the 35 worksheets

We produced a set of executive briefings, white papers and infographics that support the successful launch of a new head-mounted computer for industrial AR use

Brilliant. Simple, got it down. Few if any questions.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Speed, accuracy and completeness are top level attributes. I was delighted with the creativity and design-packaging of his work product.

None. Just wish I had more projects for the team.
