For what projects/services did your company hire Mojo Media?
I hired Mojo Media to build a beautiful, user-friendly website. I wanted to have a good online presence that accurately represents the brand. I also wanted to generate as many leads as possible from my website.

Someone referred Mojo Media to us. I took a look at their previous work as well as reviews and this helped me decide to work with them.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
Mojo Media designed and developed a WordPress website for me. I first had an initial phone call to discuss my ideas of what I wanted to see and what I wanted to avoid. The team gave me the pros and cons, what works and what doesn’t, what looks better for SEO, and so on. They also made recommendations for marketing it, but I decided to focus on development at the time. When I came to a decision, they took what we discussed and proceeded with the development process.

I worked with a project manager, a web designer and the founder of Mojo Media.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Right from the start, we received tons of compliments about our website. Users found it much easier to navigate and find the information they were looking for so it reduced the number of phone calls we were getting from users with questions. The number of leads generated from the website increased by around 65%.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
They performed well in terms of project management. The scope was well-established, and they beat the deadlines they set. In terms of communication, they were very responsive — whenever I needed any changes, they immediately got back to me and were always on top of it. We communicated through phone calls, email, text messages, and Zoom meetings.

Our revenue had been steady for the past couple of years, and most of it was coming from website bookings. We thought a website redesign could capitalize on that trend.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Mojo Media completely redeveloped our website. They analyzed our existing website and ran checks to identify the keywords that would bring us the most user traffic. After implementing that information into the website, they installed a live-chat tool so my team could interact more with our customers. Mojo Media also added a blog and an extra page of company information so customers can get to know more about my company and our team.

Sara was fantastic, and much better than the two companies I’d worked with previously. It was nice to work with a very hands-on business founder. We communicated via online chats and email. Sara was very flexible with scheduling; I could call her as late as 10 p.m., which was beneficial because I am busy running my company during regular business hours.
Mojo Media was efficient, even when I was behind schedule. Sara worked seven days a week and was very resourceful. She conveyed deadlines for each aspect of the project well — Sara answered my questions quickly and wasn’t afraid to ask her own questions about what I wanted. Overall, she was a positive, professional individual.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Mojo Media was much more involved with my business than the other web designers I’ve worked with; they just wanted my money and gave me generic designs. Sara started the whole project from scratch and tailored everything to my business. If there were issues with the website, she’d address them within 24 hours. Before, it took three days to solve site issues, and we’d inevitably lose customers.
She kept all of her promises — she stands out from the competition. It was a great experience working with Sara, and I plan to use Mojo Media in the future because they’ve proven they get things done and can communicate well.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I don’t have anything for Mojo Media to improve. They were accessible 24/7, did the work, met the timeline, and really thought outside the box to deliver for me. Mojo Media did everything other firms were unable to do.

Our company already had an existing website when we took over, but it was not very well done. So, we decided to hire a company that could develop a new site for us.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Mojo Media developed a simple, 5-page WordPress site for us. The site has a home page, which shows the history of our company, a page that shows information about our rates and services, a page for local attractions within the campsite, and a contact page.
We started the project by discussing what I was going for — I provided them with a rundown of our requirements as well as some examples of what I wanted to see on the site. After we established everything, they started building the site.
