Today I'm CEO at CITi, a company based on Design and Technology in order to solve complex problems.

For what projects/services did your company hire Mobix Software Studio?

We hired Mobix to help us to draft strategical guidelines to the organization, based on their vast experience on the market. Our work started with a full diagnoses about each CITi's sectors. This made possible for them to imerge and comprehend fully our problems and then create a new course for our Strategy.

What were your goals for this project?

Create a new course for our Strategy and implement a innovation management that systematically enables the company's growth.

We selected them through a recommendation made by one of our partners.

Our work started with a full diagnoses about each CITi's sectors. This made possible for them to imerge and comprehend fully our problems and then create a new course for our Strategy for each sector and then the company.

We worked with daily encounters, which always had challenges as outputs. That way, through challenges we design an new direction for each area, implementing experimentation, innovation and a lot of technology and Design.

With all sub-areas well traced, we did the same process with the C-level members. That we we drafted a full strategy based on the concepts I already told you about.

Their team were made by Thiago (CEO) and João (CTO).

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project was essencial to our company design and structure. Without that process we would be a much different company. We already have concrete progress.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective, the communication and workflow were marvelous.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their commitment and devotion to the project and reaching the estimated goal, since the negotiation through the process itself. I could also add that they have an enormous amount of knowledge in innovation and tech.

No, not in my experience.

Moodar is a mental health Startup that provides emotional care as an employee benefit to cover tens of thousands of lives throughout Brazil.

For what projects/services did your company hire Mobix Software Studio?

Mobix guided our multiplatform mobile app development from early 2018 until late 2019, providing both UI guidance and software engineering counseling.

What were your goals for this project?

They were responsible for providing holistic guidance to our technical decisions and management routine, through periodic meetings with our CTO and reunions with our tech team.

How did you select this vendor?

We performed a thorough interviewing process with software development and consulting companies around Brazil, followed by modular projects with the best qualified companies, in which we asked them to help us solve specific demands and measured their assertivity, completude of the reports and timing.

Describe the project in detail.

They took part in a online therapy service development, which comprised the following features: realtime chatting, video and voice streaming, high security end-to-end criptography protocols, among other content and monitoring tools within our mobile app. The whole front-end was developed in React (web app) and React Native (mobile app) - through Mobix's guidance - and on the back AWS + Firebase + MongoDB as main services.

What was the team composition?

We were assigned two senior consultants who were intercalating between biweekly meetings. One of which was a agile expert and the other a senior software architect. Eventually, we had the participation of other consultants from Mobix for specific demands, such as AI and UI experts.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Within 2 years, we have reduced our tech investments in 50% in order to develop and maintain the planned features for our application. Such results were directly related to Mobix's directions and have been measured by our leading management.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It worked out pretty well. We have developed an important relationship with their consultants based on trust, continuous feedback, and accurate timing.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Among the companies we had contact with throughout these years, Mobix has shown the greatest level of seniority within their professionals, from Software Engineering to AI.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We believe they have space to grow their team of experts in order to meet larger demands.

For what projects/services did your company hire Mobix Software Studio?

We had a huge demand to adapt our process through a digital transformational framework that fits all business needs into a new product that would change my whole company.

We've started the process by following the product design team of Mobix, on the design and conception process, then we’ve started the development with Mobix team, and by the end of the deliveries, the team of Mobix helped us to hire a software team and internalize the whole process.

Do the digital transformation of my main company, the conception design process, and the development of the solution.

Product Design — We started the process by a digital transformational process to the point that we came to a solid plan to make a new version of the company on the solution that we started, the design process.

Software Development — After this first step, we started the Mobix web development process by the book.

The development and the implementation of the solution changed the whole company.
