I’m the Chief Innovation Officer of Appbeez Infotech Pvt Ltd and works from Chennai, India

For what projects/services did your company hire Mobiloitte, and what were your goals?

We partnered with Mobiloitte to build our MVP product in blockchain technology. We have asked them to completely own the backend design, build API’s & integrate with UI for our project.

We had a enquiry of freelancers in upwork.com and found this company which is suitable for our project

We intended to build an MVP product with blockchain hyperledger technology.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There were 4 people in the project including a development manager. They have a mix of developers, devops, business system analysts were part of the team.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We were able to successfully complete the project with no major bugs and the quality of deliverables are consistent and good. They were awesome people to work with and had good knowledge of the subject. They were also able to understand our requirements to provide outcomes seamlessly.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

They have a Basecomp as a project management tool which we used only to the extent of status reports. We used our internal communication tool (Slack) for a mode of communication. The overall project management was not satisfactory due to delays in completion of milestones, incorrect status reports. We ended up driving the team by ourselves to get the desired outcomes.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

This team is very flexible in adopting the dynamic changes that arose during the development cycle. We had direct access to the whole team which made it easier to communicate and discuss project requirements.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Coordination with other 3rd party team members could have been better. Their management was not responsive in dealing with escalations. Their finance/accounts team kept on chasing for milestone payments before even completing the project milestones. There are multiple back and forth discussions for KT & handover which could have avoided and needs better planning. At this time, the handover is still pending while I am writing this review.

I hired this company to develop both website and apps in 2019. My platform is Social Media, Ecommerce, and Job Portal. After they received 90% of the money, they stopped talking to me. After I tried to talk to them for about a year and couldn't get anything from the team, I hired another company and completed my platform a year ago. I am planning to hire a lawyer and go to court now. This is scammer team. All positive reviews posted here are fake which was done by their friends or with fake account.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I searched from Google and the business manager talked to me via phone. I trusted him as he manipulated me mouth talk.

The team started the project by designing the apps and the website. They put different milestones. They were fast at the beginning and promissed to complete the project in about three months. For about a year, the pushed me to complete the payments. When about 10% of the payment left, they stopped developping the platform at all. When I tried to ask and negotiated in different ways, they couldn't do anything. Moreover, the CEO hides himself. I emailed him and tried to contact him via phone. He doesn't respond at all. The team is scammer at all.

I guess more than ten different team members worked with me. There were different project managers. I rember about three different project managers at different times. There was one business analyst. There was another manager and owner called Arvind. There were about three webdvelopers at different times, there were another two app developers as well. There were testing team too. It is very difficult to remember the team member as there were different people talking to me at different time.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

As I saw until about 10% of the money left, it seems about 70% of the tasks were done. But, the rest 30% of the tasks seem diffuclt and the team couldn't understand it at all. That seems why they stopped talking to me at all.

Their project manangement style seems very poor. They have a platform where they post the complted tasks. Moreover, we used Skype for daily communication. They never accomplished the task on time at the time when they were communicating with me.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

There is nothing impressive about this company. The team includes freshly graduated students without any experience.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The only thing suggest the clients is please avoid yourself from this fake company.
