I'm the Business Intelligence Developer of an electronics company. We sell electronics products to end consumers and vendors.

Our website is based on Shopify plus platform. We need to charge some extra fees during checkout based on the type of products and the location of the shipping address. Shopify doesn't have this function, so we asked Mobikasa to develop this.

We had a meeting to explain the goal and requirement. Mobikasa showed us an example to prove they can deliver the job. After signing the agreement, they started to work.

The project is based on Shopify plus platform, and they need to update the scripts of checkout page in order to charge extra fees based on the type of products and the location of the shipping address.

After having this function, we can charge the correct fee based on the requirements.

Their response is very quick!! Communications are very easy. People are friendly and easygoing.

If they can check their work more carefully before they told me "it's finished", that would be better.

Sachin&Babi is a luxury apparel brand. My role is that of Vice President Ecommerce and Marketing.

The goal of the project was to redesign the site to meet brand standards and improve conversion.

This is the second time I have worked with Mobikasa, and chose them for this project because they are so reliable and easy to work with.

It was a complete revamp, and customization of a theme I had selected.

The team consisted of several people, creative, graphic design, along with two essential development point people during the entire project. Questions are answered quickly.

The site is beautiful, it is in line with the brand and it is far better from a functionality perspective as well as consumer journey POV.

Our project manager Aakash was fantastic, as was our primary development partner Hitesh they consistently met all of our questions and comments with a positive attitude and suggestions that resulted in the desired effect.

They are truly lovely people, I trust them and they are honest.

Truthfully for what we asked of them, I don't see a need for improvement. They were conscientious, helpful and fair in every way.

I work as the Digital Media Manager for the Office of K-16 Initiatives at The City University of New York (CUNY). CUNY and the New York City Department of Education (NYC DOE) – the two largest educations systems of their kind in the country – are deeply connected by the students they serve.

Each year, the NYC DOE educates 1.1 million students in approximately 1,700 schools throughout New York City; Roughly 60% of the NYC DOE’s college-going graduates attend a CUNY college; Nearly 80% of the first-time freshmen at CUNY are graduates of NYC DOE schools.

CUNY’s Office of K-16 Initiatives supports the reciprocal partnership between these systems as well as with community partners to help ensure that entering undergraduates are prepared for success, starting with early education and assisting them up to and through college.

We asked Mobikasa to design a web application to automate the process of matching schools with schools and college locations.

What were your goals for this project?

Unfortunately, we currently matched many of our students by hand. It was a task that could be automated. We needed to build an internal management system that would allow us to automate the matching process based on a variety of factors.

How did you select this vendor?

We have worked with them before. We also scouted 5 other companies to work with. After looking at the cost and comparing it to previous work and referrals from coworkers we decided to go with Mobikasa.

They designed, developed, and are currently helping us test the features of the software before it is launched. There has been a lot of changes to the scope and they have been very accommodating.

Mobikasa has also helped us troubleshoot problems with the software immediately and have been very willing to work along our timeline. The function versions have been ready for testing, and we have been testing it to make sure it is ready to be launched.

What was the team composition?

We would work with a liaison on the team. The project manager would make sure that all the testing has been done correctly. Also has been very willing to work along our timeline especially since there is a time difference.

We are currently still in the testing phase of the project, due to K-16 Initiative timelines. While we have been testing the CUNY Tutor Corps team has been very excited to look at the functionality and to implement it within their workflow.

Their project management was very impressive. We usually communicated through email. The project manager has switched once over time. The current project manager we have been working with has been amazing.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Communication and timeliness. They are always on top of the work and make sure that issues are resolved quickly.

Just implementing now but should have a major impact on streamlining many functions resulting in a great time-saver.

Very responsive. Great work! The MOBIKASA team does a great job of communicating and getting the work done in a timely manner.

Usually when working with companies in the past, I would be pushing them to get work done. Here they were pushing me to review their work as they on-time and wanting to complete the job in a timely manner to the specs that were provided.

I found them through a Google search for a firm based here in New Delhi. I thought their website was well done, and I liked the work they've done for other clients. I figured they would deliver the same quality for me.

We got an immense support from Mobikasa during our most challenging situation. Our website and mobile app needed to be revamped within a limited span of time just before the festive season begins. We contacted MOBIKASA for their website deign & mobile app development services, and along with their proactive effort, the final output is rocking in terms of driving traffic and generating leads. These guys are awesome. Very Good team to work with and yes their service after the completion of the website is much helpful. Worth the money.

We used Trello & Skype to communicate and were very pleased with the outcome of the project. Every day, they kept us up-to-date on project progress and any questions or queries were responded to very quickly and instantly. We were constantly kept up to date on any timings or future plans for their task list.

Their designers were able to take the image I had in my mind for the site and turn it into reality. They did as many revisions as needed to make sure that everything was exactly the way I wanted.

We are a marketplace website platform. We consist of individual American-made sellers & manufacturers who create shops and upload inventory and distribute through one portal.

To create a best in class platform to sell products from individual sellers. Sellers needed to be able to create shops and products easily. The back end software needed to have merchandising functionality so as to make the consumer experience easy and intuitive.

We’re working with a dedicated project manager and a senior frontend developer. We also have access to upper management when pressing issues arise, and there are resources available to help meet deadlines.

Thanks to our partnership with MOBIKASA, we now release site updates every 1–2 weeks, which keeps our content fresh and relevant. Our business has seen 50% growth as a result.

MOBIKASA was able to take JPEG images of layouts and recreate them into a functioning website. They also did work on the backend to allow the website to accept orders, communicate with our fulfillment center and customers, and give interactive responses without daily management.

We have worked with one project manager since the start of the project. They have been responsive to requests and good at communicating issues and questions.

What outcomes or results can you share that demonstrate progress and/or success?

The website was built successfully and has been functioning properly since it went live. If there is an issue, MOBIKASA has been responsive in a day despite being located in a very different time zone. Any needed updates or changes to the website are able to be handed off to MOBIKASA with brief instruction, and they fulfill the request properly in a timely manner.

How effective was the project management?

The project manager is usually responsive to requests. Sometimes management does not provide updates to assure us that the work is being done on larger requests that may take a bit more time. However, an email asking for an update is typically responded to quickly.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The cost is very low, and they are capable of completing projects satisfactorily and to our specifications.

What tips or recommendations do you have?

When considering MOBIKASA, it should definitely be noted that their developers are located in the Middle East so urgent matters will not be addressed within minutes. Additionally, it is important to be very clear in your communication and provide visuals if applicable because there is a slight language barrier.
