Introduce your business and what you do there.
We are a packaging materials manufacturer. We provide aluminum foil solutions for packaging chocolate figurines, confectionary packaging, and other similar products. I’m managing director.
What challenge were you trying to address with Moberp?
We needed a full package IT solution. We had separate tools and IT solutions for accounting, production management, and other departments. We were looking to obtain an integrated solution to make everything more efficient.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Moberp replaced all our tools and systems with one integrated package which provides full ERP [enterprise resource planning] solutions for accounting, production planning, reporting and statistics, dispatching, warehousing, etc.
How did you come to work with Moberp?
We were looking for a solution, and we were impressed by their presentation and their skillset.
How much have you invested with Moberp?
We spent approximately $100,000 with Moberp.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in August 2016, and the project was completed in October 2016.
Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate the productivity, quality of work, or the impact of the engagement?
We have an online understanding of the issues that managers or production planners can respond to and resolve right away with no delays on production. If there are any issues on the shop floor, the managers can provide solutions through their mobile device immediately which makes production more efficient.
How did Moberp perform from a project management standpoint?
We had a project manager that managed everything for us very proficiently. Moberp had a full understanding of our processes. They looked at the tools we were using and translated it into their systems. We had regular meetings and status updates.
What did you find most impressive about Moberp?
The overall implementation was very good. I believe the mobile integration has been very convenient for everybody.
Are there any areas Moberp could improve?
There were some formatting issues that we asked Moberp to update on the reporting to make the reports more visually pleasing. There were some slippages in timelines but nothing major. Moberp always tried to make up time so that the deadlines were only missed by a couple of days.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
Our startup focuses on consumer products, mainly food items. I am the sales director of the company.
What challenge were you trying to address with Moberp?
We needed to implement a mobile ERP [enterprise resource planning] program.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Moberp installed our ERP and continues to provide support for it. It is intended for our production facility, so it was important for it to handle everything from customer orders to invoicing. Elements like warehouse management, machine signing, and production schedules needed to be linked. If anything stops on our production site, we are immediately notified on our mobile devices. If the costs of raw materials or finished goods rise, we will again be notified through our mobile application.
We have different production machines, including new and used ones, so we needed to account for their difference in speed and unforeseen delays. All of this is caught by Moberp's ERP and immediately reported to us.
How did you come to work with Moberp?
A sales representative from Moberp first approached me. We were starting out and needed to find a platform.
How much have you invested with Moberp?
The cost of Moberp's services has been around $50,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with Moberp in July 2016, and have an ongoing maintenance and support collaboration. The development lasted for 3 weeks, which included additional changes and functionalities that we requested.
Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate the productivity, quality of work, or the impact of the engagement?
We needed to have a full information flow, which Moberp has delivered. The program is running well; it's convenient and had freed many of our employees' time. They used to handle everything through Excel sheets, which was taking a lot of time and effort and led to a few mistakes. We're now a lot stronger regarding error and production control.
How did Moberp perform from a project management standpoint?
Moberp has been available for us 24/7. They were always approachable and patient with us, whenever we struggled with parts of the ERP, and needed more information. Moberp has assigned a Russian representative for one of our staff members, who only speaks that language. The service has been incredible, more than we expected from a company of Moberp's size.
What did you find most impressive about Moberp?
Technology-wise, Moberp has many resources available, but their customer service is exceptional.
Are there any areas Moberp could improve?
Cost-wise, Moberp could improve. Their initial quote was quite high, but they were okay with negotiating and delivered an excellent product. Moberp is much cheaper than Microsoft, for instance, but we still paid a lot.
Although deadlines were missed by a few days here and there, Moberp's team clearly worked hard to deliver a quality product efficiently. They demonstrated a clear understanding of the business problem before implementing a solution.
