I'm co-founder at an Edutech Startup that provides technical guides that help college students prepare for their final Bachelor's degree test.
For what projects/services did your company hire Mobbly Digital, and what were your goals?
We wanted to develop an MVP platform to complement our current service. Our goals were to give more value to our customers, differentiate us from the competition and be more attractive to investors.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We chose Mobbly Digital because they understood our needs as a startup and maintained fast, clear, and constant communication.

We had several meetings to define the scope of our project until we found solutions that matched our requirements with the budget. Finally, they shared a clear work path to witness the development process, deadlines, and key deliverables. They listened to our feedback and made our ideas work. They used angular js.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We worked with the chief project manager at the beginning to clarify the scope and deadlines. After that, a part-time programmer was assigned for weekly meetings to check the progress and give feedback. Also, we received services from a designer and some junior programmers who assisted our main programmer.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
After launching, we saw 23% more sales and received several thankful messages from customers. We expect a 35% sale increase in the high-demand season.

The frequency depended on the project stage, but we finished having weekly meetings. We used Slack, FIGMA, NextCloud, and Google Apps for Work.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Their excellent communication. Although we didn't have technical knowledge, they managed to be clear and were honest with the expectations. They knew how to listen and meet requirements.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Supervise closely to junior programmers because they used to be careless about details. Anyway, our main programmer was excellent at fixing those details.
