We needed someone to develop our website and team management platform.

Our partnership with Mirit started with the development of our website and e-commerce platform. We then got to work on a CRM solution to manage our sales team, to which we’re still collaborating to implement the proper coding.

This current project that we have started in January 2019, and it’s still ongoing.

The cooperation remains successful because they’re always updating us with the progress of the project. They present good ideas and are flexible to adapt to our concerns.

The project management is fine as we only miss deadlines for tasks that aren’t part of the original scope. We mainly use Trello to manage the work and Google Chat to communicate.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I like that our relationship with them goes beyond our business partnership. In addition, they’re very responsive and would communicate with us even outside of work hours.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Nothing comes to mind at the moment because we’re very happy with their work.

I would advise them to maintain regular communication and put every aspect of the project in writing and on a schedule.

I’m the CEO of Ocean Angels, an association that teaches people how to operate motorboats and yachts.

We needed someone to develop our website and e-learning platform.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Mirit is helping us develop our learning platform by providing us with custom software development. They’re building the platform from scratch and are updating a lot of our old technology, graphics, and content.

Some of the features include a backend for administrative tasks, English language support, and a simple layout for a seamless customer experience.

Moreover, we have a two-year maintenance contract with them so whenever we need something changed or updated, we can just reach out to them to fix it.

Our main point of contact is the project manager, but we also have communications with at least six people from their team including a graphic designer, a frontend developer, and a content writer.

I believe we’ve spent about $45,000.

Our ongoing partnership started in November 2018.

We get a lot of positive feedback from customers saying that the platform that Mirit developed is simple and user-friendly. The team transformed the experience and learning became very easy to understand, so I’m 100% satisfied.

The project management is excellent and we typically use WebEx, email, and phone to communicate.

The AdBike company is an online store with motorcycle parts. The store mainly focuses on selling parts for road motorcycles. I am the owner of AdBike.pl

The Mirit company was hired to create an online store on the WordPress platform.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I was looking for a company that would advise on what would be the best solution for AdBike.pl and show high knowledge of building online stores. Another advantage is the huge portfolio of Mirit.

We had a meeting where we discussed the scope of work. We presented our idea of ​​an on-line store (adbike.pl), what functionalities we want and what our store should look like. The Mirit company turned out to be extremely helpful, we had every step of the implementation of each stage,

Mirit asked us to express our opinion, if we thought that something needed to be changed, Mirit was up to the task.

During the execution of the order, I mainly contacted the project manager.

The store is under development, so we are unable to provide this information. However, the work done by Mirit was 100% professional.

The communication tools we used were: github, google meet.

They are very professional and responsible throughout the project development.

I wondered, I couldn't find any.

www.cowzdrowiu.pl is a news portal that brings together journalists specializing in issues of broadly understood healthcare, drug policy and health financing. I am responsible for sales, marketing and customer service.

For what projects/services did your company hire Mirit - Laravel Softwarehouse, and what were your goals?

Creation and development of a web portal for the broadly defined health care community: doctors, decision makers, patient organizations, pharmaceutical industry representatives etc. There is a lot of competition on this market in Poland. We wanted the portal to be simple and transparent, to stand out and to be able to develop it with new functionalities in the future.

Building a portal from scratch in terms of modern, dedicated CMS and modern, attractive graphic design. Launching within a week the first version of the portal and parallel work on the target solution. The first version of the portal was designed to attract users.

6 - owner, 2 graphic designers, 2 programmers, 1 account manager

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

In spite of the strong competition on the market, thanks to the innovative solutions applied, the portal quickly appeared in high positions in the search engine, without the need for additional fees or organizing advertising campaigns. Within a few months it gained 300 thousand well adjusted users, out of which about 50 thousand a month are returning users.

Great contact at all times, which made it much easier to keep the project moving at a high pace. Mirit completed the project ahead of schedule.

Mirit completed the task ahead of schedule. Quick, direct contact. Interesting suggestions - they continue to share ideas for the development of the portal.

I'm owner of VVES Limited company . We managing social media promoting websites on polish and worldwide markets where we offer services which helps people gets more social media impressions, likes, reaches, followers etc.

We based on fully customized Wordpress + Woocommerce website on polish market and when we planning worldwide based website we have decided to prepare everything from the scratch and build it in Laravel with custom development services from Mirit programmers.

We had some short tasks in the past with Mirit on Wordpress site and we decided to let them work on our biggest custom project in Laravel due they have few high experience programmer in these language.

We have prepared design project in Figma and goals/works sheet as a Documents when we clearly described how every single process should works. It included API integration with our partners, payment gateway integration and many many more. The biggest challenge was to built completed ecommerce platform and drag-and-drop dashboard for admins to easy manage/change/edit all things.

We had a major contact to Mateusz Garbarczyk (mirit owner) and dedicated project manager Dawid, who was responsible for organizing the work for whole team of programmer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our whole project was some complicated and we had some problems with clearly visions what we want and how it should be works vs how programmers think about it and did it, but always after described it more detailed and with talks directly with any of programmer, we had not any disclaimers. General impression 4,5/5

We had daily contact via Slack, Jira and Invide.io and weekly summaries of progress. Lovely contact for me.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have experienced programmers so in my project wasnt any stop point to things how to do something. When they started, they spended maybe a whole week to make a plan of work and after that there not were any disscussion of problems, re-ideas of something. They were fully independent and professional.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We have only few misunderstandings in the project about how something should be works, but in my experience i never had programmer or whole it team where thats things did not take place. Its like a normal thing in IT industry.

The aim of the Appcadabra company is to publish a browser game - a sports manager (multidisciplinary in several language versions). I am a shareholder of the company responsible for business as well as formal and legal issues.

For what projects/services did your company hire Mirit - Laravel Softwarehouse, and what were your goals?

We started cooperation with Mirit due to the demand that arose for the release of our browser game Sports Manager Pro. The aim of the cooperation was to program the visual part of the game based on the provided graphic design.

The cooperation was commenced on the recommendation of another company for which Mirit performed similar development work.

The main stage of cooperation and activities that we took together with Mirit was the implementation of individual components and views of the Sports Manager Pro game using technologies such as VUE.js and PHP LARAVEL.

Two people were involved in the project on the supplier's side: Mateusz Garbarczyk - responsible for communication and the business part, and Michał Uciechowski - the main programmer responsible for the implementation of the visual part of the website.

The game is in the production phase, therefore we cannot provide details in this regard, but the work entrusted to Mirit was done 100% in a manner consistent with the expectations.

They have quick responses to emerging problems and a constructive approach to the tasks they've performed.
