I am the owner of the only VR real estate agency in Bulgaria featuring 360-degree virtual tours for all properties we sell.
For what projects/services did your company hire Mint Soft, LTD, and what were your goals?
We are a brand new company offering a unique service for the Bulgarian market. In our case it was extremely important to have a website with stunning but also very intuitive design. Since we needed to intruduce some brand new service it was extremely crucial to find a very good web developer company to create a fast and reliable WordPress website with custom design and features for us.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We choosed Mint Soft after doing a very long research and a lot of meatings with web developing companies.

We had a meeting to discuss the project scope and soon after that we were provided with a design prototype in Adobe XD. We made some minor changes and then continued with the website development itself. The whole process took around 2 months and required no revisions in the end because of the high quality of their job.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Their project manager was the one communcating and making meetings with us. We also had 1 meeting with their graphic designer to discuss the brand identity they were creating for us.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Since we focus on Google and Facebook ads primarally, the most important task was to create stunning landing pages for the most important properties we offer and optimising them according to the user interaction. Some results came out only 1 week after we launched the site - our leads from the landing pages increased by 75% and still growing!

We communicated primarally by email and Adobe XD for the design tasks.
