Minimal studio is extremely responsive, always available via slack. They deliver items quickly and are able to iterate on feedback until the project is complete.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Most website creation and graphic design companies get bogged down in process - outlining scope and an SOW which is extremely costly and time consuming. Minimal Studio takes a short project brief and quickly works up an MVP that we can iterate on together. This approach has been extremely useful for our high growth strategy.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Minimal Studio could have done differently?

There was an instance where one month's invoice went well over our average monthly spend and we didn't have a heads up that this was coming - minimal responded well to the feedback and now alerts us when we are taking on a project that they anticipate will go over our threshold.

Items were delivered on time and most important for us was that they always delivered at a high quality level we are asking for.

Their great skills and experience in UI/UX were impressive.

Scme improvement could be done for better communication and management of communication internally in the company and with the customer. Employees may need to put a bit more effort into learning to be more expressing in english and communicate better. But all in all we have had very good communication across the long time we worked together.
