Project with EPTAC
Following the launch of the App and microsite, Millennium developed lead generating marketing and promotional materials to drive users to the App. The App was such a success that EPTAC enlisted Millennium to build a fully dynamic website with advanced functionality that integrated with the App database into the website’s class search and registration functionality. To minimize the upkeep of the database, all changes made to the App database also updated the website class listings in real time. Millennium developers run ongoing testing and security checks to ensure that the App and website, both critical sales tools in EPTAC’s business model, are up-to-date and running as designed.

XMA Website & Corporate Brand
XMA worked with the Millennium Agency team to design, develop, and execute a dynamic, high performance website that illustrates the unique product offerings by XMA Corporation. With XMA’s diverse product portfolio focused on passive coaxial components servicing RF, microwave, and millimeter wave applications, a variety of products needed to be captured. XMA’s components range from DC-65GHz and come in a variety of connector types and is used in numerous applications around the world, from space to 5G communications, and several industries in between. Millennium carefully designed a website that uses parallax, video, and other dynamic imagery to illustrate the unique capabilities of the company.

Branded Data Sheets
Proven Optics loved the data sheet series which included the budget and forecast data sheet, IT financial management, and invoicing. The new designs were successfully launched in the marketplace and used as a resource for potential and existing customers. Using the corporate colors of dark blue and light blue, accented with a clean white background, this eye-catching sales sheet attracted the attention of many. Each data sheet included a summary section, graphics that support the application, an about us section, and key features and benefits that differentiate each product. We hired Millenium Agency to develop branded data sheets for our company. Specifically, they developed a company overview data sheet and three separate data sheets for each of our Commercial applications. Our goal was to craft data sheets that would serve as an important asset for our sales team to distribute to potential partners and clients.

I browsed online for companies who specialized in developing assets like these and Millenium Agency was by far the most responsive and willing to help us accomplish our goals right away.

To start, I described exactly what I wanted out of these data sheets with attached examples and they immediately provided examples of work they have completed in the past - it was exactly what we were looking for. They then scheduled a call where they laid out exactly what they needed from our team to be successful and then also laid out a clear project timeline. Once we submitted all of the brand guidelines and content that they needed, they immediately began the design process. After each design cut, they would send the data sheets back for our review and promptly turn around with a new data sheet including our revised changes. This process repeated until the completed data sheet was exactly what we were looking for.

Three people worked with me directly.
- Linda - CEO and Strategist that helped manage our account and set us up for success before the design process started.
- Kirsten - Project Manager who was my main point of contact during the design process. She was the middle man between me and the design team. She relayed all of my revisions to the design team and relayed all of the revised data sheets back to me promptly.
- Pierre - Account Director who helped lay out the timeline for us and helped us successfully submit all of the branding materials and content needed for the design team.

We are currently still working on finalizing the data sheets, but we are excited to have a professional, formalized set of assets that will be utilized greatly by our sales team.

They are extremely communicative and extremely prompt with all of their revisions. The design turn around time was very quick and they were immensely flexible in terms of the edits I gave them. They would complete as many cuts of the design as possible until it was exactly what I was looking for.

I’m the administrative services leader for an RF component manufacturer. I work in our HR marketing and within a few different departments.
What challenge were you trying to address with Millennium Agency?
Our website was very out of date, unstable, and unfunctional. We needed to do a complete revamp.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Millennium built our website from scratch; the whole process took about a year. We met with them two times before we actually decided to move forward. Linda (CEO & Strategist) provided a comprehensive action plan that detailed the priorities and what could go down the line. She also integrated some brand work, which showcased their ability to build a site and help nurture the brand.
We had a lot of visions floating around, but they were willing to listen to our ideas and accommodate change. They implemented movement into the website — it flowed well, and they created a moving background that gave the site a pop.
What is the team composition?
We met with three people, specifically Pierre (Account Director) and Linda. We also trained with another person who was familiar with the backend of the site; he was part of the conversations when we did website training.
How did you come to work with Millennium Agency?
We found them through a simple Google search. We reached out to a couple of different agencies, and they stood out. It was important for us to keep it local, but they also had the caliber we were looking for.
Millennium had a solid portfolio, and they gave examples of past work. Moreover, they were personable, talented, experienced, and easy to talk to. The team was also reachable all the time, and they had good client management skills. All in all, they checked off all the boxes.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent a total of $30,875 on the website, and we have a $525 ongoing monthly fee.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them in September 2020, and we still have a relationship with them because they host our website. Additionally, we’ve been discussing further branding initiatives.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The functionality of the contact form is a major benefit that comes directly from the website. We’ve had many strong leads coming through it. As we work on our brand recognition, it’s exciting to see people finding the website quickly and utilizing the contact form. Consequently, some sales orders have been generated from that, which is new and exciting too.
How did Millennium Agency perform from a project management standpoint?
They were great. The team kept the ball moving, and they kept us accountable. Since the project spanned over a year, there were a lot of changes, and they did a great job at managing scheduling and keeping us on the same page.
Also, they were flexible. We communicated over email most of the time, but they were always willing to pick up the phone or get on a Zoom call.
What did you find most impressive about them?
As a consumer, I’m always drawn to the ease of the relationship. I don’t like to feel like there’s a lot of work. However, Millennium was easy to talk to — they knew what they were doing, and they listened to us with open ears. Overall, they were willing to work and accommodate any requests we had.
On the other hand, they’re a multi-faceted marketing firm with creative direction. They can build a website from the ground up, but they can also create an in-depth marketing plan. Millennium has a whole portfolio of marketing services, and it’s nice to know that we can continue the relationship through other endeavors.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I have no complaints or suggestions on how to improve a specific area. I feel like we should’ve taken more time to figure out what we really wanted because we changed our minds a few times, which led to some confusion.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Have a clear vision and create a checklist of what you want. We gave them some examples, and they carried them over into our product. Also, I’d suggest having a small team because having many different opinions can get complicated.

I’m the marketing director for an LED display manufacturer. We also provide content management software along with hardware.
What challenge were you trying to address with Millennium Agency?
I was hired to build a marketing team because our company didn’t have one. With COVID-19 I was having a hard time getting staff members to join onsite, and I needed help with branding strategy.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Millennium Agency helps with high-level content creation. When they came on board, we’d already identified our customer journey, so they used their expertise to ensures our strategy was solid. Additionally, they’ve contributed to our corporate mission, as well as our vision statement.
While a third-party company creates our social media content, Millennium Agency finetunes both it and our blog posts, ensuring it aligns with our strategy. They also help with our email campaign cadence by looking at our customer lifecycle journey. Their focuses include how we communicate at the top of the funnel, the middle, and the bottom of the funnel. We’ve been creating those compelling messages collaboratively.

Marketing automation tools set the content cadence Linda helped us to create. We look at the top, middle, and bottom of our sales funnel to see our engagement rate — a combination of the open rate with click-throughs and unsubscribes. It’s a holistic way of looking at everything. The automation tool spits out the engagement score.
How did Millennium Agency perform from a project management standpoint?
They’re very quick. We use email and Google Docs, and have weekly calls on Google Meet. Linda sometimes comes to our in-person meetings too, which is impressive.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Millennium Agency is strategic. For example, if we come up with a messaging initiative, and they identify that we have 80% of the messaging, then they’ll give suggestions on where we could do better with the other 20%. Over and over, they’ve demonstrated their ability to create strong messaging for us. It’s still early, but we believe they’ll be able to help us.
Are there any areas they could improve?
We’re a small company, and budget is always the big issue. We want to do more with them, and they’re really good at accommodating us and giving us more for our money.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I highly recommend them because they’re very organized. They have a very strong team and quality work. I’ve had wait time issues with other agencies that I’ve worked with, but Millennium Agency has been very responsive. They believe in building long-term relationships with customers.

Global American is a full service integrator of Embedded/Industrial PCs, Motherboards and peripherals. I am the company President.
For what projects/services did your company hire Millennium Agency, and what were your goals?
Our website is a monster - a lot of product and years of many different people writing custom code. It went from Magento to WordPress but was very difficult to make changes to because of the way some of the code was written by our previous agency. The goal was to rebrand Global while developing a user friendly (for both our customers and on the backend) platform.
How did you select Millennium Agency and what were the deciding factors?
I had met with several different Marketing Agencies and chose Millennium because they were immediately receptive and seemed to understand what I wanted.
They were quick to come back with ideas and a plan, and I felt a personal connection to Millenium's owner, Linda as we are both small business owners with similar challenges. I didn't want to go with a large international company, I wanted to stay small and local.

Millenium presented a clear plan for Website Development with deadlines for completion on each step. First they developed the brand and homepage. It was a very interactive process with a lot of input from me. Second the website was build and then the database was integrated.
It was relatively smoothly considering the size and scope of our site. Millenium worked with Wordpress and there was a lot of manual input to make each product page consistent.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I was the director of community relations at Speare Memorial Hospital, a small 25-bed critical access hospital.
What challenge were you trying to address with Millennium Agency?
The hospital needed a partner to help with all aspects of marketing: publication, concept and design, various integrated communication campaigns, etc.
What was the scope of their involvement?
One of the first projects was a new logo and branding campaign. The previous director had started the work, but neither the CEO or board had been happy with the results. Linda Fanaras [Founder] and I worked together and were able to articulate what the CEO and board envisioned the role of the hospital in the community to be. About six months later, a whole new logo and rebranding campaign launched and was embraced by the entire hospital and the greater Plymouth community.
From there, Millennium Agency helped with print marketing, the annual report, radio spots, TV ads, redesigning the website, digital ad campaigns, YouTube videos, and social media enhancement. We worked with them for nine years, so the communication norms changed, but Millennium Agency expertly managed it. At first, we only hired them for individual projects, but after the site redesign, we put them on retainer to more cohesively manage all our creative projects.
What is the team dynamic?
My primary contact was my account rep, which changed a few times, but I also had a direct line of communication with Linda. Whenever we worked on a major project, I would get together with my account rep, the art director, and a digital media coordinator. I had access to everybody, and I could call any of them at any time.

I worked with Millennium Agency at my previous job, and when I moved to the hospital, they were already partnered together. By then, I had a great working relationship with Linda and her team, so we were able to improve Speare Memorial Hospital’s position in the marketplace through aggressive and updated integrated marketing efforts right away.

We spent about $6,000 a month, so around $650,000 over a nine-year period.
What is the status of this engagement?
I worked with Millennium Agency from June 2002 until June 2015.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
One campaign we did, “Jumping to New Heights,” won several awards. It was a kickoff campaign to promote the orthopedics practice, and it resulted in a 10% increase in the number of appointments scheduled over a couple of months.
When the new site launched, we saw increased visits and time spent on it, and that happened again when we integrated videos into our campaign ads. Social media brought in a lot of traffic, as well.
Over the nine years, we elevated the Speare Memorial Hospital’s brand and position in the marketplace. It became more visible and recognizable and came a long way in how it presented itself to the public. Through our work with Millennium Agency, the hospital became a much more prominent player in the community in terms of health promotion and prevention.

Everyone was always accessible. If I called or emailed, I usually heard back within a day. They met deadlines and kept to a tight schedule.

I am the Director of the CEO & Family Enterprise Center, an outreach organization of the Peter T. Paul College of Business & Economics out of the University of New Hampshire.
For what projects/services did your company hire Millennium Agency?
As the relatively new Director of the Center, it's been on the top of my list to do a comprehensive look at our name and brand. It's been disjointed since over time our Center has added in programs and our name did not reflect that evolution.
What were your goals for this project?
To find a name that best represents our four different programs in one cohesive name. We also wanted to have a new branded look to support the change and the upgrade.
How did you select Millennium Agency?
We are well aware of Millennium's reputation and work with many businesses in New Hampshire. a conversation with a number of firms left me aware that Millennium would be best matched to help us with the project.
Describe the scope of their work in detail.
The firm took in a great deal of information from myself and our Program Coordinator. They came back to us with suggestions, and over subsequent meetings, we narrowed down the choices to four final ones that we shared with our Board of Advisors. After making a final choice, we were presented with a number of different images, all that matched the brand standard of the university.
What was the team composition?
We worked with Linda Fanaras, the Principal of the firm and Pierre Younes, Account Manager.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The process was streamlined, efficient and very eye opening. We became more and more pleased as it unrolled; solving a long term issue of a muddled name and an outdated graphic identity. The team listened to our big picture ideas and were able to capture the feel and bring it to a manageable process that allowed us to make a decision on name and look that we felt very comfortable in.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The process was very effective; whenever the project lagged it was 100% on our end and Pierre politely and warmly brought us back to task and on track.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Their interest in our center, their ability to listen, and the streamlined process they provided impressed us. All of those things helped us make a choice that before working with them, felt unsurmountable.
