Let's make history.
We thrive on the fact that no two companies are exactly alike. Each client that walks into the Mighty 8th Media hangar brings about exciting new challenges for our crew. You won't find templates and a one-size-fits-all approach here. We take the time to strategize and create a custom marketing strategy based on your company's unique mission, needs, and goals. For some we help to complement the talents of an in-house team and for others we serve as an external marketing department. Whatever your needs, we'll work to chart a course that fits you best.
We're real people here at Mighty 8th that sit down with you and listen to what you want to accomplish. We work in partnership with you to formulate a custom flight plan focused on maximum results. From concept to completion, we'll spare you the technical jargon and industry techno-babble. We just want to roll up our sleeves and help bring your ideas to life. You'll have your own project manager that serves as your single point of contact at Mighty 8th, guiding you throughout your marketing projects and keeping you informed of our progress every step of the way. Our goal is to provide you with answers before you even have to ask the question. At the end of the day we want to celebrate you and the great accomplishments you achieve through our work together.

Tampa Microwave
Tampa Microwave approached Mighty 8th to develop their website presence. They have a modular satellite system that is designed to help various levels of the War Fighter. This could be a group of individuals on the front lines all the way to an entire Forward Operating Base and all it's communication needs. Mighty 8th developed a custom website as well as 3D movie to help quickly show off their product and it's versatility. Upon entering the site you are quickly walked through a visual 3D world of seeing the product reshape itself for any situation. Upon entering the site we built a custom configuration system that allows Military personnel to quickly build the system that best suits their needs and generate a PDF of the build as well as contact Tampa for the sales request. It was a great project with custom challenges that we enjoyed tackling together.

ALTA and Mattingly Cold Storage Testimonial
We worked together with our client ALTA Refrigeration to help build a case study around their client Mattingly Cold Storage. We showcased the benefits of the partnership and how this revolutionary product has made such an impact on their business.

Impact Cryotherapy
When bringing new technology to the health and wellness market, it must be accompanied by a strong brand and story that outlines the benefits and key features of such a new trend. After helping Impact Cryo with their brand presence look and feel, we moved into helping the viewer better understand this technology, where it's made and the key benefits of how it can impact your life.

Harmon Financial Company Video
We helped Harmon Financial build their brand presence and then moved into bringing their company story forward through video storytelling. With all of our video work, we always strive to have that moment when we feel we make that emotional connection and that is definitely brought forward with this piece. At 2:31 you will see where that shines through.

HOT TOOLS Signature Series
Hot Tools has been a top choice of salon professionals for decades. Now, for the first time, they are available to consumers through the Signature Series line of products, and they wanted Mighty 8th to help launch it. What they didn’t want was the stereotypical high-fashion concept. Our team developed a series of directions and landed on, ‘Everyone Deserves Beautiful.’ The tagline served as a springboard for several commercial spots and digital assets that highlighted the beautiful results that everyone can achieve.

We helped LUND International with the product launch of the new Trail View Soft Top product from Rampage. This resulted in a digital campaign that had their first tier of orders completely sold out in the first few weeks.

Introduce your business and what you do there.

What challenges were you trying to address with Mighty 8th Media?
Our marketing team was quite small, but our business was growing quickly. We needed to hire outside help to support our efforts.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We created our branding and style guide with them. They developed our website and continue to maintain it for us. They produce videos for us and create social media content for Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Their team writes our newsletters and provides content marketing support. They also do graphic design.
We’re currently revamping our website with them. We’re using WordPress.
What is the team composition?
Our main point of contact is Tammy (Director of Accounts).
How did you come to work with Mighty 8th Media?
The company interviewed several marketing vendors. Mighty 8th Media fit best with our culture. We liked that they could provide a wide range of services.
How much have you invested in them?
We’ve spent between $300,000–$500,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them in June 2012, and our engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They’ve been very successful. They help us be nimble and agile. If we find that there are articles or posts that users aren’t responding to, they help us readjust to better position ourselves.
How did Mighty 8th Media perform from a project management standpoint?
We have weekly calls, and normally, we have a monthly in-person meeting. They provide regular reports on our website and social media analytics.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their accessibility to us is impressive. This past year, there have been many changes due to COVID-19, and they were quick to help us find solutions.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, I think they’re responsive and focus on continuous improvement. They’ve grown and changed since we started working for them.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Look at the work they’ve done with their previous clients. It’s also helpful to work with them in-person if possible, though they serve clients all over the country, so they understand how to work remotely. Get to know them and their work.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
We engineer, manufacture, and market lift trucks. I’m the brand marketing manager for one of the two power brands.
What challenge were you trying to address with Mighty 8th Media?
We needed a creative agency for marketing strategy and executing marketing campaigns.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Their work involved graphic design, web design, and advertising. While they currently don’t handle ad placement and PR, they touch about every aspect of marketing. For instance, they design ads and determine the best places for those ads to be shown. It’s important in our B2B business that we are making smart placement decisions.
In terms of web design, they’re creating content and code for campaign landing pages. They work closely with our internal team to launch those pages. We’ve given them responsibility for posting to our social media accounts. They’ve also written and produced several videos for us.
What is the team composition?
We work with 8–10 people on a regular basis. Our account manager organizes their work.
How did you come to work with Mighty 8th Media?
We did several web searches for B2B agencies and found about 50 agencies. From there, we narrowed it down to a small group for pitch presentations. We interviewed about 3–4 organizations in-person. Our teams selected them based on our conversations.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in February 2020, and our work together is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Our campaigns are performing incredibly well. They structured our marketing response to COVID-19 in week-long campaign sprints. In that ambitious process, we were brand new partners. They were able to turn around six campaigns while learning new tools and processes within our organization.
Additionally, they produced two videos, which wasn’t even in our original plan for engagement. I was really impressed with a video they created with existing footage. It was released well ahead of our competitors’ pandemic responses and struck the perfect tone.
How did Mighty 8th Media perform from a project management standpoint?
Because of the pandemic, we’ve had to conduct almost all of our work together virtually. Their strategic through processes and brilliant insights have truly helped us. It’s hard to believe that they’re new to the materials handling industry.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re creative and strategic thinkers that can produce very engaging content with a great understanding of our brand. It’s only been about three months, but they already have an outstanding reputation in our field.
We work together so closely that it feels like they’re a member of our team. They made sure that all of their ideas were able to be executed according to our budget. We have a transparent relationship, and they were willing to work with the many different brands and agencies that we’re involved with.
Are there any areas they could improve?
We’ve been super pleased with all of their work. I can’t imagine taking on this situation with another company.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Let them do what they’re best at. It can difficult to let things go, but they came to all project briefs with ideas far more creative and impressive than what we had started with.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
We provide design and building services for industrial refrigeration systems. We offer engineering, construction, servicing, commissioning, and all other services for refrigeration. I'm the president of the company.
What challenge were you trying to address with Mighty 8th Media?
We were doing a lot of our marketing and advertising in-house, but we couldn't match the caliber of the services we offered. We decided to hire Mighty 8th to help us.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They rebranded our company, and they gave us an entirely new logo and a new look. There was a robust effort to get our brand and image out into the market. They explored social media options in LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter, and they got our name out through other organizations in our industry. We had a very basic website, which they completely redid. Everything they did was from the ground up.
What is the team composition?
We worked with between eight and ten team members. They gave us a broad spectrum of resources, and we worked with everyone from their executives to their developers.
How did you come to work with Mighty 8th Media?
One of our industry partners had a beautiful website and logo that Mighty 8th created. I reached out to them about four or five years ago, and we've worked together ever since.
How much have you invested with them?
We've spent somewhere between $200,000-$1 million on their services.
What is the status of this engagement?
The collaboration started around May 2015. We're under contract with them, and we renew every year.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We don't keep track of metrics, but we do have much more traffic coming to us through our website. Our social presence is top-notch, and we have a lot of followers on each social media platform. All our web-related leads have gone up significantly.
How did Mighty 8th Media perform from a project management standpoint?
They're fantastic, and I have zero complaints about their work. I would recommend them to anyone.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I've worked with other marketing agencies, but Mighty 8th impresses me more than any other company I've encountered. People ask us who comes up with our concepts and does our marketing, and Mighty 8th manages all of it.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I could complain about the amount of money we've spent, but they're totally worth it.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be prepared to be impressed.
The client is happy with Mighty 8th Media’s work. They’re responsive, nimble, and thorough. They’ve helped the bank navigate numerous challenges over the course of their engagement. The wide range of services that they provide is impressive.
