Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.
After the kick-off meeting, we had gone through a series of meeting to discuss the goals and objectives of our project. The team reviewed and implemented best practices and structural consulting based on our current and future business needs. Core components of this project were the ERP, Financial, and CRM implementations. We decided to divide the project into 4 main phases because our system has many parts: Procurement To Pay (P2P), Project Management System (PMS), Human Resource Management (HRM), Accounting Management (AM), Document Management System (DMS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Performance Management and Training (PMT), Management Information System (MIS), Warehousing and Inventory Management, (Dynamic) Workflow Management System, Help Desk System.
What was the team composition?
They provided 1 Project Manager to support us and serve as primary point contact throughout the project. For the development team, in the beginning, they offered us 2 architect-developers, 4 senior developers, 6 junior developers, and 4 testers (both manual and automation testing). However, later on, our company demand adding more features to the designed system, MeU Solutions had to recruit two more developers to join the team.
