I'm a manager at a bulgarian retail company. We sell clothes, shoes and accessories. The first store was opened in 1995 and since then we've opened a few more. In 2014 we started out website topsports.bg.

In the beginning after out website was launched, we didn't have an agency working for us. After a few years we wanted to level up our sales and decided to give the digital marketing to someone with more experience. They took on the social media marketing for us.

We have around 40% raise in our income with almost the same budget from last year.

The team's communication is fluent. Whenever I give them information about an upcoming campaign, they always give an advice to make the campaign better.

They didn't just help with the marketing part, but also gave a me UX analysis about out website to make it easier for customers to purches.

Not at the moment from our point of view.

Paid traffic is the main source for getting new customers for us. Since beginning of our cooperation we have around 70% traffic from paid channels and every day get quality leads from these channels.

It is easy for us to communicate with their team. We communicate 2 times a week via phone, Viber or email. The communication is always on the high level.

We had exponential growth in sales week after week. Each month. Month after month. More sales. Lower cost of sale. Higher ROAS. It was and it's still amazing. It's like they are thinking for our business as it's theirs own. They gave us valuable insights on what to improve on our website and which products. I really appreciate working with Metrix because they overdeliver on everything we talked on our first meetings.

We have a monthly meetings and weekly calls. We have a very detailed custom KPI report that is automatically updated.
