Mementia was contacted to work with us to finish a feature in our Magento site. The work relationship grew from that to include multiple Magento features and the creation of a custom Drupal site for a digital archive. Key deliverables have included custom Magento features and massaging of exsisting Magento modules for integration. For our Drupal needs, mementia developed a highly customized and configured content archive repository. Along this journey there have been a myraid of updates and maintenance on both platforms.

We went from a sketch and primitive development stage to a launched functioning MVP.

Mementia is a development agency, it will do whatever the client asks. It's up to the client to manage the client's needs. Expectations can only be managed after the clients needs are completely assessed.

General accessibility and ease of communication with the agency overall. Also, Mementia's ability to load balance has been an asset to controlling development velocity.

With an ongoing project of this size and magnitude, it's impossible for there to not be mistakes, errors, and communiucation flubs. We look to improve communication and intention prior to committing resources for a set goal. This is easier said than done with a project of this scope.

They hleped us with transition from magento 1 to magento 2. After this transition they implomented for us several addtional modules, they implemented partners API to our magento. They are implementing, testing and making improvements of our website according to our needs.

They have implemented all modules, API and all improvements.

All project are placed in Jirra where all parts can see the task progress. Beside the comunication in Jirra, all responsible person in project can be reached in discord as well, where we can comunicate directly with all responsible person included with dev person. Communication and fast response to any of our needs are the main advantages of our cooperation.

Mementia has helped us to create and manage several iterations of our e-commerce website over the past 4-5 years. They have helped us to validate our assumptions and hypotheses, develop and test solutions, and iterate wherever needed.

Our sales have increased, the average time spent on the website by the users increased, and we've received many compliments from customers and partners on the design of our website.

We use a task management system (Jira) and a messaging platform (Discord) to communicate around projects. Most if not all of the tasks are captured in Jira and estimated in terms of time, and the very small changed are sometimes communicated through simple messaging in Jira and taken care of immediately. Work is always done in a timely manner, and urgent issues are treated as such and prioritized accordingly.

They were patient, friendly, and willing to listen to feedback. They also found creative solutions.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Mementia could have done differently?

I'd like to know what their capacity is for executing and implementing more intricate and advanced features for  our website; things such as VR or AR, etc. I also wish there was a bit more data-driven guidance provided for what improvements we should target for our website. It is very project-based... you tell them what you want, and they will create it. But it's not always "big picture".

As a long-time client, I wish some more of the guidance was coming from them in terms of what they've identied are the most needed improvements to further build out the website to improve on our desired key metrics.
