This project was created to facilitate the process taken by Health & Safety providers with regards to the paperwork management. By law in order to submit a certificate to a delegate after completing a training an number of checks to both the Delegate and to the Trainer needs to be completed. From collecting the Teaching Qualifications of the trainers to verifying the Delegates ID and whether or not the training has been completed satisfactory. Booking calendar, trainers availability, training venues etc. All this process is to be automated. More importantly to have all the paper trail replaced with electronic documents.

• The main tool used demonstrate the progress was the actual application itself. As it was developed in an Agile manner, we were able to check the progress made regularly, and adjustments were suggested & executed during the development process.

Items were delivered in a very professional manner, mostly all the development was been completed before the deadline agreed by both parties.
