Our Company was outgrowing our previous work system, which made it harder for us to dispatch and manage our requirement. Then, they implemented the new system, migrated our legacy data, and standardized our IT business workflows. One of the key features they configured was the ability to automatically assign orders to repairmen and monitor the order status.
