We decided to search for a social media marketing agency and contacted several companies before choosing Media Saga. We chose Media Saga mainly because of the feedback of their previous customers after we did a research about them.

Basically, Media Saga planned, designed and implemented all our social media marketing campaigns - including how to better improve our social media presence.

I've closely collaborated with one person only, however, they had a team who handled our daily social media needs all throughout the campaign, which included designers and support team.

Thanks to their service our reach on Facebook grew by tripled on the first month, which boosted our sales by 24%.

The most impressive thing? Well, that would be the timely response and their patience. There have been times that I've been unreasonable and have asked updates on unfavorable hours or times but they always make sure to provide the details I needed and comply to requests.
