I'm a CEO in USUPSO Ukraine.I have 28 stores that sell goods for daily consumption

Our company was quickly growing, so we needed an HR firm that could help us find staff for stores

How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?

we cosidered multiple HR consulting firms online, looking at their servises, price politic and communication style. We chose MD Consult for their approach to work, speed of execution of requests and humanity

Describe the project in detail and walk through their service package.

To begin with, we fill out a brief describing the employee's profile and the purpose of his position. Then we receive resumes of suitable employees and the results of an online webview. If an employee approached us after an interview, then we invite him for an interview in office. If an employee has passed all types of interviews, we agree on a job offer with him.

MD Consult provides a 1 month warranty and if the employee does not fit, they make a free search for a replacement

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We communicate only with our personal manager and it is very convenient

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

Thanks to MD Consult, we have closed vacancies for 3 top managers (commercial director, marketing director and financial director), a marketer and recruiter is also successfully working

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The process is very comfortable, we recruit employees in 2-3 touches. We don't waste a lot of our time

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Only in this company did I come across a video interview service, and that's impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

everything is fine

They brief us with all details we need. HR manager in a creative agency is a core of the company and we had a lot of requirements. After this, they invite us to their office and we discussed all process details

We had a dedicated manager from MDCONSULT and a financial manager. Unfortunately we don't know how many professionals worked on our project. We have as a POC only two

We get the professional HR manager in short term and reasonable price

Tree words - They were fast, polite, and professional in the workflow.

We don't expect results so fast. Usually it took two-three month using out internal resources

We don't have much experience with recruitment agencies. We love the result
