Director of Integrated Marketing + Digital for 40+ Hotels and over 15+ restaurants.

For what projects/services did your company hire Max DiNatale Digital Marketing?

When we were first in the market for someone to help us with social, our first call was Max DiNatale. We had worked with Max years ago through a PR agency and knew his skill level and talent was above the rest.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

After doing our due diligence, we made the decision to bring Max on board and it was a very great decision to do so.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

We have opened two high end food and beverage concepts in the heart of the city. Both are very unique and nothing like anything that has been here before. We knew we needed someone outside the box and unique to lead the charge on the social front. After beginning to build out branding, we brought Max and in team up to speed and on-board.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Max has a team of highly skilled photographers/videographers that we work with monthly to get the best content possible. They have been absolutely nothing short of amazing.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Max and his team came on board with the opening of two of our food and beverage concepts and quickly began growing our social media presence and when we opened, business was booming and has continued to do so. Max and his team are amazing and so professional. The quality of product and services offered is unmatched. We highly recommend him and are so thankful for the opportunity to partner with his team.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Max and his team are super pro-active and work very well and patiently with our team to get the best content possible. Thought at times it's challenging to get our staff to have everything prepared in time, Max and his team are super flexible and chip in when they can to help make the process easier for the bar staff.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Max has always been a leader and innovator. He has a skillset that is very uncommon in our area. His team is some of the best around in providing and capturing the best of content. It's truly a remarkable experience.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing. Absolutely nothing.

I’m a real estate agent with Keller Williams. Much of my work is with people relocating to Greenville, South Carolina.

I was looking for help increasing my social media presence and brand awareness.

What were your goals for this project?

I wanted to increase brand awareness for real estate while showcasing the city.

How did you select this vendor?

I interviewed several vendors. Max’s (Owner, Max DiNatale Digital Marketing) ideas and methods aligned with mine, allowing us to agree on the description of much easier.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

Max and I meet often to discuss goals, plans, and upcoming projects. He helps me interview/showcase different companies around the area and write up detailed stories about them. He also creates content for social media and plans postings.

What was the team composition?

I work directly with Max.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since the beginning, our following has increased. The results have met my goals and expectations.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Max has been very accommodating in meeting with me and working toward upcoming goals. He’s very responsive through text and email.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Max is thorough, especially with the interviews and attention to detail. He takes a few questions and creates a well-written article that highlights the company/business. Finding and crafting content that works on my page is another of his strengths.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I would enjoy it if he added more strategies to increase my brand awareness.
