I’m own an advertising agency.
What challenge were you trying to address with matax?
I needed their help in training our members on the ins and outs of Xero, an accounting system software.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We initially set up matax’s training schedule to help their team formulate their procedures and materials ahead of time. Upon finalizing the fixed arrangements, they conducted preliminary training sessions to help us gauge the efficiency of the training process. I came up with some questions for their team after the first round of training, which they used to refine their methods for the upcoming Xero training sessions.

Our main success metric for their presentation and training skills was their ability to make each phase understandable for our team. Our processing time in Xero went down by 75% because matax taught us how to perform each phase correctly and refine our existing methods.
