Please describe your company and your position there.

CEO of a digital agency helping clients from across the globe to create and marketing digital products tailored to their needs.

For what projects/services did your company hire Cognizant, and what were your goals?

We wanted to optimize our existing website and create blog posts for our website. We also wanted to add in some additional features and make our website SEO optimized, mobile friendly and easily navigable. We decided to outsource the project because our technical team was already busy with other projects.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We hopped on calls with several agencies and set up a screening process for them. We sent them our project details and asked them to come up with a project proposal and an estimate. We then weighed their project proposal and estimates and hired the vendor as their value proposition was reasonable.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

They performed a content and website audit of our existing website and sent us a detailed report with more than 50 suggestions on how they can optimize it. Then they researched our competitor’s website and made sure they created a website that was in every way better than that.

They created SEO optimized content and recreated content pieces that performed well in the past. They also made sure to create a landing page and made us rank higher in organic search results. They diverted traffic to our web page via various marketing channels and created backlinks for us in order to increase credibility.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

The vendor team consisted of 10-15 members which includes the project manager, the account manager, UI and Ux developers, content creators, SEO specialists, marketing analysts and so on.,

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our website ranked high in organic search results from the day it was launched. The marketing strategies they employed were a hit. Our website saw 100% percent more traffic after optimization and we are having higher lead generation and conversion rates. The content they created for the website was well received and was relevant. Overall the project was a success.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Even though they were a big company with a big team, communication and teamwork within their team was never a problem for them. They always made sure to communicate with us as a team and clarified all our doubts.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were very stringent and wanted more edits and changes during the course of the project but they were always happy to make those changes for us and valued our satisfaction more than anything.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They are amazing at what they do. We did not have any problems while working with them.
