I am CEO of LFIN, a lawsuit financing company that is dedicated to assist plaintiff with personal injury cash advance.
For what projects/services did your company hire Digital Legates?
We hired the team of Digital Legates for a fresh looking website, since our previous domain got deleted. They offered us a very professional looking website, not only they develpoed our official website, but they are also doing DIgital Marketing of our website.
What were your goals for this project?
The very first goal of the project is to get a good and professional looking website, which gives a complete outlook of our business. Digital Legates provided us the website after two month of the project, with all the complete details like internal pages, and all. Further the next goal we have set with the Digital Legates is to get more customer interaction. We are still working with the brand for web promotions.
How did you select Digital Legates?
I searched for low cost website designing company from India, their website popedup on Google, then I contacted with them for website development. I read some of their reviews on Google too, seeing positive feedbacks I decided to give them a chance. I didn't searched too much, I just contacted two more vendors other than Digital Legates, but the communication was subtle with the team, therefore I move on with them.
Describe the project in detail.
The very basic need of our project is to get a website which can convey audience about our LFIN brand, which is a company for Lawsuit Financing. The other need is to get the branding done, which is currently under process. In the early phase of the project I gave some reference website to the Digital Legates, and they get the framework and layout done in the first two weeks. Digital Legates is solely responsible for the designing of LFIN website, and its SEO too.
What was the team composition?
Firstly, i was attained by the sales person from Digital Legates, all our conversions are telephonic. Then the project head contacted me and I gave him brief about the project. After that i was only contacted by one more guy, which i think is the designer, he want to make sure wether the beta version is okay or not.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The website which they delivered to us increase the number of inquiries by 10%. They are still doing SEO of our site, in just two month we are seeing exponential growth in the traffic.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The communication was very cordial, the executives are too friendly, they understand all my designing needs. Even the designers changed the layout of the website 2-3 times on my demand.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
The design of the website to be obvious is what amazed me about Digital Legates. They clearly understood our needs and delivered the website. Time management is another great value I think since there is a time difference between the US and India, but then also they picked all my WhatsApp call, whenever I tried to connect with them.
Are there any areas for improvement?
They can reduce the time which they take to deliver a website. But I will not consider as complain since I only requested them to change the layout twice during the period. But the project deliverance can get improved a bit.
