The Light Industry Employers Association (APIUS) represents the community of local producers of clothing, knitwear, leather goods, footwear and accessories and is dedicated to the competitive development of the light industry, addressing the needs of the private sector, state support and the experience of similar professional organizations. We collaborated with Marbel Rocks Digital Agency in order to create a new website for the association, to be current, applicative, but also attractive.

The company was chosen due to the fact that past collaborations on web projects were successful

After several meetings, Marbel Rocks Digital Agency came up with a very good proposal regarding the structure and design of the web page. Later APIUS came up with the text part that was placed on each section.

In total, we worked with 4 people, including a project manager, UI/UX Designer, Web developer and Tester.

We are just launching the new website soon, so we don't have any results to present yet.

Founded in 1996, MedExpert is Moldova's first and largest private chain of medical laboratories, offering a wide range of laboratory tests in various fields. I am a marketing manager at MedExpert for an year. I am responsible for the content for website and social media.

We hired Marbel Rocks Digital Agency for redesigning our old website. We had a lot of issues with the old website: lack of information about our lab tests, there wasn't online appointment for customers, there wasn't online payment, old design not comfortable for our customers to navigate etc.

We found them through a refferal and we knew exactly that we want to work with them after our first meeting. The team from Marbel Rocks Digital Agency listened to all our wishes about the new web site and came also with a lot of good ideas. They were ready to start working as soon as possible and this was also one of the deciding factors.

Marbel Rocks started to work with us in June and we was in touch every day with them. They offered me a template for the written content for the website and I started gathering all information. We had a few sessions with our management in order to set up the most important details about the new website.

After two months of work we had a big presentation of the design for our website, we all liked it a lot and in September we launched the website. It was a lot of work from them and they were available for us every day for months, I'm very grateful for that.

There were 4 people: project manager, ui/ux designer, developer and tester. I worked with them from our company, also sometimes I was helped by other managers.

We were able to launch the website early and this was a big success. Our customers liked the website a lot. Form 15 September (launch date) till now we had 69 orders already, this is a very good result for us.

The project management was great, we had a bad interaction with other company in the past so work with Marbel Rocks was fabulous. I liked a lot the interaction with them and look forward to work with them again.

After we worked with them I see them as the best company in Moldova for developing websites. They were open to communicate when we needed and to do everything we asked for in the shortest time. We are very pleased with the result.

I don't think we need to improve something, everything is beyond our expectations.

Our goal was to build 2 landing pages for the brands (one for a coffee roastery from Italy; another for a mineral water company from Romania) in addition to the main ecom website

The team at Marbel was always dedicated to answer my calls and messages. We had a few meetings but I'm not the type of micromanager so I ended up trusting them with most of the development process

Prices are higher than the average market rates but I'm not sorry for paying this for my ecom website

We needed a full redesign for the website and the logo for our patients and to communicate that IMC is a safe and welcoming environment upholding the highest standards of healthcare best practices.

Their documentation was very thorough. They showcased the final result and it was perfectly matched with initial design. Also because of the SEO efforts we increased 28% in the number of inbound leads from the website just after 5 months.

The project manager was easy to communicate with and provided us frequent updates and new suggestions for our ideas. Everything was delivered on time

We appreciated the knowledge they had about websites in general, not only design or coding, but also about user experience and optimization. We appreciated the communication between us being very collaborative and full positive for our expectations.

Things could always be done faster, but quality is more important , and we ended up with a high quality product.
