We are a media company focusing on innovative automation products.

For what projects/services did your company hire MAKSOF, and what were your goals?

For an online solution to automate videos we needed to developed a website. As we don't have the internal ressources, we contacted an external company - in that case MAKSOF. They help us build the angular frontend we need to fulfill our vision.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched and started the cooperation with a smaller module and have increased the scope since then. The company is flexible, on time and offer creative solutions to our problems.

We work on a module based system while steering the process through talks (zoom/slack) in the most profitable direction for both of us.

There is a project manager as well as one designer/programmer that is assigend to us. The first one is the one we discuss the the module and the implications and he coordinates the overall work.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We haven't launched yet but the preparations for it already have speed up and we are confident to reach our goals in time.

We are in contact on a daily bases using Slack and sometimes Zoom to go through daily issues and advances as well as testing. Code is delivered via Github and reviewed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have a very hands on mentality and are eager to meet the client's expectations. They are reliable and have good communication skills.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

As always in software production there are bugs and errors in the first version. They are however always at hand when we need to fix and improve things.

Innova Solution is an Italian company specialized in providing highly innovative IT services in the Blockchain field I am the owner and director of the company

My company hired MAKSOF to build a complex part of their main application. In particular, in addition to the creation of the web application, MAKSOF had to implement the interface with the blockchain and the main operating mechanisms of the application. I needed a specialized and highly reliable technical partner

I selected MAKSOF through an online freelancer portal. My choice was made on the basis of the skills demonstrated, on the reviews already acquired by MAKSOF at the time of the assignment. Furthermore, in the phases preceding the contract, he proved to be very kind and punctual in his replies.

He has entirely created the myartblock platform. It's about a web application that provides an easy and secure way to certify and verify artworks and collectibles in real time. By using the distributed ledger technology provided by the Ethereum Blockchain, myArtBlock is building a permanent, decentralised, and anonymous ledger.

There were at least 4 people: 1) the project manager 2) a ux/ui expert 3) a web application expert 4) a blockchain expert

The project lasted over 6 months and was implemented in successive stages. I can not provide quantitative elements but I am satisfied with the management of the project

I am completely satisfied with the work done by MAKSOF. The team respected the times and costs declared at the start. Furthermore, the proactive attitude of the team allowed me to improve the solution during the project. In fact I received many suggestions for improvement of my idea. The communication was always friendly but professional. Always available and punctual in replies. He never promised me results he couldn't achieve. I am very happy and recommend MAKSOF for both short and complex projects

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The thing that impressed me is that the final result of the project was better than what I had imagined and asked for at the beginning. MAKSOF's experience and proactivity was great.

I’m the owner of an IT services company called TechTime.

What challenges were you trying to address with MAKSOF?

One of our clients is looking to develop a system that requires cloud services, but they don’t want to use the cloud because of security issues. We needed to build everything in-house and were looking to use Angular and Node.js to build the system.

What was the scope of their involvement?

MAKSOM provides us with custom software development services. In the beginning, we provided them with all of the requirements of the project. From there, they proceeded with the work, handling the development, design, and implementation process. Their team continues to work on the project and accommodate any change requests along the way.

What was the team composition? 

I work with six people from their company: a project manager, a designer, two backend developers, and two frontend developers. The project manager is our main point of contact.

We found them through an online search.

We started working with MAKSOF in June 2022, and our collaboration is still ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our client is very happy with the results so far. We’re also very satisfied with MAKSOF’s work, so we’ve decided to continue working with them.

How did MAKSOF Perform from a project management standpoint?

Everything is being delivered on time and within budget. Their team makes very good estimations, and their developer has been able to handle each task. For communication, we use Skype and Google Meet.

We’re impressed with their flexibility. These kinds of projects often involve changes along the way, and their team has done a good job of responding to that.

I don’t think there’s anything they should improve on — they’re doing a perfect job so far.

I'm the founder of an e-commerce company that combined custom software with physical print-on-demand products.

For what projects/services did your company hire MAKSOF, and what were your goals?

We hired MAKSOF in order to complete our development work. We'd previously worked with another developer but this did not work out and we decided to hire MAKSOF instead which was one of the best decisions we have ever made.

We selected them by interviewing a number of vendors which included a technical assessment and then a trial period to see what the quality of their work was like. Following the initial trial period we loved the work and decided to continue working together on an ongoing basis.

The development of a full-stack Node/React application. This included API integrations, complex SVG rendering on the front-end, UI/UX design, tricky back-end data processing tasks and much more. They have always delivered on time and on budget.

We have worked with both Ashar and Imran from MAKSOF primarily.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We are amazed with the quality and speed of their work it is second to none. I will never use another developer or development team for my project. Our project is now in production and we have a business because they were able to deliver on our objectives. I would highly recommend then to anybody looking for a development team in any stage of a development project. 10/10!!!

Structured project management style with Agila approach utilising tools such as Trello to document tasks, assign owners and approximate timelines etc. The pace of the development work and turnaround is extremely quick. This is great if you're on a budget because it saves you time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are incredibly trustworthy and honest. This is the most impressive thing about MAKSOF they are genuinely nice people. In addition, they had amazing technical skills and helped us transform a project idea into reality.

There are no areas for improvement from my side in relation to this project we are extremely happy with the result and will continue working with MAKSOF for any future development tasks.
