I am the owner of a platform to sell and buy websites on the German-speaking market.

We created our initial websites ourselves, but the design was not professional, and it was missing functionalities. We needed an agency to bring the website to the next level with a user-friendly and modern design.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We looked a many companies on Upwork, however, MagnificSoft stood out due to the modern design and usability of their reference sites.

First, I briefed the team via Slack with examples of sites that appealed to me and provided them with our brand guidelines. Based on this, MagnificSoft prepared mock-ups in Figma which I commented.

The changes to the mock-ups were implemented in no time, and we then moved to implementing the design on a staging version of our WordPress site. Via Ruttl I commented on the developed pages and within a week, the website was finalized with the desired functionality and an outstanding, modern design.

In total, I worked with 3 persons: Vasyl for the Figma mock-ups, Olia for the WordPress implementation/development, and Anastasiya who was in charge of project management and communicating with me as the client.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The new design is very modern and user-friendly. We already saw an uptake in time spent on our pages and received positive comments from our clients on our new website!

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The project manager, Anastasiya, was extremely responsive and kept me up-to-date at all times. Even though we worked in different time zones, her top-notch organization and communication skills ensured a very smooth workflow.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I think that MagnificSoft excels at the quality and speed of how they design and develop modern WordPress sites. They were always open for feedback, and their customer service was excellent.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing that I can think of, I am very happy with them and will hire them again in the future!

We needed to outsource some of the web development work.

We have worked with many freelancers and agencies in the past, but this time I was in search for an agency who could really master development with Elementor and do a great job.

We had a kick-off meeting to discuss our goals and objectives. From there, the team delivered mock-ups and wireframes for our site. After a few iterations, their team designed and developed an customized WordPress site that suited our needs.

My clients are loving the results, website is much faster than previous one and above all it is bugless.

Their quality of work and ability to adapt to new circumstances are impressive. It makes them come up with professional solutions and not sloppy ones.

Maybe their availability to take on new project is a bit narrow. But I guess that is just a reflect of their success and always being busy.

I am the product manager in a small startup that ideates, designs and launches web projects.

We are launching an MVP (minimum viable product) for a local Real Estate website. Our priority was to validate the idea, therefore we were looking for an affordable development agency who would create a simple and maintainable first version of the site.

Magnific Soft proposed a very creative solution: using not only WordPress, but also the Elementor - Crocoblock package, in order to cut the costs even more and provide a flexible sites (Elementor and Crocoblock is easily customizable without coding knowledge).

I wrote a a briefing with all the features I needed from the product and MS provided a UX-UI proposal. After approving the designs, MS developed the site using the mentioned stack of WordPress, Elementor, Crocoblock and custom PHP.

Three persons: one team leader, one developer and one account manager.

The site has not been launched yet, but the deliverable is very good, specially keeping in mind the price.

I asked to use Skype for communication (I don't use Slack) and the MS team was ok with that.

Their patience while making fixes on things we hadn't planned impressed us.

As a startup, we had to build a quick MVP, develop the product based on customer inputs and have functionalities build quickly based on feedback. For this, Magnific Soft was able to help on everything Frontend Web Development.

Custom development using React and integrating various APIs and third-party libraries that support the application.

We were looking to choose a firm that was well-driven and invested in what we are building. And the early commitment, work ethic and transparency helped us choose them.

They developed the entire application in the Frontend on React.

Our early MVP release with them was a major accomplishment. This helped us continue working with them for developing further.

Communicated using Trello, Slack and Skype. This was pretty effective as both parties were available to each other at times of need.

I’m the CEO of a small fashion label located in Germany. We mainly distribute our products online through Amazon and other platforms, but we also sell locally at different events and festivals.

What challenge were you trying to address with Magnific Soft?

We were interested in having a well-working website and software solutions. We managed production internally, which is located in different sections of Europe, and we do this through a platform that we developed in-house. Our competencies in software development are limited, so we needed assistance from Magnific Soft.

The team provided development for our React frontend and backend development for our Node.js server. One of our platform’s features includes the importing and exporting of tables that contain orders. They’ve done a complete overhaul of our user interface, and they’ve helped us with the localization of our UI in different languages. Our diverse teams speak different languages.

We started working with Magnific Soft in February 2020, and we ended the main contract in April. They’re still making tiny improvements.

Magnific Soft delivered what we asked for. We’re pretty happy to work with them.

We had general project meetings every two weeks, and we agreed on certain milestones. Everything was managed through GitHub, where we could track milestones and tasks pretty well. The team was responsive and available, which made communication smooth and effective.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’ve worked with companies in Asia and other countries; it’s nice to work with someone in the same time zone. Magnific Soft also offers a great price for the skills and talent they brought. They grasped different requirements quickly.
