Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the VP of marketing at Weston Distance Learning. We offer online distance education programs.
What challenge were you trying to address with Magnet Digital LLC?
We’d tried Facebook advertising on and off through several different initiatives but it never really took off. We knew Facebook advertising was a huge opportunity moving forward, so we hired Magnet Digital LLC to spearhead Facebook initiatives.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They work on paid Facebook ad campaigns. We tasked Magnet with focusing on our top five programs to generate leads and enrollments. They do everything from top to bottom on campaign management including overall strategy, targeting methodology, landing page creation, ad copy, and performance review. They use performance metrics to optimize the campaigns as we move forward. We’re starting to scale our campaigns.

How did you come to work with Magnet Digital LLC?
We followed a referral from the person who handles our SEO.
What is the status of this engagement?
We’ve been working together since December 2017 and our engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
So far, we’ve had pretty good success with some of those campaigns. We look at how many enrollments we’re getting and the profitability of the campaigns, and so far they’ve been able to meet our expectations.
How did Magnet Digital LLC perform from a project management standpoint?
Hamlet has been very hands-on and his communication has been great. Phone communication and follow-up with action items from meetings have been good. Projects have met deadlines.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their skill in idea-generating efforts and bringing new opportunities is impressive. They remain open to suggestions but bring their own ideas. He has a great depth of knowledge of digital marketing, which is always helpful.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, I can’t think of anything.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
They were great from the beginning in connecting the dots of the proposal and some of the pieces, even for someone who doesn’t have experience.
