What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They were the head strategist as well as the execution arm for a six-year campaign that targeted our top four intermediary channels that booked business on behalf of Marriott. When we started working with them on this project in 2009, the intermediaries didn’t have Marriott as their number one choice. By the time the campaign ended six years later, not only were we number one market share across all four of those intermediary partners, but we grew revenue in the hundreds of millions of dollars across those accounts. It was Magnani’s strategy, execution, and creativity that helped facilitate that relationship with those companies. It was an ongoing campaign that was structured brilliantly. Financially, that was a huge success for our organization.
How did Magnani perform from a project management standpoint?
They’re impeccable. They never miss a deadline. They’re receptive to all kinds of communications. We use email, phone calls, face-to-face, or however we want to communicate.
What did you find most impressive about them?
What I value most about Magnani is that they’re a true strategic business partner. They know as much about the hotel industry as I do. They’re very in tune with not only our business model, how we’re structured, our brands, and what needs to happen, but they’re also up on the trends of the industry. Magnani has a tremendous value. Since they’re a partner, their results are better. Since they’re ingrained in what we do and understand it, their creation is more effective. They don’t nickel and dime you and they work with you regardless of budget or project. I think the world of this agency.
They’re very innovative. They do just about any marketing solution. They come up with those new solutions and are able to really bring those to life from conception to execution.
Jeff not only knows all of our hotels, but he knows exactly what was done for them. He knows the strategies of each hotel. He’s like the steal trap. He’s amazing. I give Jeff four sentences and it comes back fabulous and exactly what we need. He’s able to interpret our needs.

Hire them. They will make your life so much easier. They offer a tremendous value proposition. They will help you become more efficient at what you do. They’re on time and accurate. Allow them to be a partner in your agency and you’ll reap the benefits tenfold.
