MagicFuse were hired for development of a custom Salesforce-based solution with integrated AI. The solution itself is a communication tool used for connecting different parties inside a Salesforce CRM environment. The team's objective was to implement the functionality of the tool using the native & custom components in Salesforce following the provided designs. They also had to build a connection between the communication tool and the databases of the CRM system to ensure the proper data exchange.
