I’m the owner of a car wash and party rental company.

Our was website is a bit old and it hasn’t been running up to par with what we want. We hired Macombey in Connecticut to make us a whole new website we are extremely satisfied at how quick they did it and how professional they are. I recommended them to anyone company looking to upgrade their website.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We have been looking for a web developer for some time now and we have not found anyone we liked until we came across Macombey. Their work is outstanding they thoroughly explained the process and how everything will work.

We started off with a meeting to explain the companies goals and objectives. From there, they created a website based off what we wanted and updated as needed. They will not stop until you are completely satisfied

We worked with Lucas. He was extremely helpful and professional

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching our new websites, we got amazing feedback. Our customers loved the new website and how easy it is to navigate.

We had a daily meeting of 5-10 minutes so they can explain where we were on the project. If they had any questions, they wouldn’t hesitate to ask and made sure everything was perfect.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They worked amazing on the websites. They explained the whole process and showed us how to use the backend on Wordpress as well.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There were minor things that needed fixing but they hopped right on it extremely quick.

Me and my business partner hired digital signal to build us a dropshipping store that holds the fundamentals and branding for us to one day move away from dropshipping and create our own space in the pet industry.

Me and my business partner were introduced through an affiliate. The deciding factors were being able to jump in on zoom shares and seeing how they operate.

The scope of work included integrating key tools into our store to give a better customer experience, building out a theme for the website and overall branding, & creating an online presence for all social platforms.
